What an absolutely AMAZING experience!! My cars radiator house snapped while on the highway (and Im only in Austin visiting), luckily they were the closest shop. My car hardly made it. The staff stopped what they were doing to come to my aid and reassure me that they will have my car fixed and back on the road in no time (and they took the time to show and explainto me exactly what happened!)... THEY WERENT LYING!!! They went and found the parts I needed and had everything fixed in 2 HOURS!!! and they didnt break the bank! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! They truly saved my weekend. I cannot thank them enough!!!!!

Great Place for Vehicle Inspection Fast, Reliable and Professional!!The office was very clean and a comfortable place to sit while my vehicle inspection was done in about 10 minutes. I’ve been here twice since COVID-19, this time I got out and waited instead but the first time (last year) they had me wait in my vehicle. Both times very professional and helpful team for a quick vehicle inspection. Painless. I will always go back to this place as my neighborhood inspection guy has moved.

Amazing experience. I came in to replace my brake lights. No, appointment needed. Cody the services adisor provided excellent service. I did bring my own replacement bulbs. Cody asked Alex the mechanic if he could take a few minutes to replace my breaks lights. Alex took the extra time to make me feel like I was the only customer. This place is changed ownership, and the new management is absolutely rock solid. The folks who work here are friendly, they are very fast, and no nonsense. ServiceOne was great! I called because I heard some rattling in the rear of my car. I talked to Joey over the phone about diagnosing the problem. He gave me pricing and told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. I took it in and everyone was super helpful, Joey remembered talking to me and the GM greeted me. They spent a good while with the car and were not able to diagnose the problem. It is a luxury car so I completely understand that, but they took care of me. Joey also told me he was able to pop up a little dent on back bumper, which he successfully did and no charge. I will be going back for future repairs.

SA was able to complete oil change immediately when I drove up and took under 10min. Cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Took my SUV in to get some work done. I must say the staff are very polite.

I discovered another auto repair shop had been consistently overcharging me, charging me for work they didnt perform, and the work they did do frequently had to be redone. I decided to try ServiceONE. These guys were the exact opposite. They even took a video of the problem with my engine, along with before and after pics so I could see the work theyd performed. Ill definitely being going back.

They gave me an excellent deal (saving about 120 dollars) between coupons, bundles, and free things thrown in. Then at the end they gave me a punch card 6/7 punches to a free oil change! Recommend them highly. They were fast and nice, informative and didnt push me into anything I didnt need.

The hallmark of a good shop is making it right. Got my oil changed here in August before a trip. Time for another - doing it myself. The filter was torqued too tight and I couldnt get it off. Called ServiceOne and they had me bring it in, just to change the filter. No charge. They apologized and made sure not to over torque. Super professional. Will continue to use them. Thanks guys!

Service One is not just for oil changes and inspections!! Their very competent mechanics helped save me thousands from a quote I had from David McDavid Acura. They analyzed and told me what needed to be done versus what was on DMcDs wish list. (Since my Acura was a 2007, I feel the DMcD quote was to encourage me to buy a new car!) So, I scheduled the repairs with Service One and they had a loaner ready for me to use upon drop off! By 10 am the next morning, they had the car running smoothly!Several weeks went by and I just dropped in there because my windshield fluid kept leaking. Three techs came over and stated it was a bad hose but they werent sure if they had a replacement hose or not. I walked over to Schlotzkys to grab a sandwich and, by the time I walked back, were finished with replacing the hose they had found. And guess what?? No charge! Needless to say I will always use Service One as my 1st stop in any vehicle repair!! Thank you to everyone at Service One!

I took my older F150 in for some suspension work and hopefully to find and repair a mysterious intermittent vibration. ServiceONE gave me a solid quote for the suspension work (ball joints and upper A arm replacement), then went to work identifying and repairing the vibration problem. Turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. Louis called and kept me updated every step of the way, and brought the job in as quoted. ServiceOne has my highest recommendation.

