I cant say enough good things about my experience with Cloud Dental.Dr. Samani was wonderful and his staff all were very supportive and helpful.Laura was great. I would highly recommend Cloud Dental especially if youare reluctant and not a fan of the dentist.

These guys are fantastic. The staff is super nice and competent. I was explained how the whole process would work. All questions were always promptly answered and in as much detail as I like. The surgery and all post op work was surprisingly painless and hassle free. If you need or want to get implants done then this is the best place I found. I visited a lot of clinics when trying to get this procedure done. This was the best experience I have ever had with any medical practice and my teeth have never looked better.

I woke up having jaw pain, called cloud dental and was able to be seen that day. I had Mentioned a few other problems I was having with my teeth and Dr. Samani was more than happy to address my concerns, and put my mind at ease. All the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They have all the latest technology to give a definitive, clear cut diagnosis. I also like that they give you different options for treatment, and how they take a more conservative approach. I would recommend this office to all my friends, family, and even strangers. 10/10 highly recommend.

They staff is very friendly and kind. The doctor did an amazing job with my sons teeth. He got braces for 6 months and his teeth look perfect. Please be wary about visiting this dental office. I communicated back and fourth with Laura, from the office, about getting a dental implant , via email, for some time before finally taking a day off work for the consultation and procedure.Beforehand ,I emailed the x-rays from another dental office , so they could estimate the timeline for the visit. Honestly, I feel like the whole visit was a sham. I took one x-ray and then spent quite a bit of time talking to the doctor after which nothing happened! I was just kind of shooed out of the office. Lol. I didnt see a single other person come in the whole time that I was there, and sat in my car in the parking lot afterwards to make some phone calls, and still saw no one enter the office. I truly wonder whether these glowing reviews are fake or not.Afterward, I emailed Laura again, and received no response at all. If the could not perform the work on my teeth for some reason, at least they could have communicated with me and let me know why. Totally unprofessional.

I could not be happier with the results. I had a whole mouth implant procedure and it was $15K less than any other place I contacted. Dr. Samani is awesome and really cares about his patients. I had an issue come up on a Sat and called his office and left a message. He called me back in less than an hour and gave me a few things to try. He told me if none worked, he would meet me at his office. Luckily, one did work and my pain was alleviated. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they were awesome through the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Samani and Cloud Dental!!

3/1/2020:This place is nowhere near my apartment and I dont have a car, but I wont change dentists. Ive had nothing but stellar experiences here. Highly recommend.UPDATE 1/25/2021): I really cant recommend this place highly enough. Both the medical and administrative staff are all incredibly friendly and informative and attentive. Thus far, Ive had an implant and a couple cleanings from Cloud. As long as Im in Austin I wont see a different dentist. Importantly, Clouds prices are on the lower end for Austin so its high standards at low prices.

A very posh looking dentist office with wonderful and caring staff. Staff maintained hygiene and always covered their face with masks. Dr. Michele Souza fixed my crown effortlessly. She was very calm and co-ordinal in asking about family and work. She made sure that I am always comfortable and kept on asking about my pain level. She also kept on explaining what she is going to do next in lamen terms which gave me confidence in her. Overall, my experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend for any adults with dental problem.

The level of personal care in his practice is above and beyond. The staff makes you feel comfortable and doesn’t waste your time. Office is clean and uses updated tech.

Best darn cleaning I have had in a long time!!! I was pleased with my previous place (they closed due to the pandemic) but this place met my expectations perfectly!!!

I went in for a consultation to see if Dr. Samani could help me with an issue my regular dentist could not. It turns out I will need an oral surgeon.I appreciated him taking the time to at least look at the situation and talk to me and explain his concerns rather than just tell me to go away, as it seems others had rather than address my unique situation.Dr. Samani is very kind with a great bedside manner and the staff was very helpful.I wouldnt hesitate to go to their office again in the future!

