I have nothing but STELLAR things to say about the service we received here. Susan is amazing and a joy to talk to anytime we needed something. She takes very good care of the property and was excellent to work with. Sadly we are emptying our unit end of this month as we only needed to relocate here from NOV 2020. Great staff! AAA Storage has plenty of storage space in their units, way more than Uhaul Storage and a lot cooler than Uhaul to! The climate control is amazing! Everything is so nice and very clean! I highly recommend AAA Storage!

Use the climate controlled storage for a few months while waiting to close on a home and we were pleased with the experience. Easy access and affordable compared to other storage places around.

Very professional, great customer service and nice clean and safe place to store your stuff. From the moment I got there, they were friendly and immediately showed me the available unit. Process was seamless and they even gave me a lock to keep. 100% recommend.

I just finished renting a very large 10 X 25 storage unit from the ladies a AAA Storage and they are living in the gate house so there is someone there 24/7. My unit has a high ceiling and seemingly wider then 10 entrance for $225.00 monthly with a free key lock.

I rented here for two months and had no issues!

The ladies that work here are very nice and helpful, I went in to check out their prices and units and ended up renting the same day, the process was quick and easy, the prices are really good for the unit sizes, if you’re looking for a place to store your valuables in the south area, this is it, highly recommend!

Great customer service and prices

I was very surprised to find this storage when helping friend move out. Somehow I cannot find it when searching storage near 78744, but it is actually super close to my apartment. A brand new, high quality storage, looks quite neat both inside and outside. My friend used it for a few months and highly recommended it.

So glad I found this storage place. They are nice friendly and it was a contactless move , which I loved cause of the pandemic. This is the 2nd time Ive used them!!

BE WARNED: They DO NOT prorate for early move out. We moved out 23 days early and they will be keeping approximately $100 dollars because they don’t know how to prorate our rental fees. They said the reason was because it’s not a rental? We had to have rental insurance proof or they’d charge us $12 extra a month for theirs. We lived all over America and have never come across this before.

I love this place! The office staff are always friendly and pleasant compared to some of the bigger storage centers in the area. Plus, the facilities are clean and very well maintained. I highly recommend!

I dont usually send reviews, but I will definitely make an exception to share that our experience with AAA was awesome! Such great & caring staff that are willing to help you out and make you feel valued from the minute you walk in the door. I will definitely be using them again should the need for another storage.

Very fairly priced. Very clean. Staff and owner are very easy to work with. I don’t need the space any longer. If I need to rent again, it will be from AAA on Lockhart Road.

Susan is a pleasure to work with. She’s makes sure all your questions and concerns are answered. A free security lock was included with my storage space, which was one of things I didn’t think about right at first, and was a nice little surprise upon signing my lease. It’s the little things. :)

Had my storage unit at this location for a couple of months. Facility Managers, Susan & Lloyd Ashford have been great to work with. Every time I have had a problem with or at the unit they are ready to assist. I would 100% recommend this place for storage.

Great Staff, Clean Units and very easy to work with.

We have used this place for several of our company vehicles the past year. Susan and the Management are a pleasure to work with. Very responsive to any issues and always friendly and clean.

To start I believe that this place is way overpriced for Non climate control units. Also the entrance to the place is a nightmare especially if you get stuck behind somebody you have to wait until they are done to leave. They are still doing construction which is made a terrible mess and hard to get vehicles in and out without picking up nails or running over big chunks of concrete.Update: 9/15/18So upon my initial review there was construction still going on. Now 4 months later the construction has stopped. I would have probably taken my review down when the owner had called and asked if I could except it didnt stop there. The day the movers came I was approached again by the owner who asked me once again to take down my review in front of the movers which was slightly embarrassing and felt unprofessional. Then again today I was approached by her when I was with my kids asking to take it down again. I felt like I was being pressured and it made me very uncomfortable.So my conclusion is this; construction has stopped but in the process my belongings ended up covered in concrete dust. Also I guess they do not spray for bugs as all of our furniture was covered with spiders and spider eggs. This was a nightmare dealing with when moving stuff into our brand new house. I feel that management is unprofessional for pressuring me to take down my review and ultimately I would not choose to use this place again if I had too rent another storage unit even though it is right down the street from me. My 2 star rating is now a 1. Maybe others have had better experiences and Im not trying to hurt theyre business on purpose but Im a believer in leaving honest reviews.
