What a wonderful experience. This is a newish store and my first time coming here. I really only came in to buy a cover for my iPhone 7. (don’t laugh) I just can’t see buying a phone when my 7 works perfectly for my needs. Anyway. After seeing the SE wouldn’t cost much, and I had a discount price, on top of Verizon bucks and my monthly bill would go down, I couldn’t pass up getting a newer phone. The 7 is being retired to the iPhone museum I heard.Nick was amazing. And so was the other gentleman in the store too. Both told me the great value for my purchase and got me what I needed to suit my iPhone lifestyle.Nick and I spoke for a while about life in general while my phone was transferring all the information over. Great enjoyable experience. I feel I was meant to be there at that exact moment. I will for sure come back here with any Verizon needs. I’ve been with Verizon for years, I have always had great service, no mater what state and city I’ve lived in.

Phone was smashed at a festival (dropped over a balcony). Needed a new phone. I was in and out within an hour..phone up and running all data transferred no apps msgs or photos lost. Also enjoyed myself. The guys were super funny and personable.no awkward small talk or weird silence. Four Points store is highly recommended!!

Please don’t go to this store. I was completely ripped off on a liquid screen protector... and my screen is now scratched. The salesman swore by them. I also was charged $40 for an “amazing” case that I could’ve gotten from Amazon for $11. The salesman convinced me I was getting a great deal on everything. Never again.

The staff here is very knowledge, friendly, and helpful.UPDATE: My wife went to this store after a poor experience at another authorized Verizon retailer when we switched from another carrier. They spent the time to help her untangle the web of setup steps taken at the other store, explain why everything was wrong, and then set up her phones correctly. We ended up not even purchasing anything, but will be absolutely going back when its time for accessories and upgrades! EXCELLENT customer service!

This new Verizon store is Amazing. I was driving down 620 and saw their signs in the yard. I pulled in not knowing that they just opened that location. I arrived late in the evening with a rather rare request. I run Lone Star School of Music and needed a new phone line added and a number ported over. Our phones are always ringing so I needed to get this done quick. Wow I was so impressed with their service. I was greeted and assisted by Darren. He was awesome. He got the job done with some assistance from Cody (manager). The experience I had with both Darren and Cody will keep me a Verizon customer.

I recently moved to Austin and this place is incredible. I have dealt with terrible customer service and ineffective mobile phone shopping in the past, but this place is a class act. They go above and beyond. Im not sure who the manager of this place is, but it is clear that the employees are not only motivated and knowledgeable but also seem happy to be there. It is rare to find a place so full of energy and willingness to help in this day and age. Five stars is the most it will allow me to give, but given the chance I would give so much more. I left happy and not feeling ripped off. Great, great location!

Great experience, I was expecting a shady CellularSales store, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. I walked in and I waited for a while, so the took all taxes off($200) my iPhone XS, and gave me a discount on a case. All in all I will definitely come back to this place in the future. I thought that most of the reviews were fake, but they really arent.

I absolutely obliterated my phone on vacation in Texas recently and had to replace it. The people here were so helpful with the process of doing so. Amazing service, would return for anything else if I lived closer.

These guys EARN your business. Saw one kid out on the street twirling a sign which is the only reason I even knew this Verizon was here. After finally having enough time to go in, the staff was extremely professional. Broke down every aspect of the changes I was making toward my bill. Even told me about a plan change I could make that saved me almost $30 a month?? AND to top it all off, followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was going great. Can’t say enough about this store. Definitely my new GO TO Verizon for the future to come.

Awesome phone repair! Great nice people too. Low cost- $70. Same day service—less than one hour! Replaced broken screen(that was replaced prior at another repair shop—with a faulty screen). Diagnostic done and fixed home button. They gave me new charger, and earbuds just bc it was my birthday. They put on a new tempered glass too for free!!!!
