My #1 recommendation: the mosquito treatment! We couldnt even walk outside without being eaten alive. Within hours of the first treatment we didnt see a single mosquito until the day before the next treatment. It works! Very worth the money.Yardwise, I moved into a new home in 2019 and the yard was mostly weeds. Having Real Green treat the yard for one entire year got rid of all the weeds and allowed the grass to flourish. Then in 2020 I let my service lapse, to save a little money during the pandemic. The weeds returned and the grass suffered. Now Im happy to have Real Green treating the yard again and its looking better than ever!

Bobby came by our house on Friday afternoon, and right away we noticed he was someone who would go above and beyond. He took the time to explain why we had been seeing Scorpions and spiders in our house that is surrounded on 2 sides by a wildlife preserve.He took the time to knock down the spider eggs that were in our 20 ft tall patio that no-one had ever done before which was part of the problem. He also identified the gap in the garage doors that allowed the scorpions to come in and put some sticky paper down, again no one we had used before did that. (White Knight and others) He was correct the very next morning we found a scorpion stuck on the sticky paper.It was amazing the difference that Bobby (BJ) made, he is knowledgeable, he is a father and took the time to explain and resolve our issues. We were blown away, thank you Bobby.

Ryan was excellent at explaining their spraying products and applications, when they can use what products due to weather conditions & what regulations they must follow because of young children, pets that might live next door to you, etc. He did a thorough inspection of our premises for ants and other bugs and advised us for how to prevent future issues with them as well as control the issues were experiencing. They come out and take care of any issues we have between our normal scheduled sprayings which is every other month. We have been a customer with them for 2 years now and very happy with their services.

I used them for Lawn weed and feed. The material they use is poor and not able to control basic weed. Their manager told me that weed will grow and you just keep mowing. Additionally recently I used them for aeration and the machine they have is worthless. It made scratchy marks on lawn and hardly able to dig half to 1 inch holes. Their manage was justifying the job was great and no need to revisit and offering me additional quite for re-aeration... We signed up for their basic service that includes weed control and fertilization. I really appreciated that they didnt try to push their other services and just went with what I chose. I also opted to have them do a core aeration which was handled by Justin and he did a great job of explaining what he was going to do and how they try to stay clear of sprinkler heads. He got to work and was finished pretty quickly and even tried to clean up the plugs that made their way to our driveway when loading the machine back up. All in all, were very satisfied with Real Green. Every time I call, they are courteous and get me to the right people to answer my questions.

I signed up with Real Green barely a week ago and already my lawn is looking so much better and the weeds are disappearing. TodayWaylan Keim, an irrigation person from Real Green checked out my irrigation system and practically rebuilt the entire system in my back yard. Waylan was very professional and answered all my questions and made sure everything was working, and reset all the stations. If there were 10 stars I would have given him 10 stars. All the staff are super knowledgeable and make time for any questions. I will definitely be referring them to all my friends!

Real Green has made our lawn look the best it has in years. In a matter of months, our lawn has improved in length, color and density. We had multiple large bare spots and yellowing. After some Real Green applications and a round of aeration it’s beautiful. I can only speak for there lawn care. Ive had them servicing and maintaining my yard for about 9 months. My yard looks great and is thriving. Their premium lawn care program is reasonably priced and includes weed control, fertilizing, bug control, conditioner, and once a year aeration. I highly recommend.

We hired Real Green to aerate and top dress our lawn front &back. They actually arrived about 1.5 hours earlier than expected. We have quite a bit of lawn space so the job took them just shy of 3 hours. The 3-man team worked very efficiently and quickly. The only question we have is whether or not the aerating machine actually got deep enough, because we never saw any plugs of soil being flung up. We have a nice thick Saint Augustine lawn so that may have been the reason the tines did not get deep enough to bring up plugs of soil. The top dressing machine was fantastic and the operator did a good job maneuvering around everything. Now we just have to wait and see if the investment pays off in a few weeks with a greener, healthier lawn. We would definitely hire Real Green again.

We had a huge mosquito problem in our backyard so we decided to call Real Green to see if they could help us out. Waylon, who was the representative came out and treated our entire backyard. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and did an excellent job. He also gave us information on the type of chemicals he was using and also informed us on our pets. We highly suggest using Real Green and if Waylon comes to treat your yard, you will definitely be pleased.

Real green has had the worst customer service department I’ve ever dealt with! And don’t get me going about their employees who come out to your home. I actually had one spit on me! There “coo” Who they refuse to identify is clearly not a customer service individual. If anyone out there knows who he is please let me know. Whatever you do do not pre-pay for the season… It’s just another scam of theirs to get your money. Fortunately I put it on American express who is on the side of the consumer and will return the payments to me. The online customer portal is basic so you don’t get details for anything really. had several insects popping up inside the house, even with a “monthly plan”. cheaper.. but you get what you pay foredit: in response to the business reply— i had a annual plan broken down into monthly installments, yes. i called a few times because although i was supposed to be serviced every other month i wasn’t unless i personally called. during these services, the interior was only done maybe 3 times—all due to my requests.You clearly don’t offer free services between visits seeing how i was sent an additional bill worth 2 months of installments after canceling although my contract was over and the BASIC services were barely met let alone any additional services.

Have always had a GREAT experience with Real Green. Their technicians are professional, informative and hard working. Our yard always looks like a millon bucks. We use them for weed control, yard fertilization, pest control (indoor/outdoor) and today had them treat the yard for mosquitoes. Justin was our techinician and we want him always treating our yard. He knocked on our door and explained what he was about to do. Knocked out the mosquito service with the fogger and granules. Lifted our septic covers, opened the propane cover and fogged the areas and then closed the covers. Fogged and treated around our pool, trampoline and our daughters playhouse. When he left, he knocked on our door and let us know he was done and answered all my questions. Justin is a true professional and a true Real Green ambassador. 💯

They take care of the exterior every other month and spray anywhere in the interior that I ask them to when I ask them. Their technicians are inevitably helpful, professional and courteous. Mike Doherty performed a Deep Root Fertilization on mu back yard Oak trees and front yard Crepe Myrtles. He answered every question I had and also made several suggestions as to how to improve the recovery of my trees from the February ice storm. he was totally professional and courteous.

Oftentimes I cannot read his hand writing and would like to speak with him in person about specific areas in my yard that I have issues with. Can this be changed? Had them come out to evaluate lawn . Concerned of brown patches and new sod not taking hold . Told them of grub worm concerns. They came said it was a fungus did not see any damage from grub worms . They gave their sales pitch. We figured they knew what they are talking about . Bought the service. Friend who is a Gardner pulled up a piece of sod . I have used Real Green’s pest control services for years and never had problems with bugs or critters in my house. I just moved to another property a few weeks ago and they sent a technician to spray the inside and outside of my home. Since they have sprayed my house I have seen bugs around the house including scorpions. I don’t know if the technician did not spray the house well as I did not follow him around or even spray at all. I am disappointed that the service I’m used to getting has gone down. Im not sure if I can continue using them to get rid of pests inside my home.

I had used True Green for about 6 months, bad choice. Real Green is a lot more friendly, professional and takes time to actually look for weeds in the lawn and treat them. True Green would do a quick spray and not check for weeds but hurry to move on to the next customer.

Miguel fixed a pvc irrigation line that no one could find where the source of the leak was. My backyard was a swamp until Miguel figured out how to solve my problem.If a customer has a tough leak that is hard to find, send Miguel to find out where and how. He is excellent at his trade and I would always recommend him.
