This is one of the best nail salons Ive ever been to. Ive been going here for a couple of years, but I am not a regular. I have had facials too, and everything is always wonderful. Kind, caring staff, and the services are always excellent!

I scheduled an appt because I specifically wanted gelx nails even though its a 35 minute drive each way. I had an appt on a Saturday for a special event that is going on until Wednesday. Then Im right back to work. My thumb nails started bubbling almost immediately after I left and 15 hours later when I showered the polish completely detached and I had to try and fix them this morning before attending my show. Im a stylist and have nail things at home. However, if I wanted to do them myself I wouldnt have paid $96 for someone else to do them. I called and spoke with Hannah who said she would talk to the owner about a refund or a credit. Again, the whole reason I got them done was for this show. And dont have more time to drive there get them fixed then drive back within the 7day guarantee. The problem is curing. the polish wasnt cured fully before the top coat was put on. That is a mistake made by a staff member. Although, unintentional my nails didnt last even a day. Save your money and buy the kit and do them at home yourself. Its an out of date business practice to have a one size fits all policy for mishaps, mistakes or unsatisfactory service.

I really dislike giving a poor rating but after spending good money on a no chip manicure, I expect it to last. Day 2 the white from the thin line came off on some nails; days later it worsened; and today, this is what they look like. I cannot get them redone or fixed because I am out of State for the Holidays.Also, FYI - No massage chairs and wear your mask. If they have them, nobody started it for me. Staff wore t-shirts w the company logo. I know covid made things more casual but it looked like some staff were wearing quite casual lounge pants while working.As a result, despite the customer service, I am not returning and on the hunt for another nail salon.

I love this place so much! It is my go to place to get my nails done in Austin. Easy online booking and great options! I love that you can add on nail art for $10 and it looks amazing every time. If you want something really creative, ask for Bea— her nail art is absolutely gorgeous.

I was just on the site scheduling a new appointment when I saw a 1-star review. I couldn’t believe it so I had to read it. Absolutely nothing that was said in that review could possibly be true. The woman that owns the spa is obsessed with cleanliness and literally never stops smiling. This is not your typical nail place. It’s high end service at an incredibly reasonable price. I think that lady was just having a day.

I liked this place because they do not do fake nails, no unpleasant smells, etc... recently went back and had a bad experience with a very painful manicure. It didnt hurt during, but afterwards it hurt for over a week plus, she obviously didnt know how to handle cuticles. I have nice cuticles, but she left them in a horrible state of peeling for a week plus. My pedicure came out fine.

Great staff, always willing to go above and beyond to make you happy. High quality products and services. They are very clean and always take great care to ensure you’re satisfied. Shannon has been doing my brows for almost 2 years now, and I won’t go anywhere else for waxing or for nail services.

Extremely happy with the services and how my nails turned out! Jasmin was amazing and this was SO worth the drive from downtown. The prices are great for the very high quality they offer!

Oh my gosh. Best pedicure ever!! It was an amazing experience and I loved the nail tech i got. She was so gentle, was super kind, and you could tell she loved her job. When i walked in there were bins incase you touched a nail polish you didnt choose (geinus) and everything was so cleann! Also the service was great. I loved everything about my appointment, and my nails are stunning! I didnt get the non-chip coat thing people have been talking about in the reviews but my polish has stayed on for a while. Overall amazing experience and I love my white nails. Definitely will be comming back!!Definitely will NOT be coming back. Spoke too soon, charged me a 80$ TIP! ( I said 20$ which would have been 40, which should be plenty. ) After the lady my mom had took her dear sweet time. Now, she was super sweet. But it took SO LONG, and my mom didn’t have a great experience. Now, I definitely do not recommend.

I have mixed feelings about Plum - they have a wonderful and expansive facial menu with reasonable costs. The facility is clean and their facial products are of good quality. While Ive been many times for facials, I personally wont go back. The staff, owner included, is not customer-oriented and they chose to argue with their customers versus satisfy them. I have clients in my industry too and my approach much like the common saying, the customer is always right, does not apply at Plum. Even if Plum doesnt agree with a customer they shouldnt argue back. I experienced this on a few occasions and prefer not to walk into a hostile environment when Im going for a relaxing facial. Simply for the demeanor and argumentative ways I wont go back.

I love this place! I get my nails, facials and waxing done here and always have an amazing experience and great results! They have so many gel polish colors to choose from and the nail techs are all super meticulous, which I appreciate. I am kind of OCD about my nails and like that they take their time to do a really thorough job of cleaning up my cuticles.

