Superb experience at this location today. I walked IN to get help with a weird issue on my sons phone which came back from a repair and was not activating. He was able to quickly identify the issue as a SIM card mismatch and resolve and replaced the card. While I was there he noticed that I didn’t have the best rate that I could have for two phones/family plan. I walked OUT with a better data plan and saved a nice amount on my monthly bill. He also gave me some recommendations for managing my teens account through a family plan that I didn’t know AT&T offered. Thanks Van!!! you made my day

Back in April 2021, I switched over to AT&T. I had a great amazing rep help set up my plan and switch my whole family over. He was incredibly helpful and just overall a pleasure to work with. At the time, what led me to switch was not just knowing that AT&T had great network coverage but also the offer they were able to honor for switching over. That promo was supposed to be applied to my bill from 1-2 billing cycles.Im a pretty patient person I would say. Its now September and that promo has not yet been applied. In June, I contacted Customer Service and spoke with a person who said they updated my account details and I should be set for the next bill. It wasnt. I called again and they said I must go to the store. I did. I spoke to a gentlemen who took my info and said their store manager would contact me back within 3-4 days. This was on August 17th. Ive heard nothing. Ive called every day this week which I know is a little much but its September 3rd and I still cannot get in contact with the Store Manager who stated they would call me back. She is always either busy or at lunch. Ive left messages. And still no response. Im just wondering at what point I might get an update on the promo that was sold to me in order for me to decide I would transfer my whole family over to AT&T. Just doesnt seem right.

This is by far my favorite location. Shawn helped us with all the questions ( we had quite a few) and had all the answers and wasn’t even upset about it . Even though we go in to fix a problem (usually made by my husband .. we always come out happy with the service. Any chance you get, go to Shawn for help. He’s really awesome at his job.

Jason was so helpful- I can not say enough great things. Junior came over to help too - the actual Manager!! Talk about service. I came here because of a very unhappy experience in Westlake at the AT&T store there. Jason listened with empathy and understanding while still maintaining respect for a colleague in another location. I will always come out of my way to do business with this store. And….if you want to work with a GREAT manager- ask for Junior and tell him Alice sent you!

Dont go here unless you want to get scammed. Went to get a minor SIM card issue fixed and they said it wouldnt be possible because my phone would not be covered by the network (eventhough its a recent phone and unlocked). I called bs, so I contacted corporate and the rep basically said that yeah retail stores will try to scam you into upgrading any chance they get...bottom line if you need any service for your phone dont make the drive to this scam center in disguise and call corporate instead, theyll treat you right.

My husband and I came into the store to upgrade our phones a few days ago and worked with Adrian and he was amazing! He found a way to drop our bill from what we usually pay by changing our plan while still getting new phones and 2 new lines he recommended us using for our work phones which were just what we needed! Saved the day!!!!!!! We had upgraded a phone and by mistake inserted the wrong SIM. We got there at 8:55 and they were so gracious to help fix the issues, as we had two down phones at that time and in two different cities . The sweet gentleman was helping another guest..they were short handed so Maria came from the back to help. They spent the extra time it took to make sure all of our lines were good!! This is the only AT&T I trust to go to. Authorized retailers never seem to give you the care or attention. I spend about 3 hours with Sean at this place upgrading all my devices. He was incredible help! He knew every nook and cranny of policies, and technology, and went above and beyond to take care of me. I walked out feeling I got the absolute best care, and deal! Biggest shoutout ever to Jason & Jorge from this AT&T store! I am so blown away by how dedicated Jason was to solving my phone problem (which was crippling my business!), and how his manager Jorge was supporting (& providing approvals) the whole way!Long story short: I bought my phone at [unnamed fruit 🍏] who made MULTIPLE mistakes—including giving me a non-working phone & then refusing to help solve the issue. Seriously. This was going on for over a week, all while I had no working phone. Only AT&T (and these two) could figure out what was going on and made sure I had what I needed before I left. Jason was my rep & even helped me fix account issues I didn’t realize I had!Super appreciative of Jason & Jorge. I was a brand new AT&T customer (my husband’s been one for a while) and I am ONLY going to AT&T for my phone/business needs going forward.

Came by for the first time to an AT&T store (this one was on Loop 1 and 290) and were very glad to have been helped by store manager Mert Cimrin (who provided us with a detailed presentation of their promotions and the benefits of moving to AT&T) and representative Jeanene Lucas (who was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and patient). Their friendliness, attention, explanations and time given to us made the visit very pleasant, informative and quite rewarding. We walked out with two new phones and a much more advantageous plan. AT&T must be commended for having such great people representing their company and for having such wonderful offers for their customers.

We came in today to upgrade a phone and Sean C. was so great and patient. He worked with us to upgrade our Samsung phone and even gave us tips and tricks to utilize and maximize the use along the way. It took until the end of his shift while the data was still transferring over and he made sure to make sure we were all set and ready to go before he had to leave. Highly recommend coming in and talking to him if you need help upgrading your device. This man knows what he is talking about and works with what you need/want to find the best device for you.

