This review is long over due. Ive been seeing Dawn for my laser hair removal for almost 3 years, and shes fantastic! Shes fun to talk to, super quick and efficient with the laser, and very knowledgeable. The location is easy to get to and has a small parking lot that Im always able to find a spot in. The facility is clean and the front desk team is always friendly. Im very satisfied with my results and dont think you can beat the pricing. I recommend Alite to everyone!

Every time I go for any service the staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I also love when they share special rates coming up on services I use which saves me money! Making an appointment is the easiest from any place I’ve tried and they are always helpful and willing to work around my schedule even when I give short notice.

Sound therapy here with Valerie was amazing! After even a small sessions, I wake up completely refreshed and re-balanced, as if Ive been in deep meditation. I feel awake, energized and aware, and so relaxed, both in my mind and body. Ive seen a huge reduction in stress levels!The vibrating massage table carries you on a journey to balance and restoration, and really put your body at rest as you just kind of allow yourself to fall into a state of meditation. Highly recommended for anyone!

I can say that I’ve had services with multiple estheticians here over the years and they are all experienced and professional. I know some people may be shy about hair removal or even embarrassed to get treatments done, but let me tell you, JUST DO IT! You won’t regret it.

I’ve been coming here for over two years now and I love it! Great results and great staff. They have reserved parking outside so even if the place is in central Austin, I always found easy and free parking.

I used Alite for some hair removal around my neck because I was tired of shaving every morning before work. I could barely feel the laser on my skin as the machine sprayed out a cool gel and the laser tech was very knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation of how the laser treatment was going to work. I definitely think this is the best place for laser hair removal in Austin and would recommend to any of my friends!

The place is clean and the staff is friendly enough, but my appointment has never started within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. They are constantly running behind, especially now with new COVID protocol. Not the end of the world to some, but definitely something to keep in mind as you’re planning your day.

With summer right around the corner, I wanted to get some laser hair removal so I wouldnt have to constantly be shaving before heading out to the pool.The ladies at Alite Laser really did a good job on my troublesome back areas. After a couple of treatments, Im now hair free and dont need to worry about what its going to look like when I take my shirt of at the pool!Great local business, great service, great value, great everything!

I had such a great experience with Casey! She was knowledgeable, patient and straightforward! There was no BS during the consultation. I was able to schedule my laser hair removal the same day. The cost is so reasonable. The atmosphere is calming. The facility was clean and staff was friendly. Im so excited to see what end results will be.I came to Alite after a visit to another laser hair removal facilty and was never seen for my consult. I waited 35 minutes before being given an update. Im so happy it didnt work out for me there.

I had my neck, upper arms and back treated with their laser hair removal machines and it wasnt what I expected... It was WAY better!I was nervous about the lasers burning me, or whatever, but I really didnt feel much discomfort and within a few treatments Im totally hair free in those areas! Its so nice not to have to worry about shaving all the time.Alite was very professional and friendly. Ill probably go back to get other areas treated as well, or maybe try their body sculpting machine out and see if I can shed a few lbs before summer!

I had laser hair removal done to my lower legs and under arms here at Alite Laser Hair Removal and Im very pleased with the results. They have very experienced techs doing the laser treatments and I had no complications what-so-ever. Im going back in a few months to do my upper legs and maybe my arms... cant wait! Thanks Alite!

Super sloppy job and didnt listen to what I asked for. The most painful wax I have ever had. I am shocked with the amount of hair they left. Dont wast your time or money as you will leave upset.

Their manager Sara is extremly rude...I got there and wanted to sit there for a few minutes to catch up on some of my emails...she asked I use Starbucks close by......I thought that it was extremly rude...I have been to Ideal Image and their Customer service is far more better than Alite..if I were the manager...I would give Sara a crash course program of Customer Service
