Everything seemed clean and well maintained. Not much seating area so I just stood by my dryer till clothes were done. Like how prices were labeled for all the machines.

Quick and convenient. Could use more seating but the service is friendly. A bit expensive but then again laundromats usually are. Kept fairly clean, the bathroom needs some love though. No major complaints, when Im nearby and need clean clothes Ill definitely go back.

This is the 3rd time I have used their machines and twice I have had to spend more time here than I needed to. The first time the dryer went on for 28 mins and my clothes were still soaked. I let the employees know and all they did was put a sticker on the dryer’s door (which is still on the dryer’s door 3 weeks later.) They didn’t even offer to reimburse me or start another dryer at their expense.This time I am sitting in the car for another 30 mins due to their washer constantly spinning and stuck on 2 mins! The employee had to manually restart the machine and set it to quick wash. She explained why this was happening but how in the world would anyone know that your washer is faulty if you do not have a sign posted? Oh, I know why because you just want them to put their quarters in the machine first.Your business stays open because of your customers; tend to your customers by taking care of your equipment and not ripping them off.

I used to like to do wash here. Then one day they made me stand outside like an animal while my clothes washed. Once they were done washing they allowed me to come back in and put them in the dryer. Once they were done drying staff refused to let me fold my clothes in the laundromat. They made me fold my clothes on the sidewalk outside. All because of a weak virus that has a 99.983% survival rate. I wont be giving them any more of my money. They seriously made me fold my clean clothes on the sidewalk. Not cool at all.

Great little place to go do your wash. Some of the washers and dryers are not currently working but there are signs posted as to which ones. There is still a plethora of machines and dryers that work though and they definitely wash and dry amazing!! Place is very clean, safe, and customer service was phenomenal. We will be back for sure!! Found this laundry place. A lot parking! that’s always good thing! Some of the machines are out of order but they have them labeled. I saw a man having a trouble with a machine. he put quarters intoAnd the gentleman that was working there helped him out and Reimbursed him for the quarters he had lost in the broken machine and And directed him to working one. That’s great customer service! Not everything is gonna work when you’re running a business But the way you handle and treat your customers or clients Speaks volumes to me! That’s why I gave 5 stars! The help was very nice to me. I dont like big and fancy. This place met my needs to a tee. I got to watch TV while I waited on my clothes and there was no big crowd. The customers that were there when I was were top quilty and friendly to me. I will definitely come back!

I dropped off 45 days worth of clothes after I got back in the middle of February from Ohio. It was mostly t-shirts, thermals, socks, & underwear. I was happy with the service I picked up my clothes left a good tip to the lady. And all was well. I didnt check the quantity of clothing because it looked like it was all there and the it was all my heavy duty winter gear for when I travel out of state during winter. Well I had to come to Iowa on April 1st so I grabbed my heavy duty gear and I was in for a saddening surprise when I started to pack.... Im missing (2) xxl Polar extreme thermal tops (valued $100), (2) wool thermal tops (valued $75), & (1) flannel that my wife bought for me 8 years ago (value $sentimental = priceless).....I will never go back

Up until recently, I really liked coming here. There was a new girl this time who felt the need to explain pricing to me and asked if I wanted dryer sheets/fabric softener for no extra. I didnt care one way or the other so I said, Yes, thank you. Which was fine until I went to put my comforter and sheets on my bed and they only smelled nice. My dog had chewed her bone all over my bed and slobbered on the comforter and sheets, which is why I took them to Quik Wash. So now I have dryer sheet tumbled/smelling, slobber covered sheets. I dont even have time to do my own laundry let alone take these back for her to fix. The only business I have time for is good business. Ive been going there for six months and I never will again because of that employee, her attitude, and her sneakiness in asking if I wanted dryer sheets just so she wouldnt have to wash my items.

One of the better laundromats Ive been to. Machines are not cheap but not bad, helpful staff, free fast WiFi, i watched a Hulu show for half an hour uninterrupted here, multiple times. $3.75 will get you for light loads washed, havent used the dryers here.

Poor customer service and misstated hours - The facility says it doesn’t close until 11 but they wouldn’t let me in after 10 because “the last load goes in at 10“ - as far as making sure everyone is done by closing time goes I get this - it makes sense. However when I tried to explain to the rude employee that was blocking my entry at 10:10 that since I only needed to dry my laundry, not wash it, i would be done well before even those patrons who had put in their last load at 10 he was not hearing it. The people that did put their last load in at 10 we’re still using the washing machines. So now I’m stuck with a bunch of wet laundry and will have to drive around and find somewhere else to patronize... I will not be returning to Kwik wash...even before 10 pm...

Ive been coming here consistently for the last two + years. The service is great. Clothes are always clean and ready within a day or so.

Be careful going there after 10pm, the sign says theyre open til 11pm, but many times theyre closed before 10:30pm.

Not so good, some washers cant take powder detergent and dryers wont dry in 1 cycle. The staff was helpful to increase the cycles without any charge. Was a lot of time waste.

I came in and was in a hurry to wash and leave because I had something to do right after. Well i made the mistake of not reading the info placed on most washers that asks to place detergent inside the washing machine. I placed the detergent on top as most people without reading a sign would, well then i heard someone yell and i turn to realize that the elder lady working there was yelling at me. The lady then rushed to me and in a very angry voice asked me if i knew how to read then explained very angry why i couldnt place the detergent on top of the washing machines. I understand that i made the mistake but this was my first time in this laundromat mostly those signs are regarding something else, i had never in any laundromat needed to place detergent inside the washing machine. This employee was very rude and i will not be coming back again.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. unprofessional service! They threw away my clothes in the garbage and when I kept asking where my clothes were at they wouldn’t answer me or say Idk. The manager Julia is so unprofessional and kept saying oh well when I would ask where my clothes are at. JUST DONT WASTE YOU TIME IN THE DIRTY COCKROACHES LOOKING PLACE.

When you say last load at 10 and its prior to 10 you cant turn a customer away. Consider it a customer lost. There is nothing like feeling like someone doesnt want to do their job.

Machines work. Place needs immediate attention with cleaning though because that restroom looks like it has been neglected for a week and is falling apart because they dont have money to hire a handyman.

Their customer service is terrible and the place is run down compared to the other laundry place down the street (prices are the same).This laundromats only redeeming benefit is that it supposedly stays open one hour later than the newer cleaner competition down road....but that doesnt seem to be the case.I went here to dry my clothes a few minutes before last load (10pm). The young girl that was working there said it was too late (according to thier sign i made it in time), but it was clear that i would have been her last customer and she was hoping to go home early. The way she spoke to me was rude and immature. If i was the owner of this place i be careful not to drive people away considering another better and cleaner competitor is an easy option.

I liked the place, I only didnt like the restroom, it was soooooo dirty n stinky, I think customers deserve a clean bathroom, I only wanted to wash my hands n I couldnt even breath in there without feeling like throwing up.

I have been going to this Laundry for more than a year and i had the worst experience today, We went in and used the washer around 8:30 PM and put our clothes in the dryer around 9:00 but when we came back to get our clothes around 10:30 the place was closed. there wasnt anybody inside nor anybody picked up our phone calls. the times are painted on the doors and says that they close at 11 but they were closed half an hour before the time they stated. Now we left our clothes inside the establishment overnight hoping it will be there when we go there early which will be a serious inconvenience to us. really disappointed in this establishment for closing even when a customer was using their service.
