Good facility with security. Always almost sold out, but management was willing to find and recommend other secure storage and logistics facilities closely within the same price range. Door opens and 6am and closes and 10. They also sell locks and shipping supplies

Ive used CubeSmart at two different locations over the past few years and had helpful, friendly service each time. Im no longer going to be using storage units but Im glad I used CubeSmart when I did.

We ended up not using this location due to distance. BUT gotta tell ya that Courtney was awesome to deal with. If you are thinking of this spot for storage, ask for her for her honesty and service.

I cannot say enough great things about Chris and his team. I have been treated professionally and they have always been available to answer questions. I had a great move-in experience. I was shown the unit before I rented it. The pricing was clearly explained. The employee that helped me took time to show me different pricing options even though the computer was a little slow that day. She was very patient with my many questions. I left feeling like I was spoken to honestly and valued as a customer. This was a big contrast to the previous company that I was using for storage. Im glad I chose CubeSmart. Im planning to have my things there for no more than 2 months. Ill submit another post at move-out.

The hours of access to storage facility.

The property was clean. The code easy to remember and there was a public bathroom on site. Im only moving to another Cubesmart location because I needed a bigger climate-controlled unit and there werent any more available at the time I needed it.

I worked primarily with Dawn Malagarie and she was so detail oriented and thorough. I felt well informed and taken care of. The customer service is outstanding. The space is clean and odorless (important when you are storing belongings for a year or more! I have already recommended this space to my realtor for her clients! I would highly recommend this CubeSmart!! So glad I chose it.

The Manager Perla Sanchez remembered my name after only one visit! The staff there is very friendly and the facility looks super clean. Pricing is reasonable.

A fabulous great air-conditioned storage facility with an awesome staff to help you with your needs. Just saying one of the best in town and its air-conditioned. They also offer room rentals there for bands to practice. I didnt know rental spaces did stuff like that but this one does. Check it out!

I love storing here! I am a return customer. Not only do they have great rates, but they keep my items safe. I have never had issues with smell, insects, etc. The staff is friendly and very understanding. I will keep using them as many times as I need.

This facility is amazingly clean, well organized, with great customer support. Djuna was prompt, friendly, and courteous. She made sure we got exactly what we wanted and that we got the best deal possible for it!!! She answered all of our questions without complaint. I have been renting a unit for 3 years and my rate constantly increases! Mine increases while the rates offered online are much cheaper. I have called customer service AND talked to management of the unit with NO reply or action. As soon as I can I will get a different storage unit because one more increase and Ill be paying over $100 for a 5x7

Painless!!!!I purchased a big item for an upcoming birthday and needed a space to store it. Shannon and Dillon arranged everything. All I had to do was go in, view the space theyd reserved for the big present, present a few documents and pay. I took delivery of the best present ever and placed it into the perfect,clean,and safe place until time for the big birthday reveal. Shannon,Dillon, and CubeSmart made my day.

Vlean and well priced. I did not like that their non-climate climate controlled units do not have insulation in the roof. When they opened one up on a hot summer day it must have been 120° inside.

Best rates/offers on-line, free reservation and the staff is awesome. The hours of operation are super convenient (most storage units keep the gates open from 9am-6pm as for CubeSmart open the gates for their customers from 6am-10pm).

Was recently working in Austin TX and had the need for a temporary storage unit. I was very impressed with Extra Space Storage and Djuna. I had several packages delivered while I was here to include (40) five foot tall boxes. Djuana made sure they were delivered safely and in tact directly to my unit. It was like have a box fairy come to visit you overnight! I would go to my unit each evening and there would be new deliveries that had arrived like magic. That may seem like a small thing, but when you can be utilizing your time doing your job and not worrying about meeting delivery people it makes things go so much smoother. This location is really ghetto, lots of screws and nails on the ground, someone drove over a quart of oil in the driveway, various cigarette butts on the ground, single entrance/exit creates bottlenecks.Staff is really nice though.

I asked the Manager Dillon to reserve the Uhaul for me to use. He said he would but did not. When I arrived after taking the day off to move someone else was using the Uhaul. I emailed him and am still waiting on a response.

Extra Space Storage is clean, pest free and much cheaper than Public storage. I had a bad experience with Public storage as it was infested by lizards and insects. Extra space storage is much better place to store stuff and they have the best, kindest and friendliest site managers. Djuna and Dillon are the best customer service specialists I have encountered in a long time. Djuna made sure that I got the best deal when renting out the storage unit. She explained all the rules and regulations to me. She informed me of all the offers and specials that Extra Space was having. She is always friendly and smiles and waves to me when I enter Extra Space. Dillion also made sure that all my queries were resolved. He also is very friendly person. When I informed him that I am moving to new place he immediately looked for Extra space storage units near my new location and looked up the prices and recommended units which were cheaper to rent in my new location.In short, Storage units are excellent, Djuna and Dillon will give best deals and best customer service. Rent a unit here without any hesitation.
