I usually come here without any problems. However today was a really bad experience. I usually use the $7 machine and the ladies there said they were broken so I had to use 3 of the smaller machines. I left for 20 minutes and came back to put my clothes in the dryer and the big machines were being used. And one of the lady said she didnt let me use them because I had to many clothes. I could of fit my laundry into 2 of the large ones. And the 3 smaller ones didnt wash my clothes and they refused to refund me. I spent $15 to have dirty clothes still.

Came in over two hours before close, was approached by an employee who rudely told us to not “make a mess because she just cleaned up” Came back 20 mins before close to pick up our clothes and the door was locked. Managed to get in and the same employee told us that she had bagged up our clothes. I told her they close at 10 and she replies that’s it’s 9:45. Had to argue with her just to get our clothes and leave, which was all before they closed at 10. Treated horribly by this employee.

Have to buy cards to do your laundry. The washers are $3.50 but he card costs $5.00 and is only good for $3.00, so you need to spend $10.00 for 1 $3.50 load, BUT THE DRYERS ARE FREE!

There are NO laundry carts anywhere in the place. No paper towels in the restroom. Good luck finding an attendant Half the machines dont work.

Very nice employee, helped me do my wash. Had to buy a reusable card for a couple dollars (reasonable) and charged it with a few more dollars for the wash. The dryers are free but require the card to operate. Also make sure you bring some coins if you need to purchase detergent from the dispenser.

With new management this place has turned around for the best. Employees are always ready to help you. You can watch you telenovela while folding your clothes.

RIP OFF ALERT. Came here a month ago. Put $10 on card. Used $4.60 washer. Washer did not start. Could not locate employee. Took clothes in other machine...it worked. Emplyee came out of restroom. I told her. She said nextime I came in she would get money back. Said she cannot give cash or pu money on card. Came in today...told different employee what happened. She said only the person I talked to could help me. Put $10 on card and again was waager did not start. Employees said card only had $2 on it and next time I was in talk to her and she would take care of me. Abd uf she is not there?????? Asked for owners number and she said she does not know it. SOUND LIKE A GOID WAY TO RIP PEOPLE OFF. BE WARE. MAKE SURE TO AVOID THIS PLACE.

Machines moldy af where you put in the Landry detergent and only after 1-2 hours of opening the employee goes ghost no where to be found when you need assistance with their card machine
