Only regret is that there isnt a zero star option.Without question, the worst customer service on the planet. Ive dealt with a wide range of companies, but they bring bad customer service to a whole new level.Discontinued service with them over a year ago, and our accounting department made an accidental payment to them. On a closed account. They cashed the check, and weve made calls to them for 2 months trying to get it refunded. With no success.I recommend using two cups connected by string as a better option.

TERRIBLE.They completely abused me as a business customer and tried every chance to grossly overcharge me with un ethical fees 10 X my service amount.despite us not needing the services. no willingness to provide any customer support. the WORST communications company i have ever dealt with. do NOT sign up!

Logixs service has been top notch. Left a giant telco conglomerate for Logix and would never consider turning back. Ashley Backus made the sales process incredibly easy and straightforward, no pushy tactics, no slight of hand. I would definitely recommend. Weve only had to call support once; their team answered on the second ring, and started working right away. Speeds are always right where we expect them to be. A+

Logix Communications has been working out great for our organization. We are enjoying our 50meg service. We have had very few problems and no interruptions in our service. John Forwood and Linnelle Wilson are awesome to work with. We are so glad we have made the change.

I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with LOGIXs fiber internet service. Our office was in desperate need of a more reliable and faster connection and when both Time Warner and AT&T failed to deliver not only did LOGIX have us up and running in literally a week their sales, customer support, installation and tech teams were all amazing in making sure everything went smoothly. Im going on 2 years with them now and never once has our connection gone down or had any issues whatsoever. Our sales rep, John Forwood has built a relationship with us that has continued well past the sale and I enjoy passing along new potential clients his way. In this day and age its rarity that a product or service works without some issue arising, whether it be the sale, the implementation or support but our experience with LOGIX has been a win across the board. I signed with JR of Logix Comm for our telecomm and data service after an extensive review of the Austin telecomm providers. Their service has been flawless and theyre always available if/when we have any questions.

I install circuits and firewalls as my daily job. I find Logix to be easy to implement. They always leave a cut-sheet with all the information so I dont have to go digging through tons of paperwork. They also include a switch to monitor the connections, but I can also split off other public IP addresses. As far as stability we have not had any issues with bad equipment, jumpy circuits or any unknown anomalies. With some other ISP companies there is a ton of finger pointing, asking me if the same equipment I have installed for years has issues, do I know what Im talking about, etc. Logix Customer Support works with me very well and I appreciate having the same technician working an issue instead of getting passed around. If you are in the market to upgrade your Internet or combine your telephone/internet I would definitely check out Logix.

Logix is THE BEST internet and phone provider I ever dealt with. We were locked into Timewarner contract when I started looking for fiber services. I interviewed Timewarner, AT&T, and Logix. Logix was the only real candidate: John Forwood was the only one who was able to answer all the questions I asked all 3 companies explicitly. He was able to educate me about fiber and what to expect. When we were able to sign the contract, he was able to buy us out from Timewarner, offering almost 2 years of free service while our contract with Timewarner still was in place. We bearly had any technical issues with Logix at all. Linnelle Wilson, our account rep, also has been a pleasure to work with. Consistent follow up and issue resolution if necessary. I wish Logix residential services.

We’re the Austin Motel on S. Congress Ave., and have transitioned from AT&T to Logix for phone service, as well as from TW for broadband in the past year. Both of those business comm. lines are critical to us, and Logix has been a delight, both in the transition (Linell, Ashley, and Rick were awesome), and in daily support when needed, which hasn’t been often. We’re thrilled to have left the lumbering mega comm. companies, and as a legacy Austin business, we much prefer our services be provided by another longtime Austin-based provider (Logix is in Houston & Dallas as well, but have a long Austin history). Coming from AT&T and TW, we feel properly taken care of for the first time in years :-).