Highly recommend Cloud Dental- the support staff is super friendly and Dr. Samani is great! He is very thorough throughout the consultation, procedure, and follow-up. I went to Cloud as a 2nd opinion and can not be happier that I did. The 1st place I went to was way overpriced, the dentist was too busy to even come in for a brief consult and it left me with uneasiness about even moving forward. They responded quickly, the appointment was on-time and went smoothly abating all my apprehension. I ended up needing a tooth fixed and they fit me in the same day. The staff and the dentist were friendly and made me feel at ease. The work was professional and quick. The office was clean and modern. I watched part of a movie while my tooth was repaired. I think I really appreciated that they did the minimally invasive fix first before jumping straight to a crown or surgery like it seems some offices are apt to do. This is not a fake account my wife went to this location and the DR was more in love with my Jordan’s than handling my wife dental situation. They also stated they can do crowns but the crown they put on her was way to big. Tried to put on braces that didn’t work and they tried to blame it on the set that came in was bad. So please trust this is not fake and I tell you the whole staff knows and the office manager can call me and she would know who I am. HORRIBLE PLACE. Oh p.s they still charged us for the work. Oh wait they also said come back and we can fix it like please this place is horrible once again

I was visiting on Texas from Pennsylvania and had to see a dentist as an emergency. My daughter recommended her dentist, Dr.Samani. I was very fortunate to get an appointment right away & learned I needed extensive work on my teeth. Doctor has followed up & did most of the procedures in a timely manner to accommodate me because of my limited time in Texas. I will be returning in November to have the completion of my work done here. Thanks to Dr.samani & his wonderful assistant . I had wonderful experience with my Wisdom Teeth removal and teeth cleaning. Dr Samani, made that experience look very easy. Didnt pain much as anticipated. Staff working here is polite and respectful. Its my go to place for dental care.Only thing I would say is Sedation could have been less expensive.

Overall good experience. However, my final time going, I was told that I had 4 cavities AND given a prescription toothpaste with an incorrect name on it, which led me to believe that the dentist was looking at another persons x-rays when assessing my teeth after cleaning. His words verbatim, When I look at your teeth then the x-ray, it looks like Im looking at someone elses x-rays. As someone thats proud of their dental history, this DOES NOT make me confident about what youre saying at all. I immediately went back to my main dentist (Im from Dallas) and he told me I had one cavity and the other cavities were actually just the anatomy of my teeth. Be careful coming here for procedures besides cleaning.

I do really like them. Very friendly and kind. They have worked with my schedule so much. The bridge that I received was/is excellent, it looks and feels so natural. For those that are concern, there was hardly any pain and the only discomfort was from laying in that dang chair. Highly recommend for good work.

I have not had any dental cares for a very long time. I have an extreme fear of dental procedures. However, Cloud Dental gives me a very comfortable experience. It was so relaxing. Except for the low temperature of my treatment room. But they gave me 2 blankets. How sweet! I got my 2 wisdom teeth removed at the same time. (And 1 tooth filling) Dr. Samani did this removal smoothly and extremely gently. I have experienced not too much pain right now and no swelling so far (first day of the removal). I can talk and drink well. The cost is reasonable and the staffs are very friendly, helpful, and responsive. This now becomes my permanent dental place. I will definitely be back for my teeth cleaning very soon. I asked for a deep cleaning procedure, but after checking my x-ray, 4 wings, and my teeth, he told me that I just need a regular one. That is a hugeeee plus. There are so many places out there they just want you to do something expensive that you do not have to do, so they can get extra money. But here, you just get to do what you need. I really appreciate that the doctor really takes the Hippocratic Oath into account while practicing. Dental procedures are not my nightmare, not anymore!!!!

I never thought I would say this but... Absolutely fantastic teeth cleaning today. Had insurance problem but staff was kind and uncommonly courteous while it was sorted out. Hygienist was quick and friendly. Procedure was hardly noticeable due to a TV with Netflix (they let you choose whatever you’d like) facing you when they lay you back. They also don’t just scrape away at your gums - they have a device that loosens the plaque first. Doctor himself was prompt and knowledgeable. I don’t ever wish to go anywhere else. Best office I’ve ever been to by a long shot!

I moved to the Austin area 2 1/2 years ago and was with a corporate dental practice. To make a very long story short I experienced a practice of instilling fear and pushing unneeded procedures and devises! Focused on selling, getting commission and not the health and well being of their patients. Very friendly staff, short wait time. I watched Netflix during my cleaning and the cleaning was very pleasant and pain free! Doctor Samani was extremely nice and caring. Ive been to several doctors searching for help for my dental pain and Doctor Samani was the first to really care about my issue and immediately found out what was going on. I cannot recommend this place enough.
