Michael Woodruff provided wonderful service. He was very professional, kind, and extremely helpful. He took time, and did all that he could to help with the situation that was presented. When I left, I was feeling better than when I came in. I felt that things were going to be ok. I would reccomend AMM Collision to anyone. The lady at the front desk also greeted me so nicely when I walked in . I went to the one on Ed Bluestein Blvd.

Not so great. Will never use again,,,disappointing,,,,did not complete job,,while in shop somehow a bolt got embedded in back tire,,,had to change rear fender,,but failed to put gas cap back on, leading to engine light coming on,, did not test truck bed rollers for extend a bed cage,,,having to readjust and remove extra washers that were installed without checkin schematic ,,so sad if you need help please let me know,,,will apply,,,

Long story short, I will never take my car anywhere else. This was literally the best car-repair-related experience i’ve ever had, hands down. Jon is who was helping me, and he was the best. He was super friendly and patient, making sure i understood what they were going to do. BUT THEN they all went out of their way to have my car done before the weekend so that i wouldn’t have to pay more for a rental. This was such a huge relief for me and my bank account lol. Jon went WAY WAY above and beyond as far as the actual work on my car goes. Fixed little things here and there, and fixed a part of my car i had been putting off fixing for a year. I have MAJOR anxiety when it comes to vehicle maintenance and the folks at AMM made it super easy and not stressful. I will definitely recommend this AMM location to anyone needing help.

After not completely fixing my car (the first time), I was told by Michelle Cathey that not every car is perfect. Which I think is one of the worst things to say to a customer.... I told them to redo some things they missed and pointed everything out that needed to be done. Inspected my car after the redo, the wheel fix was done poorly, and there was new damage to my bumper. They need to take their time, and give the proper care to the vehicle being serviced. Its sloppy work in the end.

The ABSOLUTE best experience and service I have received for auto repairs. Nick stayed in constant contact with me and my overall balance due was UNDER their quoted estimate! I had a wonderful experience taking my car here. I received great customer service from the admin staff and Rudy, my service advisor. I got regular updates on the repairs, and they were completed ahead of schedule. Rudy even noticed that my bike rack was damaged in the collision and included that on the list of repairs; I am so grateful he noticed that. My costs were covered by Geico, and on my end the whole process was seamless. Plus, what a bonus to be able to pick up and drop off a rental car through Enterprise in the same building, so getting a ride to and from the place was a non-issue. Thank you, AMM!

Took them about 3wks to repair my vehicle when i got it back the sensors werent working properly -the light on side view mirrow stayed ON the whole time. You would think a business that works with cars all day would catch that. So i called and let them know the guy tried denying that was an issue when he took for a test run, but when i had gotten it delivered i turned it on and noticed it and mentioned it to the driver and he said they were on since he turned it on from the collision ctr. I had to take it back and then they said they didnt have the tools to fix so they had to call a guy from SA to come and if he cldnt fix it i would have to take it to the dealer. Took almost another week to get it back. Worse collision place i’ve used. I wouldn’t recommend. Oh and someone had sticky fingers and took parts of my wheel lock kit. My car was 3wks new when i took it i have had no use for this kit so it was brand new not opened and when i got it back it was opened and parts were everywhere. And they said oh we didnt mess with the tires at all it must of been opened before. All they do is deny stuff. Dont bring your car here!

Twice! Bad business. I hate that they are closest to me. I wont even speak on the first horrible experience I had with them. Well just start on the most recent. To make a long story short... They had my car for a month for starters then when I pick it up I notice they did not finish the job. Something they actually had on the estimate to be fixed! And had the nerve to argue it. It was a disgusting experience. Take your car elsewhere. Im not wasting another word on these people.

They were friendly and professional. They kept me informed of the progress of my repairs. It was also helpful to have a car rental place next door. The car was sparkling when I picked it up.

