Sometimes theres a wait but usually they can get you in and out. Stephanie and the other technicians Ive had are really great, friendly and thorough. The place is nice, modern and clean. The receptionist is a bit abrupt but still very good and professional. Most of all the treatments worked really well for me after going consistently, I def recommend this place!

Horrible follow up and customer service. Scheduled an appointment when I froze my account prior to summer and I show up for that appointment and I’m told I’m not on the schedule? So now I lose another 2 months in my current program so I’m basically paying for nothing other than scheduling errors on their end.

The ladies here are amazing and so understanding! Annabelle and Stephanie are the best! They both answer all of my questions and take their time on me and never make me feel like I’m dumb for asking. Stephanie especially went out of her way for me. Even though they were on lunch she squeezed me in to add another service instead of making me schedule for a later time! I was even a few mins late and they still got me in! Stephanie was so honest with what package I should get and whether it can be treated or not. I could tell they weren’t trying to sell the package(s) to me and were genuinely making sure I was paying for what was necessary. Thank you ladies!!

I’ve been to simplicity a few times now and I absolutely love it. I have seen great improvement in just a few sessions for some areas. Today Kendra worked on me and was very nice and professional, despite my awkward chatter. I told her some areas weren’t making as much improvement as others so she made sure to set the settings differently. She asked throughout the session how I was feeling and adjusted quickly if it was too strong for me. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

A very bad experience. They just want you out of there as fast as possible. I did a full back done and I when It was over the ladies gave me a lotion to apply on my self, how the hell am I supposed to apply lotion to my back ??

I used to get waxing done every 2 months and I never saw a difference in growth or anything then I looked into laser hair removal because it is supposed to be more permanent. I booked a package deal for multiple appointments for armpits and bikini and after just 1 treatment my hair is practically all gone. Its thinner and if you exfoliate, which they recommend, it just breaks off in the shower without shaving. Im really impressed and happy with my decision.

During my treatment (course of a year) I had 4 different technicians and they were all amazing. I would also like to mention how fabulous the front desk staff is-I hope customers appreciate them also. All staff are courteous and knowledgeable.

Had 18 months of treatment, mainly for my mustache but decided to get a full face treatment and in the end I still have my mustache. Its thinner and grows slower, but its still there.Half of my treatments they used the laser made for my skin and hair, then the other half of my treatments they just put me on whatever was available. When I used a laser meant for other skin/hair types I got little to sometimes 0 results. Why not just wait for the laser meant for me you ask? They told me it would be an hour and a half wait since the person using the laser meant for me was getting a long treatment over multiple areas. Some BS if you ask me.... sounds like poorly organized planning.On a side note, there was or maybe still is a girl named Chelsea there that gave me considerably better results than the other staff. I started giving her 20$ tips every time since she was able to get me better results than anyone else. Like foreal... she made me realize that its not just the laser that gives you good results, but its also the skill level of the operator.When you mix apprentice level skill with a laser not meant for your hair/skin... you waste your money... like me.I shouldve went with ideal image

They take care of you here--I recommend it to all my friends. Very quick & friendly services with cooling air that is a must for sensitive areas. Theyre strict on cancellations/rescheduling, but this is actually a good thing because it means theyre usually not running behind. Use a groupon, they usually have one!

I loved my first hair removal experience at simplicity! The staff were very welcoming and sweet. My laser tech Chelsea was exceptionally educated on my laser treatments and best after care. She made the whole process a breeze and Answered any and all questions I had regarding my treatment. I have already seen results after one visit and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

I felt safe and in good hands. Everyone was wearing a mask, my temperature was taken before entering the building and I was asked a series of questions to determine exposure to Covid-19 and signed to confim and as consent before admission into bldg. I was alone in a standing only waiting area marked with tape at 6ft intervals in case of another client entering. One came as I was called into the room. My technician was friendly, professional and very good. The whole experience made me feel comfortable as well as safe. Thanks, Chelsea and reception staff!

Love Simplicity laser! Specially Chelsea at the Austin Location.I suffer from PCOS and shaving and waxing my face and stomach has been nothing short of a nightmare. I found simplicity to be super affordable and was able to even add on more services at an affordable price. The whole team is awesome, from the front desk to the techs but Chelsea specifically has been my go to girl, she’s extremely knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable. I’m sad that I’m moving to Tucson because I won’t see her again BUT I’m glad that simplicity has a sister property in Tucson so I can continue my treatments there!!

