Clean, well stocked store. Large frozen/pantry food section. Has two aisles of Dollar Tree Plus items that cost from $3-$5. As always slow checkout. Ten or more in line, only one cashier!!

Half of the shelves were empty. They had coffee that was nice. But no splenda. Aluminum foil but no parchment paper or plastic wrap. The cashiers were super friendly and they had a restroom available to the public. Overall it was a very good shopping experience. 😁👏

Pros:Great location and each item is a Dollar.Cons:Boxes all over the store (almost knocked me over) luckly I didnt fall or get injured = hazard trap. Ceiling leaking water and the store is dirty. DT Corporation please fix the problems, if you want loyal customers to feel safe while shopping.Shelves are mostly empty, so I tend to shop at the Dollar Tree (near Northwest) which is a lot cleaner and well stocked.

This Dollar Tree Is staffed by very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful employees. I just call to see if they had something I need, and in less than 30 seconds the fellow (Jeff?) I spoke with checked and was back to the phone. This is about as good as it gets with ANY store, whether or not a Dollar Tree! Way to go, Dollar Tree!Best, Michael

This Dollar Tree is like home. Manager Jason is so good. He is everywhere, cashiering, stocking, et al. He makes this store my favorite compared to others in nearby towns. He even pats my dog who loves him and loves to go shopping there.

This dollar tree has really changed and it is horrible. The shelves are always empty, the store is very dirty, and the products are not well stocked. There seems to be a lack of management and leadership. I am not sure if this store is now managed independently but most of the other dollar tree locations are certainly not like this one. Unfortunately, I no longer shop at this location due to the lack of products and just a messy store.

Yeah so this just happened...daughter and I came to our favorite dollar tree just to do some shopping. While in the store, we overheard a female employee berating and disrespecting a male employee LOUDLY. Not sure what occured before or the reasoning for this but my daughter and I were both shocked and appalled at the behavior of this female employee. After believing that the confrontation was over we preceded to walk to the cash register only to witness that same male employee with the female employee and two additional employees standing and arguing. Only as we were walking out of the store did we see the male employee being followed by another employee to discuss the issue further. I dont know what the reason behind this was but as a customer I felt this was unprofessional and irresponsible! Never had any issues here before but if this is the way certain employees conduct themselves I would suggest some retraining.

Good store. Needed some b-day cards and most stores charge anywhere from $4-8 a card and I was able to get 2 cards, 2 b-day bags, huge thing of tissue paper and a can of vegetables. Only spent $5.30. Whats not to love???

They didnt have much on the shelves, but lots of stuff in boxes in front of the shelves. Other than that they were clean, and staff courteous.

This was the filthiest, unorganized Dollar Tree. Shelves were empty. I had to open boxes to get stuff out that I wanted. Boxes were all around the store, no management, I couldn’t find anything I went there for. It is totally gross.

There are ALWAYS, ALWAYS boxes in most of the aisles here, ALWAYS. Every time I come here I always see boxes covering the shelves. The manager at this location needs to go. They need a stronger manager to help run a smoother Dollar Tree like the other locations. The cashiers are friendly and helpful, but I would like shop here one day without seeing so many damn boxes all time.

Most Dollar Trees actually have merchandise to sale, but the one in Oak Hill was incredibly sad looking. The store itself was really huge, but the shelves were empty, so empty that it urged me to ask if they were either A) just opened recently and still getting stuff together, or B) going out of business which would explain all the sad & empty shelves.... But to my surprise it was neither-- just another day, they had actually been open 3 years already... And that store had NOTHING, almost everything was gone and so unorganized and the setting where things go didnt make sense... For example the dog food was where the craft isle was. The school supplies where the toys were, etc. I ended up leaving disappointed and having to go to the Dollar Tree on W. Wm. Cannon and S. First.

This has to be one of the best of the Dollar Trees that Ive been in. When I first arrived in Austin a few years ago, I went to a certain Dollar Tree and when the automatic doors opened, I witnessed the place was jam packed with the great unwashed, I immediately did an about-face and burned off! This venue just recently opened and is spotless, well stocked and the staff is amazing. The patrons were civilized and well bred. This is a great addition to Southwest Austin.

This is by far the worse Dollar Store I have shopped in..there is always products on the floor...carts sitting around FULL of boxes to be emptied and never enough checkers when they are busy. The management walks past lines of customers and does not open a new checkout..the store is dirty and so unappealing...We dont have anything like this in Oak Hill and after Big Lots moved out we were hopeful this would fill some of our needs...As a supporter of the Dollar Stores I am finding it difficult to shop at this one. Please do something to help the management and store clerks to make this a better store...We need it in this area and hope you can help with improving the entire store.

Dirty, only 1 checker for the longest time so line was long to checkout, no tape on floor beyond end of checkstand. Wont go back

Very helpful and friendly. Called the store to ask if they had an item in the employee knew right away that they did and when I got there it was waiting for me. Every employee had a smile on their face and looked happy to be there. I didnt know DT had a store at this location! It is well stocked at clean.

Lots of neat items for only $1 each!

Nice store-could run in and grab whatever and check out with no line. Sales Associate gentleman was friendly and pleasant, which was a welcome departure from the female customer who was barking out orders to her children across three aisles like a staff sergeant of the capitalistic militia.

Was there a little after 9am, it was clean, organized and quiet. Easy shopping. Plus the guy at the register was super nice

Today my wife and I went into the store to buy some stocking stuffers for Christmas. When we were checking out and I went to pay and pulled out a 100. The cashier (Krystal) said do you have change for that do you have anything else. I told her it was all I had. She said I will see if I have change for it. She then took it and asked was it fake. Which I responded no. She looks at my wife and I and said Im just making sure. The dirty Mexicans have been coming in and trying to use them. My wife is Hispanic and we both became very upset. We told her that it wasnt something she sould say especially to a customer. This is by far the worst experience we have ever had at any place of business.

Store was clean and held a variety of products. More help is needed there. Many boxes of this were waiting to be put away and only one person was working. Ill be back

Dollar Tree is my favorite place to go buy holiday and birthday wrappings, cards, decorations and other knickknacks. Most excellent pricing, easy to find, filled with holiday decor & cheer and friendly staff.

Better than usual. Aisles were clear and shelves were stocked. My cashier was great, friendly and helpful.

They have a cute little table set up for kids to draw at while you shop. And a gift basket raffle! And their selection is prime. So glad to have a dollar store close by.

Horrible service when I asked for quarters the cashier said I just got here! When I suggested quarters from the car wash. The cashier said go wash my car for me! This was around 6-8pm they were also complaining about another employee on the clock in front of of also very unprofessional.

Most dollar trees are ghetto but this one is extra ghetto. Not stocked and not enough workers. They had huge line and 1 cashier and the manager stood around telling the cashier to hurry wlrather them jumping on. I did buy stuff but not what I came in for.
