Please dont use this place!!!We have musical equipment and we have an infestation of rats and maggots, just the most horrible place, moving immediately!! And they still have the guts to increase the rent on my unit! Just a disgusting place! Stay away from this..if I could I put no stars at all

Stash-n-Go Is the only storage solution in Austin, as far as Im concerned. Everything runs exactly like its supposed to, but better. Great prices, easy access, professional, accommodating... I cant say enough great things about my experience.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Their have been some minor gate issues, but kind of stuff happens. What matters most is how responsive and professional the team is. These guys are incredibly helpful for any step of the way.The online tech is dated, but, if you can get past that (and you really should), then this should be your only storage facility to use in the area. I literally drive across the City when I need storage, because they give me such great piece of mind.It is worth noting, this place is incredibly well lit. That matters at night and you really see it when you compare to their competitors.

This is the best storage unit place I have ever rented from great prices and so friendly if I were yall Id rent a spot at one of these stash n go places for real get them while u can I will never stop renting from this place I just love it

Wonderful customer service. Cheap and easy access. The management followed up with me when he didnt see my reservation. Which was great because it didnt go through and I was going to go somewhere else. But they took care of me and gave me a free lock. All done without going into the office. Awesome awesome awesome place.

Wow they dont have 6 or 10 Stars it needs to be updated I am impressed not only am I impressed I got all this stuff out of lmy car.Ive been driving around for a couple hours looking like The Beverly hillbillies or Sanford and sons and its 11pm on a Friday night and Jay-Z the property manager took care of me got me in a storage unit got my car empty Im so happy I didnt know what I was going to do. I know what you should do if you need a storage room you better call stash and go storage they are the best customer service finest I couldnt be more happier thank you stash n go its the way, the only way to get a unit anytime of the night and day its already ready and and Im done it took me longer to type this review up then it took me to get into this storage facility and into my new unit. I mean it was like bam quick fast magic happened right in front of my eyes.I am not getting paid for this and Im not lying. DO NOT RENT AT STASH N GO EVER. Very unprofessional & the owner does not honor the rental agreement that he has you sign. He will kick you out for any false accusation. I was there for 4 dsys & got locked out & told that I had 36 hours to move my belongings because someone called & complained about my dog barking at them. He didnt give me back any of my money & didnt even evict me legally. Now I have to sue him just to try to get back some of my money. This place is trash

Sign up process was virtually impossible and i kept getting the wrong price. Spoke to management was rude and unhelpful.

Ive stored my stuff here twice in the past 2 years and everything has been perfect. Clean, reliable, and accessible. Jay Z is great too.

Theyre under new management now and Ive noticed the difference within the first three months. The property grounds still look well-kept after which is a good thing.But the manager is different and thats where I choose to change my rating from 5 stars down to 2 stars because I have experienced better.New manager: Hasnt figured out a way to give gate codes to tenants unless the tenants call and ask for it. It has been a few months now and I still have to call to get the code. No biggie. One month, I had paid a full week before the first (got the receipt, thought all was good), I didnt ask for the code and didnt need to get to unit until near the end of the month when my husband was moving a bed out for a friend. So I called for the code and was asked if i had paid. I said yes. Todd said well i guess Ill have to trust you on that, if you havent it wouldnt matter cause your unit will be locked. I thought nothing of it until my husband found that it was locked. No late fees charged but for a whole month this lock was on our unit. I understand if it was a computer error but it was a human error. And we received no notification of this lockout from the manager at all. I was confused and not happy and neither was my husband...it was a hot day and he was very busy. It was unlocked when the manager came back. Thats not how I would run things or some of the other managers Ive met in the past. In my previous jobs, Ive dealt with on average 300 logs and entries a month. This should be no different, except its half that.Old manager: Michael was on top of things and even went above and beyond (like getting a box from my unit that was very heavy and hard for me to reach.) He kept us informed on any changes, discounts, or up-comings. He had an automated system for gate codes that very well.I guess I was spoiled with the great customer service from Michael and hoped that the next manager would provide good customer service at least.

I love this place. Cameras and great times!

If you have a choice do not put your items here. Ths company has not had stable management and I have had to wait many days to get the gate code to be able to enter the storage area and get to my own unit. Currently I have called three different numbers since Satuday (it is now Tuesday) and no one has called me back.

I couldnt get the lock open.on both locks...but even though.I liked their effort