They are flexible with scheduling and have many time frames to choose from. I really appreciate that as things might come up last minute. My Brazilian appointments are quick so I am in and out of there within 15 minutes. Chelsea S. Is my favorite tech there! She is VERY knowledgeable and caring. She took her time while helping me understand more about the process and what to expect. She listened to me and made me feel comfortable!I get cysts around my Bikini area when I shaved and waxed but now with the laser, I have not had any. Their Daily Restorative Gel is a must purchase! It does great job healing and can be used almost everywhere on your body.

I went here as someone who is terrified of pain, but wanted a more permanent procedure than waxing. As long as Ive been going here, each attendant and front desk associate has been happy to indulge my fears and questions, and made very sure i understood every bit of the procedure. Now Ive moved past my first body part (chin), am doing well with my current one (bikini), and am even thinking about another (armpits - this last one thanks to Chelseas calm and knowledgeable explanation)! Im also very pleased with their Covid19 procedures, but Ill admit that my treatment is a pretty quick one. Ive had three sessions so far and enjoyed each one. Im surprised to see results so quickly and very much looking forward to not shaving anymore. All of the staff are truly top-notch, but I dont think you could possibly find a more personable technician than Chelsea. Shes incredibly knowledgeable at her profession, easy to talk to and overall made my experience comfortable. Shes the portrait of a professional.

Chelsea was amazing. Extremely calming and she made my entire process very clinical which I really appreciated because as a first timer I knew nothing. She educated me along the way and as a result made getting a Brazilian much less awkward than I was picturing. Definitely will be going back to her again.

Please be careful to go into contract with them. I have co workers that go here so I decided to give it a try. For personal reasons I had to reschedule my early August appointment and they didnt reschedule me until October. So I had asked if maybe they can give me two extra lasers at the end of my contract but never received an answer. Finally I just got tired of them pulling money out of my account while not getting treated due to not having sooner appointments. So I technically paid them two months for nothing. So I have decided to cancel and now they want to charge me a cancelation fee. Excuse me... just keep those months that I paid and wasnt seen. DO NOT GO INTO CONTRACT WITH THEM. I wish I knew 😞

There was a detail today, my appointment was today at 10:25. They were late. Come in at 10:45. there were only 2 techniques. and the one in the front area. appointments are set at an hour and they want to do a service in 10mint. Thats not allowed. When it was finally my turn I understood that the technique took its time with each client. I liked that because my work was done with excellence. many techniques do a light and very bad job. but Sami was very careful and very meticulous about my skin. that is an excellent job. I wish they were all like her. I would expect what is necessary for such a job. for that I am paying a monthly payment. I think the dating system should be evaluated and give quality instead of quantity. extend the appointment a little longer so that the technician provides an excellent service to his clients.When I left the room there were women outside the establishment waiting because of a delay.

Ive been getting treatments from Simplicity Laser for over two years now and honestly my experience has been quite disappointing. The women who work there are friendly and professional, unfortunately you do not receive the service you pay several thousands of dollars for. I dont know if they are constantly low staffed or if their facility is too small but you dont get the chance to have all the treatments you pay for because they cant fit you in their schedule. (Theyll also cancel your appointments without your approval). Until they find a solution for this, example ONLY pay for the treatments you are given or maybe stop accepting members once they are fully booked, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for laser hair removal; some place where they will make time for their clientele! Or in the long run you will end wasting hundreds of dollars.

The techs are very nice and knowledgeable. I’ve been going to Simplicity for a while now and have seen good results. I definitely recommend if you’re thinking about laser hair removal. And shout out to Chelsea, who always makes me feel welcome and comfortable on my visits!

Check the Better Business Bureau for more info. Terrible customer service ratings. I began a membership in February 2020 for $29 a month. They ended up charging me $39 a month. They shut down in March. I never received a treatment. I tried to cancel at that time due to Covid. They would not allow me. They were also closed April, but continued to take $ from my account unbeknownst to me until my card expired in August. They’ve taken $302 from me and I’ve gotten no treatments in return. I’ve asked for a cancellation and refund due to Covid but they have refused. I asked to allow me to come back then (and risk infection) and restart the membership but they said that I can’t until paying another $174. Basically, They have taken my money, given me nothing in return and will only agree to provide me with the services I’ve already paid for after extorting another $174 from me. They are terrible. This is the only businesses that I’ve encountered that has no compassion in regards to treating customers fairly due to Covid. They are awful. Buyer beware.

I have been going to simplisity laser for over two years. They’ve always seem to have great customer service and her very informative. I have had Chelsea and Venessa multiple times and have been very happy with both of them. I highly recommend this business for your laser treatments!!

