What a wonderful experience. They take care of you like family. I came with a very specific request for a service, they provided top notch assistance, went above and beyond to help me, and were very honest by telling me another repair shop lead me astray by saying I needed more services than I actually did. They could have easily said I needed more work done but their honesty will make me come back again and again, share words of praise to everyone I know and build trust that can get so lost in this industry. Id give a 100 stars if I could. Cannot thank them enough.

Improperly towed a small car behind my RV which caused major transmission damage. Visiting Austin with no Austin contacts and took a chance on Austin Care Car. Kieth researched the best option, acquired and installed a new transmission and got me back on the road in just a few days. Reasonably priced and trustworthy. Kieth followed up a week later too. That sort of customer service you don’t find much these days.

Keith and team are fantastic. He took care of a repair for me on my Cadillac; kept me up to date on progress and delivered a repaired automobile at a great repair price. First time Ive used Austin Car Care but it wont be the last!

Went for an oil change$130 for Mercedes Benz- average cost & (1.5hours) and to get a quote on cam plug repairs...I was quoted $730 via email for cam repair on my Mercedes later that day-the part is $30 mind You- . I took my car to a Mercedes repair and paid $430 for cam and configure cover (wasn’t put on aac repair list so idk how much they woulda charged for cover.overall they were nice and have free coffee!

UPDATE: The autoshop responded to my review and took immediate corrective action so im upgrading my review to 3 stars.THEY DONT WEAR MASKS. 3 bad experiences with them. First time, I come in for oil change, they underquote me on how long it will take. I had to ask a couple times for status updates, no one is wearing a mask. The next day the engine cover under the car fell off because they didnt screw it up back correctly!!! I go back to get it fixed, again no masks and they quote me 2 hours. It took 4!! Luckily I had my bike and i was able to ride home and not wait in their lobby. 3rd time my wife goes for oil change and they again underquote her estimated wait(took an hr even though no one ahead of her), they did not fill up her windshield wiper fluid even though she made sure to request it. And again, no masks.

Keith is communicative, honest and knowledgeable. Its great to have a local small business owner to support.

Took my 1997 Project Jeep Cherokee to this shop 2 weeks ago for a number of oil leaks and coolant leaks. . The owner was a super nice guy very honest and gave me a fair price for the repairs. Even suggested some other repairs and gave me a quote on those too. He did not try to strong arm me into any repairs. You can tell they care about their customers even would let me bring some parts I had at home to put on the Jeep. I will be taking all my cars to this shop from now on. Finally a honest Car Repair Shop in Austin. Dont be taken back by the location very fast and reliable service!

This place was amazing-our brakes went completely out & they were able to get us in immediately to see what the issue was, and on top of that, they stayed open 1.5 hours late the night before Thanksgiving to fix the issue the same day so we wouldn’t be stranded. The customer service here is the best of any place I’ve ever been to, and the total cost was much better than we expected also! I recommend Austin Auto Care over any other place. I got stuck in Austin TX due to my car broke down, i did call other mechanics and they are expensive. Austin Car Care gave me a really good price for my car to be fix, they even took me and pick me up at the hotel for Free bec it take a lot of hour works to fix my car! If you guys live in Austin Tx or car broke down on the road, call this guys they will help u out. I wish we have a trusted and good mechanic shop in houston. They even ask me to let them know if i arrived safely home. So again if you need a trusted, good price, professional mechanic call them. Thank u so much!

Ive brought my vehicle to Austin Car Care for 2 jobs - replacing the CUE screen and fixing the trunk door that goes down on its own. The works were done to my satisfactory and the charges were reasonable. Keith and his mechanics are professional and honest. They went the extra miles to fix a couple of minor issues the back seat latches and the trunk free of charge. I highly recommend Austin Car Care.

Over priced and they are overwhelmed, customer service is hit and miss. I was charged for a repair that was never completed. Promises never kept/Unfortunately I would NOT recommend them to anyone going forward.

I enjoy coming to this place of bussiness, the quality of service is excellent and they provide a fast and accurate repair for my car.

I finally found honest mechanics & they have been the lowest price on all my repairs that I researched pricing on! They are always so nice and go above & beyond in customer service every time! I feel so confidant in referring family & friends to them for quality repairs at truly honest prices! They have come to my rescue a number of times!

I will give an update as soon as I hear back from them. 2 weeks ago, my sons engine blew. The guy who I worked with ( Mr. Washington )seemed nice enough and gave me an honest estimate but by the time I paid for the car , it was about 200.00 more. I was cool with that, since he seemed like he knew what he was talking about and not out to take me for a ride. Well 2 days and about 75 miles, after paying 2900.00 for a used engine and a 12 month/50,000 mile protection. The car died on the road and my son was stranded. He called and they did show up and tow his car. It has been 2 weeks and they have not made the effort to keep me in the loop as to an ETA on when the car will be ready. I have had to contact them, in order for them to give me any kind of information. Whomever I am working with seemed to initially place some blame on my son for the engine issue, but I think he realized that some things were done incorrectly on his mechanics end, and quickly deferred to that. So as of today 4/19/2018 , while it has not been the best experience , I have had worse. My son has texted Mr. Washington continually and no response. Only when I text him, will he respond. It is not my car , so I am not sure what the issue is. Normally, I would not post such a long drawn out review, but 2 weeks to repair a car that initially took less then 7 days when I was paying 2900.00 doesnt make sense. So far I am not impressed by the customer service of this business.

I will say that Austin car care is some of the best car service Ive ever had. Not only do they do evyething in a timely manner they are so nice.. Ive been coming here for barely a year and they have never let me down. The friendliness of their staff warms my heart..
