Just like most of these types of nail places, time management is not their strength. The actual service is ok. Be prepared to wait, judge for yourself the wait.

I wish I could give them zero stars! This place is by far the worst I have ever been to! The color I wanted wasn’t the same one I picked out! My nail shape was off on every nail( just an overlay on my real nails) took 4 hrs for a simple fill and polish change on toes! They charged way to much for a fill and polish change on toes! 62$! Ridiculous! I have never in my life had an experience this bad!

Busy but the service was good. Waited almost 30 minutes before she started but attention was paid.

They are very slow they have more people doing feet than hands also they dont finish with one customer before trying to do the next i dont like that

Went with 2 friends. Only 3 of us & all 3 technicians were open. Pedicure was a nightmare. First, I noticed the water was getting very hot. Very! Asked Nancy to add cold water and she started spraying my foot with scalding water. The tops of my toes on my left foot are still sensitive 2 days later. Luckily, they didnt blister. Was told the water wasnt too hot, but that I had thin & sensitive skin. I grew up in a beauty salon! Manicure was just so, so. Never again. Once was enough!

Employees are nice enough, but this has been the slowest service ever. Nails came out alright. 3 1/2 hours for a fill and a full set is unacceptable especially when your the only ones in here. First and last time coming here.

Always good for the feet. Made a 930 appointment and feet were wet and soaking by 935am...😁 I had not been for a while so there was some work to be done. Massage and pedicure were awesome. Cant wait until we do it again!!🥳

These people are rip offs.... I called how mush to just remove my gel polish of my nails...and this lady say $10.00.. I could buy 2 bottle of acrylic remover for that cost.....

I have waited awhile for service but have always had first class treatment. They do a fantastic job on gel nails and their pedicure selection and service is great. Only reason I put four out of five stars is that I’ve had to wait awhile a couple of times. Still my nail shop! 😊

I waited 45 minutes for service, because I arrived with my friend and was not told that was only one technician available for a fill. Unapologetic and rude on top of it all. ZERO STARS!

Nail guy did them so thin. I told the manager and she said we will see. I was in Houston and could not come back after 3 days. 3 nails broke in 2 days and polish cheap is chipping . More nails are breaking and I’m taking them off. Do not want to refill bc of Safety. DO NOT COME HERE EVER. I should’ve listened to the reviews. They do not care about customers and safer of customers. He was coughing while doing my nails.

I just moved to the Tech Ridge area of Austin, and needed a good salon. I am so glad I found this one! Its a small space, but clean and relaxing. The t.v was turned way down, and all the techs were skilled, friendly, and also soft spoken, which added to the peaceful feeling. This is not a crazy high energy, rush and go place, but somewhere to relax. Cindy did my shellac pedicure, and wow-- did she ever transform my sad Hobbit feet into baby soft, beautiful ones! I was not in a hurry, and she gently and meticulously worked every bad callous until it was completely gone. Due to my RA and mobility issues, I generally think of pedicures more as a necessary evil, but this salon made it a really soothing experience. I definitely recommend! Note: After reading a lot of other reviews, I feel like I should say that, as a woman in my 50s, I like the vibe of this salon a lot. However, if you are young, in a hurry, and not patient with older techs whose speed or language skills may not be what youre used to, you probably wont enjoy this place. Yes, that makes me a boomer, lol. I recommend this place to other boomers. :)

The only reason I went here is because my normal place hadn’t opened back up yet, but I should have just waited. This place is terrible. It took almost four hours to get a basic mani pedi with no line. Why??? The staff is simply just SLOW. There was no apologies or updates on when they would get to me and flat out lied on time to wait on anyone else that came in after me. Nope! Never again!

Walked in and was asked what services are you seeking? Just for and nail polish (polished already removed), signed in at 11:25 and signed out at 12:55 but was told oh its just a few min. Very slow and unaccommodating. If you cant have a good rotation dont over book! Time is money

I brought my stepmom here while she was visiting. She got a basic spa pedicure and it took about an hour and a half. They aren’t that fast but they do care about quality over quantity. My stepmom loves her pedicure and has bragged about how awesome the service was! Definitely recommending!

They can’t do modern nails and get upset when it doesn’t come out like the photo. I went in as soon as they opened and was there getting my nails done for 3 hours. The ladies were polite though.

It was ok only got lashes & she was pretty good 👍The lashes lasted about 1 1/2 weeks started falling out within the wk but it was a good visit. I did get the feeling that they could be rude when they want to, just got that feeling, thats all

I love this place! The customer service is always great, and I am always happy with my pedis and gel nails. They will always fix a mistake, even if you mess up a wet nail; they have no problem doing it over. They are careful with my daughters nails and always paint cute designs on them. I come here every month and am never disappointed.

The tech took huge chunks of my cuticles off and now 10 days later they still giving me hang nails on every nail. The gel polish has all come off, only went here bc my normal tech is out of the country. Will not go again.

Went some time in Dec 2019 the first time my nails were good the 2nd time different person nails were bad she was in a rush, not sure. I’m not going back, sucks bcuz it was close to home.

I would have never thought a mani/pedi would take that long, but they really care about the quality of their work. I am not complaining 😊

I did not think they did a very good job on my nails. The guy seemed distracted and like he just wanted to get it over with. He cut one of my fingers because he wasnt paying attention to how hard he was buffering. Even after I gave him $5 tip (pay before your done so you dont mess up your nails :P) he was still rushing. Two of my nails had streaks and where he messed up on the polish and it only took one day to start seeing a separation between my nail-bed. I saw a major difference in how careful manicurist could be the next week when I went to get them refilled somewhere else. I guess they dont care about keeping customers.