I honestly love this place. Even when accidents happen they still get me in for an appointment in a timely manner. I have seen a drastic difference since beginning treatment and it never takes too long! Chelsea (I’m not sure if I spelled her name correctly) is my favorite. She always does her best to make the appointment comfortable and has tons of great advice. Everyone there is great but she is definitely my favorite. It’s unfortunate that COVID is messing with appointments, but that is out of Simplicity’s control and they navigate it professionally.

Just started going to simplicity this year to get a my thighs and buttock done, very problematic areas for me due to get continuous ingrown hairs. i have been lucky to be able to work with Chelsea at the north Austin location when i have gone. she is so thorough and consistent and always makes me feel very comfortable give the nakedness of it all and really treats the ticker areas. The front office team are just hysterical as well, always love coming here!

I would have given 5 stars if the manager from the Austin branch wasnt so difficult and would have been more understanding during the COVID pandemic. However, the owner personally reached out to me and corrected the problem - this for me goes above and beyond. Thank you for valuing your customers. Make sure you book your appointments way ahead of time because they are constantly booked. Also be on time because you will lose your appointment if youre late. There are a few technicians but if you can choose one pick Chelsea she is what a call a legit laser technician. Not only is she fast but knows her stuff. They are lucky to have her.

Honestly Sami is the best tech there! She is very personable, very thorough with her work, and cares about the client experience. I can actually see results after her treatments and recommend her to anyone wanting laser hair removal. She gets 5 stars!Simplicity as a whole, I would give it 3 stars. The hair will always grow back (it should be called laser hair reduction), techs are inconsistent (except Sami and Chelsea), appointments always run late and if you’re late to your appointment, they will put you “in the next available spot” which could be an hour later. I don’t regret my decision to do laser hair removal, but I am happy that I don’t have to go back there anymore.

Facilities are clean. I’ve seen results after the first treatment. I arrive promptly 5 mins early for my appointments but I’m not seen till 30-40 mins after. My first appointment with them it took over an hour for me to be seen. No one kept me informed about what’s going on. There were people who had appointments the same time at me or a little bit after and was seen before me. I would give this place a better rating if the staff would communicate better about delays and all that but it’s the 2nd time this happened out of my 3 visits that I was delayed by 30 mins or more for my appointment.

I have had a terrible experience here. The technician Kendra was condescending, rude, and made me cry. She treated me like I was a 5 year old and made me never want to go back here. I have never had an experience like this before and would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I cannot explain how good it feels to never have to go back to this spa. Ive been receiving treatments since 2018 and let me tell you, its been a nightmare.I have the unlimited membership here, so I visit alot. The staff here was more focused on gossiping and complaining about other customers or eachother than on the customer experience.I have seen so many different techs over the course of 2 1/2 years. So, if youre uncomfortable seeing multiple techs (even for a Brazilian), sorry too bad - everyone gets to see your lady bits.The worst part of this entire experience is that I still have hair growth after paying $150-$160 per month for 28 months - over $4,000. They put me on an incorrect laser recently and my hair legitimately starting growing back thick - this is after I mentioned I should not be using that specific laser. So, now I have to pay a new spa to start over and begin new treatments. I think they do whatever possible to drag your treatment process on for as long as they can to get the most money out of you.Btw - all the recent positive reviews are probably because the techs reached out and asked us to post reviews for them.Corporate is great - no issues there. The problem is that this is where the customer service ends!I am reviewing my options to decide whether or not I will contact the BBB to file a formal complaint. I still have a ton of hair growth, never saw a manager for a check in, and spent over $4,000. I did not get what I paid for - or even close! I realize they dont guarantee no hair, but my progress looks like I should only be 2-3 months in and Im 28 months in!I strongly urge you to reconsider this spa. Dont make my mistake - its expensive and upsetting.

The front desk person (the main one with the nails and lash extensions) is rude as can be. She literally makes you wait outside the door for 5 minutes while she takes her sweet time to get up and open the door just to tell me it’s too many people in there and that she will have to call me even tho I’m on time for my appointment! These people are always late with their appointments and canceling them is another issue. Why are you making people literally stand in your lobby, it’s ridiculous. You could at least have chairs 6ft apart for you clients. The level of disrespect here is plain disgraceful. I do not recommend signing up for anything with them. I’m just using a coupon thankfully but every time it’s the same story - terrible front desk and waiting experience.

Everyone is super friendly, from beginning to end everyone explains the process really well and can answer any questions, and the actual procedure is very fast and efficient. I am on my second appointment and I have already seen very good results that I am really excited about!

