The two guys that came to do the work were so professional and friendly. I asked for some last minute changes that required them to pull back most of the cable they already laid out. They worked with me to figure out how to make the changes work. All the while keeping a professional and friendly attitude. I highly recommend this company. They work for you and with you to find solutions. Im a very satisfied customer.

They did an excellent job in installing security camers! Worked with us to identify the best locations for cameras, helped us choose which cameras would be best based desired outcomes, recommended NVR equipment to meet our needs. Ran all lines so they are not visible in or outside; included running lines via the attic and through walls. Also moved the connections fo the router. Very professional and excellent customer service. Also trained us on how to use new system. Available to answer any questions as we used the system. Highly recommend.

Business Communication Solutions have been taking care of all our IT needs since 2009. Back then, we call them as we had lots of problems with VOIP services. They help switch us back to digital phone services. After 2 years, we found out they also do data cabling and IT services. It was one of the best thing for us, as our existing IT personnel in house were getting too expensive. We are a small office, outsourcing this to BCS save us quite a bit.

We had a problem with our internet keeps on going in and out. BCS came out and help us resolved that. We had a bad router. We had a router that was more of a home router. They recommend us a higher end router with more security features. Its been running for 2 years now. They also install antivirus on all our pc. It has been running great since. Prior to this, it seems like every few weeks someone is infected.

BCS had help me install a security camera system with 8 cameras one with zoom. I had originally got 2 estimates. One of the other recommended that I use wireless with extensions cord for power. I ended up going with BCS as I thought their install would be cleaner and Im glad I did. Now I can monitor my home when Im at work and or out of town. One thing that I wasnt 100% happy with was that the install took 1 and half day, not the 1 day they originally told me. Im ok with that though, as they didnt charge me extra for the next day. I guess its ok.

Khang set up our phone system, but over the years, I learned how much networking experience he and his team have, and weve had them help with those issues. His staff are very responsive, pleasant, quick, effective at what they do, and I trust Khang utterly. I am certain that his company has saved us quite a lot of money, not just on the phone system and maintenance, but on the problem-solving hes done for us and the great advice hes given us to keep our phones and network running beautifully.
