Jump USA is Awesome!! There are tons of activities and space, my kids love this place, didnt want to leave. Great price. I found a karaoke room is good for birthday party. We will definitely go back again!!

Best place to just chill out with kids

Kids had fun, and enjoyed the trampolines. Not sure what they were referring to about sports (bball half court). However, the womens restroom was not well serviced (the toilets had pee on them and were not flushed, the soap dispenser was kind of knocked off the wall, very messy on the floor).

This is a great place to hangout with friends and have fun! My kids had so much fun that they didn’t want to leave! Awesome place! Awesome price! Awesome staffs!

Its alright now food court wut so ever but even a salad bar or drink station...so when you come be creative and bring your own variety of goods...at the desk its all sugar....amd we all know sugar is very bad for you

Its great for the price! We go all the time. Its never too crowded even with summer camps going there since there is so much room and so much to do. Sometimes its just us. Also nice. The proprieter is super responsive if a game isnt working. Shes super nice. Things get worn out, but that doesnt really matter much. Shes always cleaning and repairing, etc. We love it.

This place is basically managed by teens. Which whom are getting terribly under payed with them getting payed 8$/hour. Which in todays society is nothing,

Lately since the asian woman is there incharge of the business everything has been getting worst. She is very desper for money. She has been trying to just make free money by trying to charge money for adults that are not playing. If you bring your kid to play, she has a new rule that you as a adult have to also pay even of you explain her over and over that is your kid that is going to play not you. Her only answer is that is the new rule. This place became trash. Because because they will trick you bad if you dont pay attention to what you do.

It was pretty cool, but some of the activities were unavailable and the basketballs were flat. They are hiring, so I suppose being short-staffes was part of the reason for this situation.

I took my ten year old son and his friend. They had a great time. They did the trampolines, bunger jump and water ball. This is A fun place for big kids( 8 and up). They also have a smaller trampoline room and bouncy house for kids 7 and under.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Place is run down and dirty! Went to a birthday party there and there was a big cockroach crawling up the wall! Restroom were nasty!!! For the price it was not worth it.

Place had no ac it was hot in there, the kids was curling underneath rope to get to other side. Price is way to high to pay for one hour. Will not be going back to that place.

I used to live this place. until I showed up with my son tonight and they suddenly were only accepting cash. ok. but I live quite a ways and wasnt willing to drive all the way back to get a cash card. surely there must be Venmo or Google pay or some option as clearly this is an operational issue. nope. no interest in even trying to sort the situation despite many attempts to find a solution.of you dont want business just say that clearly and keep operating in 1982.

Its a really cool place. Just wish that there was more, and the more didnt cost $5 extra

Kiddos had lots of fun. If theyre happy Im happy. Surprisingly it was empty for a Friday night. I will say this do not go for the arcade games they are a bit steep. Other than that your kid will have a blast jumping, playing dodge ball, basketball, and playing on the inflatable slide, and mini obstacle course.

I am only giving this place two stars because my 5 year old son loves this place and enjoys it there. Also, kids do not need to know the adult issues that happen behind the scenes of their birthday party. However. I am very disappointed in the staff. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Especially, how Ari, a staff member, rolled her eyes in front of my 9 year old son. I do not know why she did what she did. My son witnessed her rolling her eyes when he asked Gio, another staff member, to clean our party room table because it was very dusty and dirty. Gio was very kind and he came and helped me cleaned the table. Keep in mind I had no idea who my party host was because the host was running late, but Ari was already there just standing around and she ended up being my host. She showed up 30 minutes later, in the party room saying she was my host. My son then reminded me, letting me know that Ari, the girl in the red sweater was the one who rolled her eyes at him. Later on, my husband then politely asked her for a trash can, and when she turned her back she rolled her eyes again, and my son and my niece happened to pass by when she did it. I do not usually write these kind of reviews, but when it involves disrespect, out of being lazy, or not liking your job, and it is towards any family or guest. That is just completely unacceptable and is bad for business. I hope JUMP USA takes initiative in handling this issue and does not sweep it under the rug because the entire time from the moment we got there, we felt very unwelcomed. One last thing I would like to mention, there is another staff member, never got her name, but she was wearing square framed, gold, pre-scribed glasses. During the party I approached her respectfully, at the front desk, we even made eye contact and she gave her back and then awkwardly walked towards me, and she looked annoyed when I asked for paper plates and napkins. Some of the staff members just seemed very sluggish, and rude. This was definitely not the type of party experience no one as a parent should go through. Once, again, management needs to be aware of this and needs to take care of this kind behavior and issue.

This place is awesome. I had a wonderful experience despite the place being so busy on a Saturday. I was offered the best package for my family. The staff is very attentive to the customers. The price was great and theres a lot for the kids to do. Im looking forward to returning during the week when there are less people I hope. However, I dont regret the experience regardless of the crowd. Id recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun experience the adults and children can enjoy. Cant wait to do this again. Theres lockers for your personal items. The staff can order food for you. Most important youre treated like a valued customer.

Quality of trampolines appear to be poorly maintained with duct tape serving as patches. Staff seemed less interested in actively helping customers who wanted to use rides and rather sit behind the counter. Overall appearance could be improved with an investment in paint, patching and netting replaced where zip ties are holding it together.

Just had my party there on the a weekday and I can just say the price was perfect!!! It beat any place here in Austin to book a party. Aside from that they even added a coupon to make it even a BETTER price!!! My room was ready and how I expected it to be when I got there. And aside from that there staff is super friendly. Party host was there all the time helping with the party and made sure we had everything. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to have a party.