I purchased this based of an ad and had a very sweet lady call me and explain what I purchased asked, how it worked and what to expect. Overall I was like wonderful, HOWEVER this is only my second appointment and they are ALWAYS behind! What’s the point of having an appointment if your constantly late! Very frustrating and I cannot blame the front girls by any means but when I have a time I expect to be within at least five minutes of it not 20 mins later! Very disappointed and mad! If I could I would get my money back based on just TWO experiences I would NOT recommend this location. The people are extremely friendly let me state that! I wish I could give a better review as the overall treatment is good and I am happy with it but disappointed in the overall experience of having an appointment and it constantly being delayed.

Do not fall for the Groupon. Unfortunately, they take on clients but do NOT have the staff/space to actually service them. So you pay hundreds of dollars for.......NOTHING! I scheduled ONE appointment more than a month in advance because that was the soonest they could get me in, and at the conclusion of that appointment I scheduled my next laser treatment. I couple of weeks before my 2nd appointment, I received a voicemail from Simplicity Laser stating that they have adjusted their business hours and shortening their days, so my previously scheduled appointment has been cancelled, and I can call back to reschedule if I would like. When I called back they told me the wait would be a month and a half to get another appointment on the books--are you serious?! I told the employee on the phone that this was unacceptable and I would like to speak with the manager--the employee said no problem, she would ensure that the manager gives me a call. ...........crickets........I never received a phone call from the manager, so I called up to the Anderson Ln location myself and spoke with the girl at the front desk. She again told me the wait for an appointment (even though they cancelled my previously scheduled appointment themselves, without even having the decency to work me into the schedule somewhere)--I again stated that this is unacceptable and I would like a refund for my Groupon because they are not providing the services that I paid for. The employee told me they are not able to refund the Groupon, but she would put a note on the managers calendar to give me a phone call the following morning. STILL NO PHONE CALL!!!!! I will be reporting this to Groupon and getting them involved now and, if needed, will go to the BBB as well. Stay far away.

I have been coming to this place for almost a year now. I definitely see improvement in my hair growth. It is getting softer and easier to manage. I like their monthly subscription plans, which makes this otherwise expensive procedure affordable.It took some time to find a technician I liked, but Brittney is great at her job, is professional and pays particular attention to your problem areas without rushing through the appointment.

Brittney Cassel does my Brazilian area and I specifically ask to go to her now every time. She is a professional and she makes me feel comfortable!! Which is so important when getting this area treated. I would have given 5 stars for simplicity laser but I’ve been cancelled and rescheduled on a couple times in January, only slightly inconvenient to my work schedule. Otherwise, they offer affordable pricing packages and corporate customer service is phenomenal.

I’ve been going to this place for a few months now, without a lot of results yet, but I’m staying patient. I called to say that I was running 10 mins late for my appointment and they said they couldn’t accommodate me because they would be on their lunch break. So they rescheduled me for 2 weeks from now. 👎🏻

I bought the 2yr full body package shortly after moving to Austin, but Im no stranger to laser hair removal, Ive been doing my face since 18 and most of the rest of my body since my mid 20s. Ive seen some reduction in my hair regrowth before coming to simplicity but since finding this gem Ive seen much more significant results. Chelsea and Melody are excellent, theyre both very through with my treatments, and Im having EVERYTHING done. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but it is worth it for the painstaking work these two lovely ladies put forth. I wish simplicity would offer other laser services such as IPL facials.

I have done my under arms, brazilian and legs. Five stars for: Chelsea, was very professional and provided great customer services. But I rated 4 stars because of the administration. They have canceled my appointment without notifying me and tell me when I arrive.

This place has the right ingredients to really be a solid 4 star laser spa: good location, seemingly knowledgeable staff and decent prices. However, there’s a certain lack of customer consideration when it comes to how they deal with unforeseen circumstances.I’ve been coming to this place for about 10 months and while it’s been a revolving door or personnel attending to me, I haven’t minded that much as they seemed to be fairly experienced with treating Black skin.They have a very strict punctuality policy and will not accommodate customers who are even slightly late to their appointment and honestly, I’m fine with that. As long as they also hold themselves to the same standard, which as evidenced by my last encounter with them is not the case.I had an appointment scheduled with them well in advance for 9/21 at 1pm. I got a call that morning from them saying that the appointment would have to be rescheduled as their laser machine had broken down. Imagine my befuddlement when the receptionist said the only other time they could offer me that worked with my schedule (after 5pm on workdays or anytime on weekends) was 11/2. When I expressed my displeasure, the receptionist said I could come in on a Tuesday at 9am.I’m not sure what about my history with this spa or my person gave her the impression that I am an idle woman who doesn’t have a job to attend to during business hours. So, because your business didn’t have a contingency plan for when a machine goes out, I have to leave my office on a Tuesday morning at 9am to go get a laser treatment?...Make it make sense.Treatments 12 weeks apart seems like a waste of time and money, you would expect a laser business to know that. I understand that life happens but as a business the onus is on you to not inconvenience your customers unduly. Your machine breaks down? Extend your Weekend hours so you’re not pushing customers off schedule and treating 12 weeks apart.

