I particularly appreciated the level of expertise and the quality of customer service to solve our technical problems and support our development and our needs.

TPx has a great dash ticketing system. Constantly my technical issue are being addressed and responded to, instead of being on hold for hours, this system works nicely. For a recent issue we had, all dealt with through their ticketing system, TPx reached out to me by phone to make sure everything was ok, which was a nice touch.

PATHETIC!!! is the word I would use for their overall service. Our company want to move to different service provider and they are not releasing the phone numbers and keep denying other vendor porting requests

Four days later someone finally contacts us to start a ticket. Thanks but no thanks we had to figure it out ourselves after being down for 3 days. Be careful with this company they try to get you in to these long binding contracts so you will be stuck with their backs customer service for a while.

Currently we are engaged in MPLS circuit upgrades, with TPx. The current TPx Project Manager has a difficult time communicating three-day lead times, which are much longer than three days, scheduling multiple site visits from different individuals for the same project, and God forbid they would ever send a timely response to a question or issue that needs appropriate remediation. Their managed firewall solution contract is not going to be renewed, because we do not have a comfortable feeling that these folks have a proficient grasp of this type of service, or even take it seriously. I’ve seen apathetic service providers in my 40-year IT career, but TPx rises to a new level of indifference. When engaging TPx on any type of communication project, remember one thing: YOU CAN DO BETTER.

Our 4 location CPA firm converted from an antiquated phone system to our new TPx phone system about 3 1/2 months ago. The project, excellently managed by Mike Cooper - who was there for us every step of the way, went smoothly and we are enjoying all the benefits of our new phone/voice mail systems. Mike, along w/John Ilgen, was very attentive to any issues that arose during the process as we converted each of our locations. They responded quickly and made sure our downtime was limited and all issues were resolved quickly. I have communicated several times with Mike since our conversion and he is always very prompt about responding to my questions or needs. We are very happy with our new VoIP system and pleased that we chose to work with TPx.

If I could give a 0 I would. Last year our monthly bill for telephone service was $215. Now it has jumped to $430 for no reason other than they merged with a new company. That is ridiculous for phone service. Ive been trying to switch over to Spectrum for over a month now and they keep blocking it and not releasing the lines saying a different excuse every time. This last time was because they didnt have an authorized signature which is bullshit because it was sent multiple times. Worst company ever.

Its been a nightmare with this companys service. The internet quality was very poor. And they could never fix it. Nobody I called really helped. Even I switched my office service package to ATT, they created a new account to continue charge me for the no longer there poor internet service. I called many times and nobody could fix it. They just keep sending me the bill for many more months and threat to send to collection. So ridiculous !!!

While Ive not had any unusual problems with the actual service, mainly because its been provided by AT&T and Time Warner, the service provided by their sales reps is absolutely the worst Ive ever experienced in my 28 years in the IT industry. Good luck getting your sales rep to reply to your emails and phone calls.
