This is the best company you could ever ask to your home. Everyone is professional, kind and works harder than ever. We used G Landscaping recently to cut all our bamboo plants flush to the ground as this years winter storm killed all the stalks (thankfully not the plants). They cut down 18 plants which were all 20+ feet tall, weeded our beds around the pool and the one out front, added mulch to all beds and planted 4 shrubs. The two gentlemen that did the work were professional, friendly and did an excellent job. I received 2 quotes for this work and G Landscaping was on par with the other company.

I called to get a price for weekly lawn maintenance specifically stating I Needed weeding.... sent them photos..... G landscape gave me a price... they came 4 times to do the yard.....when I came back in town (after a month gone)and saw the yard the weeds were still there...... I called and G Landscape said oh weeding is extra... there must be a miscommunication? I re sent the photos and texts to her and G said... oh the girl you spoke with didnt know what she what doing??? REAL PROFESSIONAL right.... I agreed to pay more for weeding and get a quote on mulching and trimming the bushes and NEVER heard back.... i called again no answer.... i got a text saying call this other number and you will get your quote.... I called the number and went to a voicemail NOT set up.... I called again no answer.... I finally texted to end service and immediately got a final bill....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IT S A SCAM.... bait and switch....

OMG. Just check out these estimates. $300 to trim a bush...and the rest gets worse. Then...all the work combined...no discount for doing all...crazy. I would not waste time here.

G Landscaping did extensive work adding stone borders to our beds, walkways, a new gate to store our trash cans, and added a deck and pergola in back.. The only thing we had to change was to get a roofer to replace the plastic pergola roof with a metal one due to hail damage. Very happy in general with this companys work, recommend them

If you pop on over to Yelp, you’ll see this company only has 3 stars and with good reason. They’re not responsive, I’ve tried calling and texting and they never get back to you. I messaged to let them know I had a sprinkler leak in the backyard and there was a puddle, asking for a quote on sprinkler repairs. I followed up with a phone call, Edwin didn’t bother to respond to my questions and when the guys showed up for the regularly scheduled service, they drove the mower right through it and made a mess of the yard. No response when I raised this concern with photos. I’ve been a customer for over a year, not anymore.Edit to respond to the owner: This is just plainly untrue. I have paid all invoices on time and have all the receipts, I’ve added the last 3 months to my review as proof. (Check the Google Maps app or Yelp if they aren’t showing up in the web browser, I confirmed theyre visible there). I’m also adding a screenshot of the owner response in case they try to remove it now that their dishonesty is exposed. I get that people get busy, have bad days, make mistakes - this is not that. This is a blatant lie in an attempt to discredit a customer review. It demonstrates a lack of moral character and honestly makes me feel even better about taking my business elsewhere. Truly despicable behavior, I would not recommend doing business with them.

The short version- I called on Monday, Edwin was out to my house on Tuesday, understood what I wanted, sent me samples that afternoon, and on Wednesday we had a beautiful front yard better than anything I couldve done on my own. Incredible quality, incredibly fast. Im not using anyone else for future projects.

Affordable price and great work.

I contacted this company via email earlier this week attempting to book a quote. I received a reply saying they were booked for the week and they could possibly schedule me for the following week, I declined because I wanted my lawn cut sooner than they could cut it. They responded saying they could squeeze me in for Friday, today is Friday and I haven’t heard a peep from the company. Not even to say they can’t make it to me today as planned. I emailed them asking what the issue was and never received a reply. I find this VERY unprofessional and will NEVER contact them again. If you want a professional lawn team....THEY ARE NOT IT!!

Great cuts every time!

I called to have my landscaping done, they told me they would have someone come out on an agreed date. On the day they were a no show and when I called them to follow up they told me they would call me back to give me a status. No one ever called me back. Super unprofessional. Do not waste your time with them as they are super unprofessional when it comes to communication. Glad I didnt pay them and then they no show.

Awful absolutely the poorest job of any company in Austin.

We were happy with how the front yard turned out. Reasonable price and good results. Unfortunately we’ve since found the irrigation system has been leaking for a couple months underground since the work was done. My issue is that it’s been 12 days of calling and texting and no one has come out to even check it out. They asked for pictures which I sent and nothing. And keep promising to come the next day. Updated. — issue was resolved. Employees that came to fix were courteous and competent.

