I purchased a Pre/owned certified 2018 Honda HRV from First Texas Honda, it has not even been ONE FULL MONTH and the car will NOT START! Please heed this warning! My mom purchased the same vehicle days before and the exact same problem with hers! Do NOT waste $20,000 with this dealership you WILL GET SCAMMED and stuck with paying for a faulty vehicle for 5 years! Not even a FULL MONTH ?? What kind of cars are they selling people! Hopefully they do not hide this HONEST review because they are hiding bad reviews from the public, DO NOT purchase your vehicle from here

Service is super cordial and professional from the first time you even call them.They kept me updated and met the deadlines they set for themselves.Even afterwards they text you to make sure youre happy with the service and experience, and to make sure your vehicle is in top shape.You would think that this service is given in every brand dealership, but trust me it is so not. So this experience was really refreshing, makes you feel genuinely cared for and appreciated.

The worst experience ever. This is why I hate dealerships and this experience will make me not buy a Honda again. I was scheduled for a 75 minute recall replacement. Instead they tried to upsell services to me then left me here for 3 hours. I would have used some of those services but to be this disorganized is unacceptable. Tell me three hours but dont tell me 75 minute. This has cost me a day of work.

They take great care of my car and are always happy to explain any service they need to do on my car.The last time I was in, Steven Deckers took care of my service. Well during Covid they were more attentive, now less attentive. I come every month for oil change and I have seen over time how their quality service is not the same.

The service advisor was rude from the get go, and I got charged for something that I have full coverage for. Very poor service in this department.

Mindblowing experience.The guys are always friendly. They listen patiently to all your concerns nd provide proper answeres. They are also considerate enuf to include few repairs in warranty, which is awesome.Further, even u walk in without appointments in weekends, the wait time is not that much. I received excellent & timely service. Trevor Self explained the diagnostics to be performed, asked for my input & then performed work as explained.Bottom line...good communication coupled with excellent service.

Really good place to have your honda serviced. One thing that I didnt like is that they did not clean where the oil was leaking and continued to smell like oil was burning. I had to clean it myself.

Vince was very nice and I felt he did all he could to get us the family discount. Cody sales mgr who I didnt meet would not acknowledge our discount and after several attempts to give our sons proof of employment for him to understand our son is an engineer for Honda. I read the requirements from Honda and had them with me. He stated our son had to live with us & be on our insurance. I dont know where he got that information so I give the dealership 2 stars and Vince 5. Do love our Honda.

Just a heads up. They are pushing $180 brake system flushes at 20k miles. I found out to late to be able to stop it. It really changed our perception of Honda.
