I used this place the last 2 years and never again.the first year they told me I didnt need one of my w2s because the previous year I only worked at my job for the month of January that year because I moved to Texas. I got a great refund back until last year my taxes took along time I thought because of the virus, but no it was because the w2 they said I didnt need I actually needed so they was auditing me. I ended up getting my refund back way later than expected with a little over 1100 taken out. Then I ended up getting my tax refund. A few months later I got a bill in the mail about a past due balance with interest a little over 1200. I called the irs and they said there was an issue with mt w2s that from one of my jobs they tax office put in to much. I called the tax office and complained and they said to email them in the letter and I did and never heard anything back. DO NOT use this company. They will scam you. I am in the process of reporting them to the irs.