If your wait is more than 10 or 15 minutes, its an indication how good their service really is because people keep going back. Love this place and staff is awesome

I really like the workers here, they are very friendly and cooperative. The place is overall clean and whenever I get my solar nails done, they last for quite a while. The selection options are wide also. I take my 2 daughters here for waxing and and nails they also enjoy it very much!

Service was horrible I don’t complain at too many nail shops but the guy had an attitude Bc someone didn’t want a pedicure at all. I was cut in the process of him attempting to cut my cuticle and when I asked him to stop he got upset with me. I would never recommend this place to anyone

This is the absolute worst nail salon you can go to. They charge extra to cut your cuticles. The service is awful. My nails broke within 3 days. Went back and they blamed me. Please save yourself time and money

I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this salon. I went to go get my nails done I wanted gel nails / shellac nails I asked for white tips it took over an hour for this guy to paint my nails I dont think you did the right application of the gel settings because as soon as I left within an hour I got a chip on my nail that led to my nail polish peeling off and it literally was only 1 day after I got them done. I cant believe I paid over 30 dollars for nail polish that lasted 1 day. So off to find a better place to get my nails fixed

I am on the hunt for a nail salon, I just simply get pedicures. I went here and I am assuming I got a new tech. She missed a couple of things when it came to my pedicure. I get really bad ingrown nails and she didnt even bother with them. She didnt speak english either, she was very friendly. And the color selection is horrible. I wont be back. Still on the hunt.

I come every 2 weeks for Kelly to do my nails! I love the service and my nails. I also love how clean it is👍👍 I highly recommend this place to everyone 😀

This review is mostly on the service, I got a pedicure and the guy was so quiet he made it the most awkward pedicure I’ve ever had. He spoke to me in one word sentences the whole time and came off as rude. The towels he used to dry my feet were so rough it felt like sand paper. Not the most relaxing pedicure.

Well, Well !!! I sure wish I would have read the reviews before I went there yesterday ..It was the worst salon experience Ive experienced ever.While doing my nails, the guy cut my cuticles and did not bother putting antiseptic on it until I showed it to the tech that was doing my pedicure then it was he , who took care of it. I picked out some red sola tips to be put on.. ( to match the red polish on my pedicure) Needless to say, I walked out of there 2 hours later..with 2 crooked nails,and burnt orange nails, and red toes.The owner, manager is terrible as well she tried to convince me that my burnt orange nails were red which only infuriated me more...this is definitely a wake up call... Buyer be aware: If an nail establishment is empty ...this close to an holiday weekend.... Theres a reason for it!! I just decided i d go there because I was shopping in the shopping center and gave them a try....never again!! Run !!! do not walk away from tip toe nail salon on tech ridge!!!

I have been getting my eyebrows waxed since I was in the 2nd grade and I must say out of all of my years of waxing I can not stress enough how WONDEFUL Kelly is!!!! I have moved away and still will drive out of my way for an appt w her. It is worth it and she is always able to fit me in

Got nails done on last friday march 2nd and 5 nails already chipped/broken. Im not happy and wasted my $25 for that. I will never come back to that place ever again.

This place is horrible I got shellac/gel nails and it didnt last a week I usually dont write reviews but its crazy how I went back to get two nails fixed and then the next day two more needed fixing please dont waste your money at this place 45 dollars wasted at this place I will never go back I thought it was me but know its the bad quality product they use. My toes lasted but not my nails and exactly I had problems 2 to 3 days after they fixed them. I wish I could rate them a 0 thats how bad they are.

Upset, my 1st time going for a pedicure she repolished my toes 3 times and gave up...said I wouldnt go back. 2nd time I went was for nail removal but was talked into getting SNS quick I loved so I went back. And thought hey lets try this again...3rd time I refuse to go back. I spent 3 hours to get a pedicure (3xs) polishing my toes and SNS she didnt once apologize as to why it took so long.....i wont go back Ill go else where....60$ not worth the hassle

My girlfriend went to get her nails done for an event here, and when she came home she was so upset. Watching her call to see if she could get them redone, was even worse than the fact that she was so unhappy with them. They proceeded to explain she would have to pay for them to fix their mistakes. If I could give this place zero stars I would, enough said.

I really not like how they act to people and the service bad . If they were busy they will run to ur nails and they hurt u . I went yesterday it was really busy a lot of people left because of the service . I do not like the color they have because all of them old . So far I do not like everything in this place 👎🏼👎🏼0/10 . Worst pedicure Ive ever gotten. She hurt my toes, and cut my foot with the buffer. This is so crazy bad please avoid this place at all costs. I was the only person in there, now I see why. The two women who were there working spent the entire time in a conversation with each other in a foreign language. Very rude.

I was very dissatisfied I went last weekend and got a full set and pedicure.. the pedicure was nice however 3 of my nails are already broken and its only been a week ...

What a horrible experience I paid 80 for acrylic nails and basic toes and my nails are already breaking and they are crooked. On top of everything there color selection is poor and they are very rough. I would not recommend

This place is horrid. I will never go back because it took 2 hours for a mani/pedi and I was the only customer in there! I went to get a nail fixed the guy took off my nail with no acetone just took it right off it hurt, and the nail came out looking fat never going back would not recommend.

Took over an hour just to get a nail fix and it broke the next day. terrible service.
