This was my first visit to this salon. It was an ok experience as far as customer interaction. Although, I did not feel that their sanitation practices were up to par. I dont get my nails done often, but I do know the process. This place also seems to take care of regular clients well... which is understandable but no excuse for poor service. I chose a white color with a coffin shape. The lady did not shape my nail properly. I accepted what she did because I was tired of telling her how to do her job. I paid and left the salon. Later that same day my nails started to turn yellow in streaks throughout all of the nails. I went back the following day and the lady was with a client who seemed to be a regular client. I sat in the chair next to them and observed the care and patience she had with this client. Her nails were beautiful. Once the nail tech came to me she tried to make it seem as if products that I used made my nails turn yellow... and even asked if I smoked cigarettes. I do not smoke and did not use any products when I left the salon. She tried to assure me that she would fix the color and they would not turn again, but I wanted a different color. She said that would be an extra charge. I expressed that it should not be an extra charge for a color change and I did not feel assured that the white would not turn yellow again. I chose red this time. They looked better than the first day. Its been a week and now the acrylic is lifting from the back of my nails. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless yippy are getting a pedicure. A friend I went with had her toes done and they looked great.

I Made my second visit to this business, first time about 5 months ago for a pedicure, and acrylic full set granted I hadnt worn nails in a while. First of all the first time that I had gone I got kind of like the full works for the basic price but then second time they want to charge me to buff my heels or remove calluses or even get a hot towel for my legs It was extra, as I got out into my car I notice how patchy the nail polish was on my nails they werent filed underneath where you could see I dont know what you call the nail that they glue to your nail It wasnt filed away. Yes thats my last trip there I guess it shows how broke they are if they cant do quality work is sad and I tip them well

We came around 4pm and they were able to see us both right away. Place was steadily busy and they had plenty of staff to keep up. My pedicure and manicure came out great! They had drinks, snacks, TV, and massage chairs. Definitely will be returning!

Best experience I have had in 10 years. I love when they tackle you to do the manicure and pedicure simultaneously. Between the great employees and the massage chair I felt like 5 people were working on me at once. The massage was really nice and every second of 15 minutes each leg and foot promised. Nails are perfect. I highly recommend.

I went here today for a pedicure. It was my birthday but they were not aware of it. I can easily say I had the best pedicure of my life! I am always in pain due to advanced arthritis and various injuries. I got the organic pedicure which includes a paraffin wrap, knee to toe massage and hot stone massage. Reasonably priced and oh so worth it! I was in heaven! And my friend received an equally excellent pedicure! She also said it was the best she has ever had. Thank you Fairy Nails for helping make my birthday a wonderful experience!

I really like this place! Ive never seen it so packed you have to wait, but its still steady business. Friendly people and pretty good prices.

There are so many choices for nail salons, and I have tried quite a few of them. I always come back to Fair Nails because they are very welcoming and accommodating. They always do an excellent job. I have never been disappointed.

I have been a customer for over 18 months and each time I visit the service is fantastic. I have never received more compliments on my nails! Not only do my nails look beautiful but my toes feel pretty as well. I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Everything is extra. No callus removal on a basic pedi?! How is that even a thing. Ladies are nice and seemed to take their time but a $25 service will cost you $50.

Good little nail place. Ladies are nice and welcoming. I always get shellac or powder so I dont know how well they do designs or different styles. Go early because just like most places it gets busy.

The manager, Trulie, works really hard at making sure all of the customers are taken care of. The staff spend extra time with you and they offer drinks and snacks and make you feel very comfortable. The manicures and pedicures are excellent!

We love this place and go with the grandparents too whenever they visit. They are the only place we know where they treat you first class and even offer a glass of wine or bag of chips!

First time fake nails! The ladies here were very nice, and shared all the options with us without being pushy to upgrade. We did this for my daughters birthday.

This is a hit or miss location.If you get the young lady with pink streaks in her hair- excellent job!!! (I have done my nails and gotten eyebrow wax with her) She is beyond amazingIf you get the older women (possibly the owner or co-owner) she is not very good... AT ALL. I have had her for both nails and waxing...She doesnt even cut your nails or cuticles when she does your nails (I got fake nails done) she just glues the nails and does the process as fast as she can. When I get waxing done she tries to nudge that I should get something else done as well. Comes across as just trying to get your money....I got my upper lip waxed by her (first upper lip ever) and she burned my skin and even ripped some off it was red for the rest of the night and after she did it she laughed a little, mumbled in chinese, and went to the back to get me ice...I had a scab for about a week in random spots on my face because of it, it was horrible... In the end she charged me full price!She ruined my week and still expected full price as well as a tip I was shocked.I encourage everyone to choose carefully when it comes to waxing... especially if it is somewhere noticeable and important SUCH AS YOUR FACE!Hope this helpsJoes nails is a lot better than this place and is a street away

Came in spur of the moment due to cracking a nail, huge mistake. The girl behind the first table spent 35 mins trying to take off my old set. Grinding, wrapping every finger in foil and acetone, unwrapping, regrinding, rewrapping with acetone and foil then another round of grinding. All while lazily staring off out of the front window, hardly putting any effort into what she was doing. Finally she started applying the acrylic. I asked how much longer it would be as it was nearing 45mins. She estimated about 20 more mins. At which point she found some energy, as it took her only 20mins to throw on the acrylic, buff/shape and polish my nails. She buffed and ground one nail back down to my nail bed. Which was lovely since she now had to go back, reapply acrylic, reseal, etc. Another girl had to come over, buff and polish the one hand while she finished fixing the one nail. In the end I left with unshaped nails, uneven/sloppy French tips, and the feeling of wasting $40. Had I not had previous engagements to meet, I would have stayed to have them fix the full extent of their errors. Highly dissatisfied!

These people are amazing. By far the best manicure and pedicure process i have ever had. I was given immediate and intimate attention here. I was even given a massage during both mani and petti and of couse, my nails look fantastic as well. I recommend treating yourself to this experience!