Amazing customer service by the managers Louie and Joey as well as the technician. They explained everything they did in detail and made me feel right at home especially being a women not knowing much about cars or engines. The shop was also very clean inside and out which to me shows how organized these guys are. Will recommend them to any lady needing any service.

Simple place to get an inspection done. No problems!

Fast, Friendly, Honest service! Pulled up for an oil change and inspection on a Saturday. Was told it would be at least an hour. We were out of there within 45 minutes. The guy even walked us out to the car to go over a few things he found during the inspection and gave us recommendations. This was for my mother’s car so I told him I’d have to ask her and come back. He quoted a discounted price and said we could come back for the same price he quoted on the receipt for the services we did get. They were practicing social distancing and all had face coverings.

These guys were great. I felt really bad to have to have really taken up so much of their time.I went in to get an inspection, and they asked if I would like an oil change as well. I was the only person there, so I said yes. The hardest part was the fact that the Mitsubishi dealership over-tightened the oil filter that the techs were taking off, and it wasnt lubricated when it was installed. It probably took a good 20 minutes with two of the technicians underneath my car before the senior technician got done with another customer they were working on to help.I felt really bad taking up their time, but they made sure the oil filter was on properly so it wouldnt happen again.Overall, outside of all this, these guys were great. If it wasnt for the previously poorly installed oil filter, the entire thing would have been 30 minutes tops.

I went to JiffyLube and got my oil changed, but whoever performed the service cross-threaded the plug. I had a massive oil leak and thankfully caught it before any damage was done to my engine. My insurance listed ServiceONE as one of the places I could have my car towed to.Everyone I spoke to was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the issue. They explained in detail what JiffyLube did wrong and included their report on the receipt. The person working the front counter also snapped some pictures for me and advised me to go to JiffyLube for a refund. (Of course, I was THREE days past the warranty on my oil change from JiffyLube. They only credited me for the original oil change and not the cost to repair my vehicle.)Long story short, the time I spent here was efficient and I couldnt have picked a better place to help me out. Thanks guys! :)

2020 UPDATE: New ownership, new staff, and a completely different experience. I brought my car in for an oil change, and after they drove it into the bay, it wouldnt start up. They told me I needed a new battery, which was strange because Ive never had any problems with the battery before. I told them just jump it and Ill take care of it later, but after leaving their bay the problem magically vanished. Four months of daily use later and the problem still hasnt returned. The only explanation I can think of is that there must be some kind of battery curse over that place, so I wont be bringing any of my cars there any more.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I went in for an oil change and inspection. Joey said my oil was really dirty and recommended a $90 engine flush before adding the new oil. This sounds like a sketchy upsell, but the oil really WAS dirty, and I knew it -- the last oil change was 18 months and 4500 miles prior. This was a little-used car that was being returned to active service, so the engine flush was a good idea and Im glad Joey suggested it. I also got a windshield chip repaired -- Javier made the phone call for insurance authorization, and I verified with my insurer that this claim wouldnt impact my rates. When the work was done I got my car back and saw that they had also vacuumed up a ton of grass and leaves from the front floorboards. Thats five star service!

Really fast really professional

I bought a coupon book in September of this year from them valid for a year went in today for a discounted oil change and they told me that they can no longer take it due to new owners a coupon book I have NEVER used but they were quick to take my money when I bought it, the gentleman who greeted me went to talk to the manager about it and the manager proceeded to yell and curse out the associate in front of customers I work in retail and thats not how you treat your employees nor how you should approach any situation this place is TRASH and theyll be hearing from my lawyers if I dont get my money back for this useless coupon book.

My first time visiting and i was very impressed, the tall guy Chris took very good care of me and was super fast, honest, and nice. I was in and out which was excellent because I had to be somewhere. I will be coming here for now on, and I would definitely recommend Chris H.

I got an oil change here, and the techs did not properly re-install the engine pan. When I let the lead know, they fully repaired the problem and did it in a short time. Normally you would never expect the mistake in the first place, but every business suffers mistakes. How this place handled my complaint gets them 5 Stars. Good save!

