My homestead never got turned in after paying them, and you cant get a hold of anyone?

SCAM ALERT! Numerous Texas official sites and BBB have deemed this a scam. Discard the letter, shred it. Usually a governmental letter would provide a return envelope, this did not, despite the official look of the letter. Please tear that sh*t apart.

Mail shows up in your mail box mimicking official mail, charging for services that are otherwise free. Dont waste your money. Just go to your county site and download the form online.

Real scumbag ploy with a very well crafted fake official letter asking for $49 to register for the homestead exemption (which is free). I cant believe this is legal.

This “bill” showed up in my mailbox today, and I thought it was a government issued document. I had to spend 10 minutes of my life reading through the whole thing to realize it is an advertisement. I have no issue with company helping people file homestead application because there are people who need that sort of help. What really grinds my gear is their marketing and sales approach by making their ad looks like a government bill. I hope these guys change their ways of advertising.

This is a scam. I received a letter from them in the mail despite already having filed relevant documents, for free, with my city.

Five stars to make sure people see you are scammers! There’s nothing great about this! There are better ways to earn money than scamming people you obviously think are clueless how to go through their county tax appraisal district, can’t read or won’t read it all! Praying for you!

This is a SCAM. I uploaded a photo of the document these cowards sent me.The Texas Homestead Exemption is a free request/application/filing/submission, however you want to name it. You’ll never pay a penny for it (other than buying a house or property).