No one wants to be in the position of needing a Collision center but when you do AMM Collision is the best. I worked with Cliff who was professional and attentive. The work done to my car was perfection, as if I had never done the damage. They also were quick, a day turn around time which I cannot explain how crucial that is. Will definitely return to work with the team next time I am in need.

Conclusively, they have a policy that excuse them from missing personal belongings so its very significant that you take whats important from your vehicle in overnight repairs!!!

Not good enough

I appreciated the service and experience at AMM. Zack worked with me and was straightforward and honest. It was completed very quickly and the work was done very professionally. The process wasn’t a hassle or frustrating in any way. Zack even washed my car himself because his crew was behind which I appreciated.

This has been the best experience we have ever had with getting our vehicle repaired. AMM Collision and Geico express made the repair process seamless. We live 5 hours from Austin and hit a deer on the way in to town, we were able to book an appointment online that night for drop off the next morning. The drop off took about 15 minutes including the time to get us in a rental (on site). Everyone has been so friendly, professional, thorough, and accommodating. The experience has been so good, I will drive the 5 hours to bring our vehicles here for repair in the future.

The staff here are friendly and communicative. I had a great experience. Paul oversaw my vehicle repair and kept me updated every step. I chose this shop as a claimant through State Farm (the other person was at fault). My car was repaired in a timely manner and returned to me very clean and just like it was before.

I recently had a repair job done at the 183 location. I was absolutely blown away by the service. My car was ready in one day instead of two, it looked beautiful, and was even cleaned and washed, inside and out. These guys are top of the line in customer service and the work they do.

Avoid this AMM shop at any cost. I dropped my car at AMM on 11/22/2018 and they sent the insurance company a quote of $5,250 to fix the front bumper of my 2012 Hyundai Elentara. The AMM shop told me that it will take them 2 day to order the parts and two days to work on the car. Today is 12/20/2018 and the car is not finished. I have called them many many times and each time they come up with a new excuse. When they finally said the car is ready, I went to pick it up but they did a horrible job so I decided not to pick the car and wanted them to re fix it. Now they are going to contact the insurance company to ask for more money (on top of the $5250). I am still waiting to see what else is going to happen with this dishonest shop. I dealt with many of their employees Andrew, Matt and couples others and unfortunately they did not stand to their promises. Avoid the AMM if you want your car to be fixed fast and in the correct way

Cant be trusted. I had a slight dent on side of car and when they found out I had $1000 deductable they charged me $1100. Nope, I didnt appreciate that.

They did an amazing job fixing my 2014 mustang. Not only were they able to meet a 2 day turn around for a bumper replacement but also called in a autowrap guy to replace the vinyl racing striping on my bumper. No other shop I would bring my car for a collision repair.

They did an ok job fixing my car. The interior was dirty, and the paint was in terrible condition when I got the car back (even though I was told they polished it). I later realized that theres a huge gap between the hood and the fender... And even though they have a warranty - I am not going to take my car back. It took them 2 months to fix my vehicle instead of the promised 3 weeks - not going through that again, only to find new issues once the repairs are complete. Customer service was the only thing decent, but with so many issues and lost money and time - I DO NOT recommend this shop. Thank you and have a nice day.

Hands down the best auto body shop in town. Do not go anywhere else.For two years they’ve been helping me get my 2500 Silverado back to the shape it was in before the accident. I was t-boned on the driver side directly on the rear wheel and axle. After the body damage was fixed, I continued to have a vibration reverberating through the truck. They went to bat for me with the insurance company to get the right parts the truck needed, not just what the adjuster claimed was damaged. The insurance company would only pay for small parts (bearings, races, pinions, etc) until they were able to convince them the entire housing needed replacement.The GM Matt, Andrew, and the head mechanic Johnathan are men true to their word, I cannot thank them enough.

The work always looks good, but theres always little details overlooked - lightbulbs not checked, hoses not quite clamped down... theyre fast and friendly though.
