Sunny was great. Honestly this was the first year I didnt do my own taxes because I had some many complicated parts. Sunny guided me through it and made it a smooth, easy process.

I hired Sunny to help me get life insurance a few years ago.Recently, I had to switch banks and called Sunny to update what bank account my life insurance was auto-drafting from. He said I just needed to give him the bank info from the check which I did over the phone. A month later when I went to close the old account, it was still auto-drafting from it and I now owed $75! Also, I received a letter from my life insurance policy that it had been canceled because it was never paid. Sunny never made the switch and now my life insurance is dropped and I owed $75 to my bank. I called to tell him this and he said it was all my fault and that I should have given him a voided check (info he never told me in our first conversation) and that he wasnt paying the $75. He didnt care how long I had done business with him or care about my business in general.He doesnt care about his customers and isnt good at his job. If he cant handle switching my banks for life insurance I cant imagine what mistakes he would make in his bookeeping and tax service.
