I was in a bit of a bind with having a lot of my fleet vehicles out of service, which in turn caused us delays in the ability to do our job to the fullest. I dropped several of our vehicles off over there and within a day, they were all done and back to us. That puts us in a better spot and demonstrates competence at a technical and delivery level. My Check Engine light had been on and off for quite some time and I had been concerned it was the MAF sensor. I also wanted an overall checkup for my baby. I made an appointment, dropped off my car. Mike called shortly after, explained everything in detail and let me know that because the computer had to be reprogrammed by Nissan, my car would be ready the next day around noon, which was no problem. I picked up my car at 12:30 the following day. It runs beautifully. They did a fantastic job. Their discounts on their website came in handy as well - excellent service. I will definitely be back in the future when needed 😊

My problem was that my 06 Lincoln Navigator needed a jump-start if not run for 2-3 days. Not sure if it was a problem with the alternator, a bad battery, or a faulty battery cable (common to Navigators). By end of day I had a new battery and the cables properly secured. Great service. The staff was helpful, they were pretty fast which was nice since I had my kids with me. Remember to have your insurance card with you when getting your state inspection 😂 I had no clue where mine was. But when I did find it, like I said they were very helpful and really nice. I had a problem with my 2007 Porsche Cayman and McSpaddens not only quickly diagnosed the issue, but they gave me an extremely reasonable estimate for the cost of repairs. I added a few more thing I knew vehicle needed and they were able to obtain parts and fix my car very quickly. Staff was extremely attentive and responsive, especially MIKE, who despite being very busy, displayed impeccable professionalism and amazing knowledge. This is the best experience I have had with an auto repair in over 25 years. I will always recommend McSpaddens to anyone looking for honest, competent, and reasonable auto repairs. My BMW 328i went completely dead (no electrical power at all) on the side of the road. I had it tow to McSpadden and told them me myself tried to change the battery 2 days earlier. Within one hour they did the diagnostic and found the problem (replace a electrical wire) and fixed the car and is good to drive again. As it turn out, when I tried to replace the battery myself earlier, I didnt do it the right way and it cause some kind of electrical short circuit of some sort. Not only did McSpadden did an excellent fast job to fix my car, they also charge me a very very reasonable price. They are a true professional when it comes to car repair and services. Definitely going back again in the future!

Drove from Killeen to visit family and realized that I needed to get an oil change before I head back. This was my first time doing business with this company and overall I am a very satisfied customer. I initially called to ask a question. I spoke with Jake who was very professional and friendly. I arrived at the location, where again Jake assisted me. It was nice to deal with someone that was already familiar with my issue and I didnt have to explain the issue all over again. The process for dropping off my vehicle was fast and seamless. My vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup sooner than I had anticipated, which was definitely a plus. I will definitely consider them when I need help with repairs to my vehicle in the future.

It’s been like a roller coaster with this location.The first time I needed a part replaced. We had a lot of miscommunication about the price which was very frustrating.Then the owner called me personally and got it all fixed at no charge to myself. They were very professional and apologetic about it. So, I was willing to give them a second chance when my O2 sensor needed to be replaced.They did the replacement fine. But then I got charged TWICE on my card and when I called, they were very unresponsive about it. So I kept calling until they finally said they don’t see a double charge in their end.I have clarified with my bank that a double charge did in-fact, happen. So now I have to dispute this.Definitely not a reliable location.

I’ve taken each of our Jetta’s to McSpadden’s at Wells Branch for different reasons (replacing an alternator on the ‘13, and a state inspection on the ‘15) and each time I have been greeted and treated with courtesy and professionalism. I have even overheard a customer update phone call that was handled with the utmost patience as it was obvious that the car owner wasn’t quite grasping what was being told to them. Good job guys.

First time coming here and received excellent customer service from Randy and Angel. The work took most of the day (understandable, since I was a walk-in) but they gave me a ride back home and picked up when the car was ready. All employees seemed to be keeping safe and following covid safety protocols. Cant say I say the prices were a bargain, but they were certainly reasonable/competitive and Id gladly pay for the piece of mind that Im getting quality work.

This is my fourth time using McSpadden’s and I rally like the customer service and employees that work there. In addition, the place is always clean when I go in.

I sure wish they would have time today to get done what I needed done. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Next time I need service I will make an appointment and head to these guys.

I strictly used only Firestone (DFW area) before coming here for oil service, etc. Unfortunately, my Firestone experience here was so absolutely awful they lost my business for life. Recently moved in to Pflugerville and i was surprised by the southern hospitality when i received in my mail a letter welcoming me with a free oil change and tire rotation. When i walked in on Friday, the lady told me that they’re not taking walk ins for oil change so she gave me an appointment. My appointment for an oil change was on Monday at 2pm. I arrived at 1:30 (sorry my bad for coming in early). No one was wearing a mask and they were not socially distancing at all. Maybe they all live together, who knows. My car was only driven in at 2:15pm. A lady walked up and said she had a bunch of troubles with her car and the gentleman was very accommodating to her and got her ahead of me (she was a walked in) because she had to pick up her daughter at 2:50 from school. 1h later i got my car back. I usually change my own oil and filter and takes me 20min max in my driveway with NO tools and minimum experience. It’s a shame to see a local company treating their customers like how dealerships deal with clients with no respect to people’s time. Staff was very friendly but obviously the management is to blame for allowing slacking on the job. On the plus side, they do have free coffee and sodas (but so does everyone else)

They did great work changing my ignition switch on my Jetta. Very quick turnaround time considering how challenging Jetta’s can be. They communicated regularly & kept me in the loop about what needed to be done.

They cracked my windshield mirror and said I did it, or that maybe I didnt notice it before lol. Said theyd call me about paying a mark up price to replace the window? Still no call. Ill just write this review instead. Check your car before sending them into repairs. They might just crack your window too :) I feel like maybe because I was a girl they were just going to let it slide. But yeah no, Im sure I didnt crack my own window.

McSpadden’s provides excellent service on my 1995 Ford. Took it in for oil change, inspection and power steering leak. They inspected the vehicle, indicated what needed to be done and estimated the cost. They did the work I requested professionally and fast. All staff I met were very friendly and listened. I needed some work done last week and was able to get my car in the bay so fast! This guy Ned who was working the counter offered such excellent service, Ive told all my friends about it because I could not believe the way that they had reinvented the whole mechanic shop experience for me.

I called and talked to Matt. He said they could get me in,so I went right away. I had a nail in my tire and they patched it up in about 20 minutes. I was their about 30 minutes all together. The guys their were very friendly. They do inspections too. I recommend this tire and Auto shop.

Went to get car inspected mid day and was informed that there was several cars ahead of me that had been left and most likely a 2 hour wait but if I come at 7:00 am when they open they can get me right away. McSpaddens @ Wells Branch always takes good care of our vehicles. Our oldest is a 1999 Corolla & the clutch is starting to slip. They know we don’t intend to keep it much longer & a $1600 clutch replacement job may not be in our best interest, but the mechanics are monitoring the vehicle’s components to keep it safe & dependable in the mean time.

I was looking around for somewhere that I could get a oil change and tire rotation and McSpaddens popped up. I made an appointment on Thursday and dropped my car off at 8am the following day. They called to let me know that it was ready within an hour. I came back in, paid, for a receipt and keys, and was on my way within 5 minutes. This was the best service I’ve had in my whole life. The staff was friendly and the lobby was nice and clean. I normally hate getting any type of car service because the time takes forever, no matter if you have an appointment or not. Using McSpaddens was a game changer and I will now be a forever customer. Thank you!