Had them scheduled for to come by for a quote. After 15mins requested a ETA with no reply. 2 hours later they called and said they were delayed asked if they could come by which I said no. If they cant keep a appointment with a potential customer much less let them know I cant imagine how bad there service would be once they have your money.

I had a hardscaping project I needed done in the backyard - removal of old railroad ties and the installation of a retaining wall. The scheduling was easy and the team came out and did a quality job!! I already have a project ready to go for next year.

Edwin and his team just finished a good sized project for us at our home. We got several bids and he came in well below the next closest bid. Great communication with Edwin, he got us our quote when agreed upon, showed up the following week right on time and went over our project again before leaving his team to work. In two days our old and new beds looked amazing. His guys cleaned up everything and they really did a very professional job. Really cheap rates on mowing jobs too. We will definitely have Gs Landscaping back for more projects. Cant recommend strongly enough. Amazing work at an amazing price.

Edwin answered on a Saturday - scheduled for a Tuesday (WOW that is fast) - and then I had to change the date to Wednesday because of the utility check - no problem to them. Showed up early...worked fast and got two trees planted within an hour! Great work and they look beautiful. I will for sure use this company again!

If you use these people have them document for you the materials, labor , and cost this is something I did not do and I am finding out now they overcharged me I am a woman and they took advantage of me. Our backyard was a complete mess when we called these guys; small trees where there shouldnt be any, 1ft high grass, weeds killing everything in sight. The owner came out on a Saturday to check it out, gave us a really fair price, and within thirty minutes of making the deal there were people working on our yard. Two days later, the entire yard is clear of everything and the workers left everything nice and tidy. Honestly, I dont think Ive ever had a more positive experience with a service company. After completion of my natural stone retaining wall, I can truly say that I am delighted.My journey to this point began when I hired a company to complete this job and when they almost done, NO show up anymore, My husband and I tried to contact them but No answer.After all these we had to find out a reliable company to complete the job. I called and got some information and estimates from a few companies. The larger companies were very organized, but all wanted big jobs; moreover, most of the offerings were either utilitarian-looking or crazy-expensive. Be aware, this process is not cheap.I met a representative from GLANDSCAPING AND MORE, he came out with a quote and suggestions for my unfinished job, and he found out there was a structural issue and looked for a solution. I hired them at the spot. His knowledge, caring and reasonable price caught me.And the work crew were even more caring. Not being familiar with the process, they Starting with repairing the foundation problem, then laying the base, and made the retaining walls, sturdy as the others didnt. I never once thought that they had any goal other than my complete satisfaction; almost unheard of these days!I really recommend them. Awful, unreliable customer service. We secured an appointment on Saturday at 10 am. Edwin came out around 10:30 am to give an estimate. $40 for someone to come mow bi-weekly starting later the same afternoon. No one came. Called Edwin Sunday morning and he promised someone would be out Wednesday. The trailer was broken and thats why no one came out on Saturday. Now, we live in a neighborhood that fines you for having grass hang over the sidewalk. We expressed our concerns with Edwin and he ensured us someone would be out on Wednesday. Monday and Tuesday wouldnt work because of the rain.So today, Wednesday, at 4:30 pm in Liberty Hill, our grass is two inches taller and bone dry and we call Edwin a final time. He casually informs us that no one is mowing today because the grass is too wet. Edwin, dont make promises you arent willing to keep. We told him we needed him to mow by tomorrow otherwise we would surely be fined, but would be seeking further services elsewhere. He told us, Why dont you just find someone else to mow tomorrow.If we had known just how unreliable this company was, we wouldve done that Saturday.

The job ended on time with no unexpected changes to the initial quote. We will definitely call them again.

This place did AHH-MAZING on all our hedges and palm trees, cost was great too. They are experts at what they do. The end result was amazing!

We used them to design and install a new stone walkway and raised flower beds. Edwin pointed out a drainage problem we had at the corner of our garage that could eventually damage the house foundation. He solved it by adding an underground pipe to the gutter spout to divert the rain water and send it to our tree. Additionally, the walkway has a slight slope to align with our driveway, and drain rain water away from the house. The flower beds were done with a little trench and concrete base with the limestone bricks on top of that. Im confident they will not crumble, that they will last for many years. They also added weep holes for drainage. The work was done faster than expected and we are thrilled with the results. We will use this company again for landscaping projects in our backyard.
