That Bytes! Computer Repair is my new go to for any computer related issues. Lance was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was able to diagnose an issue on my MacBook and repair it same day... a true lifesaver! Prices are totally reasonable. It is not often I come across a business worth crowing about, but Lance and That Bytes is worth a call if you need help with your PC or Mac.

I chose this computer repair location because it was the only one still open after 5, and I am very pleased with the outcome. He quoted me a very reasonable price for the repair, was done the very next day, and charged me even less than what he quoted. He also stayed late to ensure I got my computer back as scheduled. My computer is now good as new, and I would recommend That Bytes to anybody who needs computer repair.

Came here with a laggy and buggy laptop after having tried for a long amount of time to fix my issues. Lance checked on it for me and diagnosed the issue with it. He was extremely friendly and when I did what he asked of me my computer ran like brand new. Highly recommended!

Lance was honestly the best! We took my nephews monitor in because it had tipped over and was broke. Lance spent days researching and trying to find the most affordable way to fix it. Unfortunately it wasnt cost effective to fix. I truly appreciate the time he put into trying to find a way to fix it and will be coming back with all of my electronic needs.

So grateful for this place! Lance rescued priceless photos from a corrupted external hard drive and brought an old laptop back to life for me. And all for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be returning for any and all computer needs in the future!

I forgot to write this review a few months ago. I would give him more than five stars if I could hes fast, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely fair on his pricing. Lance is the only person Im going to bring all my future computer work to! I forgot my power cable in his office on a Saturday night where he had already stayed open extra long to finish my computer... and then drove back to his shop to help me get my power cable so that I wouldnt be without my computer the rest of the weekend! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! My upgrade to the new Catalina OS on my Mac left me unable to use my recording software. I couldnt even restore using Time Machine due to the new OS system using a new format. Lance and Mark got me fixed up and squared away - put in a new solid state HD to boot, so not only do I have everything back as it was, now the Mac runs lightening fast compared with before. Fair price from a couple of pros who definitely know what theyre doing.

HONEST!! Lance was very nice and a pleasure to speak with. I brought in my son’s laptop because it wasn’t finding a WiFi signal. It was a very simple fix and Lance fixed at no charge despite my multi attempts to pay him. I’d feel more comfortable bringing my computers knowing it’s with someone like Lance who is going to give me an honest quote.

I awoke to find my computer had crashed, and wasnt coming back on. I gave these guys a call, and Matt answered as I started to describe my panic. Instead of setting up an appointment, or having me bring it in, he walked me through some steps to evaluate what was needed. Even if I did end up having to bring it in, I was really appreciating the time he was taking to help me not waste his time or mine. In the end, unplugging the computer, and holding the start button for 15 seconds, then a restart ended up doing the job. This was just priceless to me. Now I see why these guys have a 4.9 star rating, which is why I called them in the first place. No question, Im going to these guys with any issue I might have. 6 stars! Thanks Matt!

Recently brought my laptop here after I tried (unsuccessfully) to fix it myself. Lance was super friendly and had everything *actually* fixed in less than a week, plus took care of the mistakes I made along the way. Definitely recommend!

I have absolutely no idea why this place has such good reviews. They held my laptop for over a year, and just today I found a folder with this companies name with a bunch of random and frankly suspicious files in it. I really wouldnt trust this place.

Fast repairs with low prices. My computer completely gave up and wouldnt even turn on, but Lance was able to fix it in 3 days. I couldnt believe my eyes because when I saw my computer again it was more than fixed, it was as good as new. I have to say that I am very satisfied.All in all, this is the best computer repair store Ive ever been to in my entire life.

This is not the fanciest place, but the owner knows his stuff and the price to update the operating system on our old computer was super cheap! It took quite awhile because the owner seems to be overloaded with work, but it was worth the wait.

They provide highly customized customer service. Easy, cheap and fast repairs. No bullshit service that other guys in the same area dont provide.

OMG! They sure saved my bacon when I woke up to an entire drive missing from my computer and projects due by the end of the day! Got the issue figured out and fixed within 90 mins, were extremely wonderful to interact with and even cleaned my laptop (so well that I thought it was someone elses lol). I could not recommend this place enough!

On one of my many drives down Slaughter I saw this place but stupidly went to Best Buy first, where come to find out they couldnt fix my laptop. So I remembered I had, had a good experience at another little computer repair shop in Arlington where I moved from so I took a chance and brought it to That Bytes. The Technician Lance, is very funny, informative, does fast repairs, and is not too expensive. I have an Acer Laptop that needed a replacement DC Jack Harness. As a courtesy he applied several Windows Updates, cleaned the display, keytops, and the surfaces of my laptop which was awesome of him to do that! Needless to say I recommend this place for any repairs you need done.

I managed to kill the hard drive in my Mac Mini and had several time critical documents and spreadsheets on the desktop that hadnt been backed up to my external HD. The guys at ThatBytes were able to replace the hard drive and restore all of the data at a very reasonable price and in a timely manner. The Mini is humming along even better than before.These guys did a great job!