Been going to this nail shop off and on for a few years but recently decided to discontinue use of their services. Terrible customer service and very much over priced not worth it in my opinion. Plenty of nail shops/spas around the Austin area that are more accommodating than this one.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Not only was my appointment canceled 10 minutes before on the previous day, but when I rescheduled for the following day, they were 30 minutes late. My manicurist did not ask me which package I wanted, and went with the shortest, cheapest one. To conclude an already bad experience, my nail polish on my toe nail was bumped when my nail tech placed the flip flop on my foot. She did not redo the nail, and instead just added another coat of polish. And to top it all off, this was a gift from a family member. Would NOT recommend.

Talk about “Treating yo self!” This place smells great, looks great, the people are friendly and talented. I’ve been going to Plum since it opened and I still travel from Round Rock to go there since I moved from Austin 4 years ago. I literally pass about 25 salons just to go to Plum. Highly recommended and encouraged.

Went for a Healing Man pedicure and everything was amazing. I got seated on time, the owner at the front desk was very friendly. And my technician was Christina and she was amazing. Very friendly and had great conversation. Highly recommend. *Ask for the “Peaceful” leg lotion. :)

Clean, prompt, great value, did I mention clean? This is the ONLY place that I have been going to that I did not catch an infection in my toe nails. They are fanatic about being good and clean. I think the pricing is awesome and they offer a great VALUE. Owner super nice and every person that worked with me has been off the charts awesome! Professional, kind, nice, prompt. GET AN APPOINTMENT - dont just walk in - that way they can pay attention to YOU.

Love this place! Prices are decent. Store is really clean. Staff is so professional. They can tell when you just want to zone out and relax, or if you want some conversation. Sometimes its hard to get in there, they get busy especially on weekends.

I love Plum Natural Nail and Skin Spa! It was very easy to book my appointment online. I was greeted by the owner as soon as I walked in. She gave me a tour of the spa, started the water for my pedicure and asked if I wanted something to drink. The spa is very clean, the decor is fun and modern and I loved the attention to all of the small details, such as the lighting, music, pillows, etc. The products are top of the line, I loved all of the color selections, it was hard to choose! I purchased some of the Berry and Bloom lotion that was used during my treatment because I loved how it smelled and felt on my skin. My mani and pedi was beautiful and lasted for several weeks. I will definitely return when I am back in the Austin area! If I lived in Austin, I would be a regular client, for sure! Thank you for a great experience!

Love it! Its so clean and decorated so freaking cute, but thats beside the point-the quality of the services is top-notch, and with all nontoxic products. They have thiz line of lotions that are the bomb and smell so good. Im hooked ❤

Love this place! Amazing service and wonderful technicians. The spa itself is super cute, super clean, and everyone there is friendly and helpful. They have online booking, which is awesome since Im a busy mom and sometimes need to schedule last minute - its nice to pop online at 6am to see if I can get in for the day without having to wait until they are open. Im a regular and cant imagine going anywhere else.

I have been to many different places to have my nails done, and this was by far the best! For 45$ my nails look absolutely perfect and there has been no lifting or chipping.

Rude manicurist, not friendly and snapped at me bc my fingers tensed up a couple times.Texting while doing my nails totally unprofessional. I got my eyebrows waxed but the waxer couldnt do a simple arch. Right before my wedding nice. I got a pretentious vibe. Im never going back again.

I really put some effort into looking for a new place to get my once every 5 month pedicure. I dont go often, so I really wanted a nice experience. The pedicures here cost a tad more than traditional drop in salons, but this is more like a spa and the level of service and atmosphere reflect a much finer level of service. In addition to the spa being bright, cheerful and clean with a visibly happy staff, there was very nice relaxing music and no chit chat amongst the service providers in anything other than English. (I did not feel like an outsider or wondering what was being said and was it being said about me...or my feet?!!)Kim was my technician and she was meticulous in her work; a true professional. My feel look awesome and I am a dyed in the wool, client of hers for life!I think in a business that is luxury/treat oriented, we have grown accustomed to sub standard levels and allow ourselves to not be as comfortable as we should during such a wonderful experience.

Visiting from out of town so relying on reviews to find a nail place...happy to report that I was very happy with this place...very nice...made appt...Maria was ready for me...she did a fantastic job...definitely will return next time Im in town

Appointments are scheduled too close together to clean between or they will totally reschedule you to a new technician without asking. Workers are disgruntled. Cosmetologists that work there don’t get equal training and education at the salon. Students work the front (ones great the other is abismal) along with a super passive aggressive owner (look for the lady making everyone depressed). Good sanitation WHEN it’s followed. Not always. Gel setting machines not wiped down between clients. Pillows on chairs could spread lice or mites.

Ive always had great service there. I usually best the rush and get there around 3 pm and they always provide top notch service. This is by far my favorite salon in town.

I love coming here for my pedicure. Its clean and doesnt have the chemical smell of other salons. Bea is fast, efficient, talented, and sweet.