So I paid and tipped for 10 sessions of Brazillian hair removal and my hair grows back the same amount and at the same rate as before. Nothing has changed whatsoever. Some of the staff were very sweet, some of them were not.

This is an awesome place for laser hair removal. I have always had Chelsea and she is amazing! She is always professional, engaging and friendly. She knows exactly what I need and has great expertise in skin care as well. She is so professional, knowledgable and great at what she does. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for this type of service!!!! Wont go to anyone else!!!!

This place is such a money trap...I’ve been going there for a year, and have had only moderate improvement in my hair reduction. On top of that, the last two appointments I made were inputted into the system wrong, and the first one I scrambled and could make, but the second I had to cancel at the last minute (they send you a reminder text 24 hours before your appointment, but their cancellation policy requires 48 hours, which doesn’t make sense). I’ve since called several times to try and make up the appointment, and they’re constantly fully booked, so good luck trying to reschedule.I pay a monthly subscription fee for this service, and by the time I get in to see them, it will have been over 2 months since my last appointment.My advice: find somewhere more professional for the price.

I spent $75 and only received one appointment. Then Covid happend and all my appointments got canceled. Understandable. But now I am moving states. I am unable to get a refund and in the beginning they said they would. The lady at the front desk was not helpful and or sympathetic. I paid for 8 sessions and just received one.I can’t believe they couldn’t do a refund. Then they said “well if you come back to Texas we could always book the rest for you” anyways $75 dollars down the drain and my sideburns are back.

I have been going to Simplicity since March to have dark hairs on my chin removed. Chelsea was my tech and has been my tech since the beginning. She has been amazing, and makes sure I am aware of the process from start to finish, what to expect between treatments, and ensured I understood what kind of after care was needed.It is a long process, and you will never see perfect results after one treatment. It will take many, and it will not work if you have light fine hair. I saw great results because my DNA blessed me with dark coarse hair. I will admit that I do have blonde hairs that still grow in, but they are nothing compared to what I had prior. All the dark hairs are gone, and I couldnt be happier with the results.Will likely continue with another part of my body once this treatment ends because my experience has been amazing!

I’ve been going to Simplicity for a little over a year and it has been a great experience. I’ve done my under arms, legs, and Brazilian areas, all with awesome results. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. Chelsea in particular is great- she introduced me to ice packs (because I’m a huge wimp) which made the treatments much easier! I recommend Simplicity to all my friends and thought I would to the Google world as well.

Have been going for about 6 months. Great results! Have had a couple of technicians, who are all good, but MELODY is the BEST!! She makes me feel comfortable and is really detailed. Super results with her. She is my favorite by far!

Brittney my LHR specialist did a really wonderful job of making me feel comfortable during my session and offering me advice. So far, I’ve had really great results (almost unbelievable) and they price really competitively. I don’t trust anyone else for my laser hair removal.

I went in on Saturday to receive treatment on my armpits and it was a great experience as always. I saw Chelsea who always wants details on what changes I see as far as hair growth. This makes me comfortable to know that she wants every detail about my skin and hair growth before she treats me. She also explains what’s going on every step of the way and how the process of laser hair removal works for different type of people and hair. On my last visit it was a little more painful than usual so she suggested I buy the restorative gel and said that it would help with the pain and she was right! Saturday was a breeze compared to the time before! No pain! I can’t wait to start treatment in other areas. I’ve referred a few friends over there and advised them to give Chelsea a try or at least for their first time experience with laser hair removal.

Simplicity Austin is the only place to go for laser hair removal. The techs are all so sweet and friendly and make what could be an awkward experience super easy an comfortable. Chelsea is the absolute best! Her treatments are always quick and effective, and she always gives great tips and tricks for best results. Highly recommend!!

So far so good! First treatment ever!! I was nervous and having second thoughts. The ladies put me right at ease. They answered my questions and were ready to accommodate whatever decision I made. Talked to one of their clients as well. Went to the back and within minutes I was done. Easy, painless and looking forward to seeing the results!! Thanks for your patience ladies.

I have been going to Simplicity in Austin TX since the beginning of this year and it has been a good experience, nothing bad to say. They always ask how am I doing and greet me when I arrive.
