I never rented from them. After numerous attempts to get a quote Ive given up. I wanted to rent a tent, tables and chairs. I was informed the no longer do tent so I went ahead and rent a tent elsewhere. And continue to attempt to rebt tablea and chairs from them. Both times the person said the would call me with quote shortly. My wedding is now 2 months away and I dont have tables or chairs. Very unprofessional!!

ACTR had the most affordable rentals I could find, and they were prompt with communication and accommodating with payment. Additionally, Javier was very kind and easy to work with. The chairs were in good quality and looked great for our backyard wedding! Would definitely recommend their services.

Do NOT rent from here. We spent nearly $2000 on rentals from this company for our wedding.A few things to note: 1) They pre-charge you a nonrefundable10% damage fee every time, regardless of whether there is damage. 2) The owners didnt arrive on time to deliver the wedding items, meaning we were rushed to get the wedding started on time. 3) According to the contract, they were supposed to pick up the items (we paid a delivery fee) on Monday between 10-1. They didnt arrive and didnt tell us they werent arriving until Friday. 4) When they did arrive, they left items and then required us to drive 20 minutes to return it ourselves. 5) After returning the items, they kept them and then still charged us because the linens were apparently dirty after sitting on the roof from Monday - Friday, despite the contract saying they would pick them up on Monday.When I told them we shouldnt be charged for that, they said they could do whatever they want, and subsequently said if we disputed the charge they would take us to court. If you dont want you wedding day potentially ruined, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

We placed a last minute order for a wedding with Javier at Austin Chair & Table Rental and the follow through was quick. Within 30 minutes I was given a quote and a contract. We were able to pick up what we needed and return it easily. Everything was in excellent shape and our party looked beautiful. Javier was on top of things. The service was excellent! Thank you!

The establishment was clean, organized and I felt comfortable renting from this business during the Covid pandemic. My fiancé and I rented a table and chairs for a small (10 person) event but will absolutely come back to rent again for our wedding next year!

These guys made it so easy to get everything I needed for my party! I needed some port a coolers for a tailgate and it was no problem to reserve the items and have them delivered the following morning. Highly recommend and very professional.

I rented a 40x40 tent from Austin chair and table for my engagement party. Javier was professional in his response. The men that delivered the tent were even early in doing so, and set it up for me very quickly. They were expedient and professional. They were responsive and easy to work with. Ordered 3 tables and 50 chairs for my wedding, were supposed to deliver Friday for ceremony Saturday, called Saturday morning, told me couldnt find my order, when I read them my credit card receipt, all of a sudden they found my order, & rushed my order by 11AM, ceremony was at 2PM, didnt need the extra stress,

In October one of their trucks hit my car. I attempted to get insurance information from them multiple times and they never responded. I would think twice about working with people like this.