It was an important upgrade for me and I had many questions and requirements as my iPhone is a critical part of my business. Went here to get a new Android phone. They have all these devices on display in the store but nothing in stock for sale. So there were no new Androids in stock that were on display. I asked about helping me transfer my apps and files to my new phone once I order and receive it. They said that would take hours and dont have time for that. Hands down blown away with Shawn Dugas at this store. I had a very particular situation that I wasnt sure how to handle best and Shawn blew me away with his expertise and willingness to help. Before I met with Shawn, I had visited three stores already and left due to how unprofessional and helpless the other representatives were. He didnt try to upcharge or sell me on any products and assured me he was helping me in the best possible way. Not only did I leave with a smile on my face, but he was able to save me money where others couldnt. Now, its my understanding this location has 3 different representatives by the name of Shawn. While Im sure they are all very helpful, I highly recommend working with Shawn Dugas. I will definitely work with him in the future.

Shawn Dugas at the 290 store is amazing! He’s literally the only one at AT&T that actually took time to try to help me. One of my phone lines were cancelled incorrectly by AT&T customer service and it took me FIVE days to get it reversed and the phone turned back on. I went to a different AT&T store 3 times and spent 8 hours over the span of 5 days trying to get someone to help and was given the runaround by every singe person I talked to. It wasn’t until Shawn helped call AT&T and stayed on the phone for hours seeing it through to resolution. Thankful for his amazing customer service, positive attitude, and resilience through the process. He definitely went above and beyond for me today and he’s the only reason I’m still an AT&T customer. Because of him my brother decided to switch from Verizon to AT&T as well.

Went to store to subscribe new connection and had a nice experience.Prepared for a quite long wait time for 30-40mins within the store in case of walk-in. Staffs are courteous and will guide through the connection process.Its also recommended to check the plans in online before hand as the staffs shall be walking through the same anyway and online option has more plans than in store. Apple & Android Handsets are available in store for ready pickup and can be activated immediately.

I wanted to rate this service I received with ZERO STARS but it wouldnt let me leave a post unless I gave at least one star.It took me going to the Bee Cave location to get the service I deserve to write this negative review on a rep at the south location. I came in w/ what happened to be a very easy issue ( couldnt hear my text notifications and phone wouldnt connect to my car). After calling 611 and getting zero help I came into your store where there was no line and immediately got help from a young man. I felt rushed and blown off from the beginning but hoped to get this issue resolved. He figured out a way to get ONE of my my texts messages to sound but not all of them. WIERD RIGHT? Told me Id have to go into every text thread and click 3 buttons to hear the alerts. I am not tech savvy but knew there had to be an easier way....got nothing more.....issue solved for him. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. Then I told him my phone wouldnt connect to my car. He said due to covid he couldnt help me and to call 611 which was no help as well.Fast forward to my trip to Bee Cave where THE AMAZING ASIF PATIENTLY troubleshooted the problem and solved my notification issue w/ literally 4 clicks and walked me to my car to fix my phone connection. The service was the best at Bee cave and I will never take my issues back to the south store.

I was here yesterday and overheard the employees talking about how 2 of the staff here have Covid... why hasnt the store been shut down for possible exposure to not only their customers but their staff? Is the upper management unaware of what is going on? or do they not care about their employees? How can a fortune 200 company not care about the safety of those who come into this location (STAFF OR CUSTOMERS)?? To anyone reading this; the apparent covid exposure was yesterday (2.24.2020). I would imagine that AT&T would at least have the store closed for 24-48 hours to deep clean all surfaces and to give the reps time to get a rapid PCR test before coming to work and exposing others. I came in to upgrade my phone. I made an appointment and was seen on time, despite a 1.5 hour long walk in wait time. Definitely recommend making an appointment, especially if you plan to visit around iphone release time! The agent I worked with, Sean Casey, was fabulous! He communicated excellently, letting me know when and why there were delays or if he had to briefly step away. He ran through all the deals and explained what he (and likely AT&T corporate) believed were the best deals, but did not push me to make decisions or try to aggressively upsell me. He gave clear instructions on how to get my new phone set up, and tactfully asked permission to move on and help someone on the waitlist while my data transferred. All the staff in this location was on their game, and I had a smooth, positive experience!

AT&t has been great. Their customer service is the best in town so its definitely worse checking on them for rates. As many people know they do have the best reception in rural areas so if youre going to be out of the city and still one to get a good signal I would highly recommend AT& T.The managers in here really helpful and they always have a great deals on the newest devices.

There were so many employees and they remained huddled up in a corner. One gentleman was the only one whos even react to anyone that came in. None of their equipment was on. I had to turn on every phone I wanted to demo. We ended up going across the street to Best Buy to make the sale.
