Don’t waste your time or energy coming to these people for internet.-You have to set it up yourself.-Additional fees everywhere after you sign up that they don’t tell you about.-Spotty coverage, even if you’re the only person using the Internet you’ll get weak signals.-You can only plug the bandwidth cord into THEIR bandwidth outlet not just any phone connection like it says that you can. So then you have to have them come and install it in your home.If you want good customer service, internet connection, and spend your money wisely, don’t come here.AT&T you’re worse than Suddenlink and I regret ever signing with you.

Not only did our technician never show up, working from home were literally having to call out and lose money. Technician lied saying they spoke to a women at our place when none live here. They literally lied to get out of work and cost us more money. Bottom of the barrel

This has got to be the worst customer service of any company on the entire planet. you think i’m joking right? Guess again. i have spent an average of 58 minutes four separate times with at&t and have yet to get someone out to hook up my home with internet service. i have had appointments set set on two separate occasions and have had to take off work all day on both appointment days just to have no one show up. i can’t even start to tell you what a nightmare this company is. as of now i will run like hell from screwed up worthless company