Great place for kids to play. The have many jump stations to let the kids play and they are pretty well cushioned to protect from harm. However, there isnt much organization going on. We paid for the 1hr service but there was no way for the staff to keep track of your time, so we could have easily stay well beyond that.There also wasnt much enforcement in the rules going on. There were some people jumping with shoes when they shouldnt and some jumping in areas that were unable to sustain their weight.A good place to go once.

Lots of fun, wish I had place like this when I was growing up. I am almost 40, but had lot of fun there and it was good exercise too. If you go during the day, it’s less crowded. It’s popular spot, so can get busy some of the days in the evening. Place is pretty big and parking lot is huge. They seem to throw lot of kids’ birthday party there too.

I wasnt sure what to expect bringing my 19 month old to a trampoline park. We came with family and other kids and had an absolute blast. Service was great. It was $5 for her which was great. I bounced along with her. The also had a blown up tunnel system which she had a blast in. Over all a great experience.

Enjoyed myself with my daughter. This place is great for an older kid without being restricted on size and what they can or can not do. It is also is a great for adults. Only thing its lacking is food; yes there are snacks but I need FOOD nacjos, hot dogs, popcorn burgers. All in all fun place to go

This place is totally mind-blowing!It has enormous trampolines, and has lots fun games such as dodgeball, soccer, and basketball.There are place where kids can play.And also, their clerks are very nice.It was awesome!

This place needs a lot of work. Very worn down. Carpet coming up every where. Dangerous holes and tears. Ive never felt so unsafe at a place like this. Repairs look bad. Im so glad i didnt pay the entrance fee. Luckily it was free due to a birthday party. I will definitely not return!

This place is awesome! Very spacious and I appreciate that they have separate areas for big and little kids. There is enough variety to keep the kids busy and active. The weekday specials make it affordable enough that we can come here on the reg instead of just special occasions!

What a fun place to escape the heat with your youngsters. I would have given them more stars if they had healthier options for snacks while located in a place that youre not supposed to bring food from outside. Im just saying I bring my kid there to burn off energy not to put sugar in them to have more energy.

If I could give zero stars, that would be the rating for Jump Party USA.Very VERY disappointed in new management and the changes theyve made to this place. Last year, My daughter (3 at the time) and I came here and had a blast every time. It was very affordable, under 10$ for the entire day and she was able to go anywhere, from the big trampoline court to the dodge ball court to the zorbs and everywhere in between there were no limitations and it was my job to ensure her safety as should be expected.With the new changes, every area except the very small area is for 7 and older.I also need to mention that most of the children were under 7 and had to cram into that one area. And one last thing, I said my daughter and I came and had a blast, thats because I was able to jump with her and slide, etc. The new area they expect these kids to be in, is too small for adults to jump in. Very disappointing.I requested a refund due to the fact that my child can go to any of the other numerous trampoline parks and have no restrictions. I think it is absolutely ridiculous what this place has turned into. Used to be such a fun place but with these new limitations and restrictions I will not be returning.The pictures are an example of what we saw when there, a giant area with barely any kids in it (due to most being under 7) and a small area, crammed with kids some that are too big to even be in there.It would be completely understandable if there were any bigger kids there, but as you can see, the bigger area was mostly empty after they cleared the kids under 7 out.

Clean everything was great

My girls love going to this place for a 8 and 6 year old for jumping for about an hour ,which is more than enough I paid $17.00 and they finished very tired and happy. You can also get a good deal in Groupon.

It was cool went there a week ago and it was super fun!!

Lots to do but easy to lose a younger child. Also they do not check to make sure you leave with the right kid so keep an eye on your little one.

We had a blast, just remember to wear socks unlike some that were in my group. They do sell them there just incase. Adults remember jumping isnt just for the kids go out and have some fun too.

Outside it doesnt look like much, but once you get inside its a lot of trampolines for kids and adults to jump on. It wasnt too crowded so youre able to actually enjoy everything that there is to do. I image well be coming here more often to burn off energy for my little kids.

My grandchildren enjoyed being here...which is really all that matters. I was just disappointed that the place is dirty and a bit run down. The white picnic tables used for seating were disgusting and duct tape was used to hold together the carpet throughout the facility. Im guessing the place has definitely seen better days. We went here because we had a Groupon. I probably wont go back.

This has got to be the worst experience ever ... We had my granddaughters 4th birthday party there. I cant even tell you the name of our host or that she helped us with anything. We had to continually hunt someone down or do it ourselves. I was given a review and flash drive of pics taken during the party. Pictures? Really? Well, 14 pics of her opening presents, which we had already and only 1 or 2 of the birthday girl in action. You get what you pay for ... Not much! Very dirty, run down, and just not a place we will return to. Unfortunate!

This place is amazing they have pretty much everything. And the music choices are amazing. I like that they play a lot of different genres.

Kids have fun and its pretty big space. But they have inflatable balls that you have to pay extra for and they deflate within 2 minutes of your child using it. All inflatable balls had holes in them. The place is not really clean either.

No ⭐ from me , I had a really bad experience, the owner needs to step up and hire more staff or staff that can diffuse a chaotic situation. I felt bad for the staff not being able to control the situation with teens. There was so most profanity and teens starting fights. While other parents with little are trying to enjoy themselves. So if you like the chaos, ghettoness this is the place for you.

Plenty for kids to do. no outside food allowed which is weird and annoying. Lots of people seem to work here but I guess they all stay up front and you have to physically go get them if you need something at the back. Kids love it though

Initially went in, and wondered why it was a bit empty on a Sunday. Got my answer quite quickly. Besides being pricey, NOT very clean, and looked a bit scketchy. States to wear socks at all times health reasons that should be the least of there problems. Located in a Hispanic zone of town, Asian lady prejudiced against the community it serves. Dont recommend, wouldnt give a star if that was possible.

You will love it because Mon thru Fri if you have a child under 6 you only pay $5 for one hour and get to jump from 10am to 2pm!!