This location is truly great. Professional timely and great service.Joey the tech helped me determine what oil would be compliant with the manufacturers warranty requirements. He even suggested another Kwik location of the oil carried here couldnt meet the standard. Thats really impressive. Joey and the other employees continued to prove the other recent reviews were absolutely correct. This is a great location for maintenance.The previous review about the rock chip repair is sadly correct. The guy offered the service for free but made no mention that it would require a claim on insurance (same kind of claim as a real accident!). When I told him I knew how it was free he just smirked and walked away. Not so great there.They still get 5 stars in my book despite that.

I have been taking my vehicles to this facility since it opened many many years ago ... however today was the last time. After returning home I found oil leaking onto my driveway. After crawling under the vehicle I found the drain plug was not even hand tight - it moved when I touched it to wipe off the oil dripping from it. I took my own 14 mm socket and tightened it up myself. How many others are out there low on oil because its running out and they are risking engine damage.When I called the store, the manager said he had to know the individual that worked on the vehicle. I didnt want to throw some kid under the bus, and I was not asking for money back or anything I just thought he would like to know that they have a quality assurance problem and could address the entire team. He said unless I can tell him specifically who it was, then there was nothing he could do ... WOW. What a way to manage a team. That right there says a lot about the management of the shop.I will say that with the new owner, the new manager and the new staff, the place seems unorganized, confused and quite frankly dangerous. The attitude of the manager was very disappointing and his going on about how he has been a mechanic for 20 years does nothing to show he can manage a team and build in QA processes.It is not the same quality run shop it used to be ... beware of dripping oil or other issues if you choose to continue going there.

This place was awesome. I was in and out in 20 minutes, told me exactly what I could expect to pay before we got started and even took the time to vacuum my floor boards (which were covered in crumbs and leaves thanks to my little one). Carl helped me out and made the entire process seamless. Ill definitely be back.

I hate going to get my oil changed. Most of the time I’m there forever and the customer service is mediocre. But today I was in and out and this guy named chris helped me out by providing knowledgeable information about needed maintenance and he wasn’t pushy. As long as Chris works at Kwik car they have a forever customer.

After driving all around town to pick up an oil (work order) given to me from this establishment I arrived back to be greeted with a rude manager, Im assuming is the manager, who would no longer uphold the previous agreement made by another employee.Not only did they waste an hour of my time, they did not uphold their part of the deal when I went to get a product they did not have (their suggestion).This staff clearly has a miscommunication problem and the upper staff handled the situation very poorly. I just wanted an oil change, which turned into over an hour long ordeal with unprofessional technicians and no oil change.

Incredibly rude. My girlfriend went there earlier in the day and wasn’t acknowledged for over 10 mins even though the place was nearly empty. When I was able to take the car after work (I leave work at 5:30 pm) I get there around 5:45 and I understand that oil changes do take some time, but they were extremely rude and refused to take the car saying that they had already closed business for the day. Quick tip: Usually you want to keep your customers happy so that they will come back with their cars to get your services. Never coming back again.

These guys are fantastic! I have never been disappointed! Oil change? You almost walk in and walk out as long as they are slow, otherwise, yes you have to wait your turn! They are honest, fair, and dependable. I called to get a quote for a 30/60/90 and JR spent almost 20 minutes on the phone with me deciding what i really need! Not to mention when i came in for my last oil change, they fixed my radio at no charge and showed me what i needed to fix it myself for much cheaper. They have always been amazing. Im a loyal customer going on 2 years. This is my mechanic. I wouldnt go anywhere else. These guys are wonderful.Oh and the kicker? Would give zero stars, no option. Asked for oil change only, was up charged for unneeded filter. Was called about a small chip, they would repair. Was asked to give some friend or acquaintance, Javier my credit card info over the phone to pay for windshield. First of all, I was told they themselves did the repair. Secondly, my windshield is now cracking and chipping in 3 places. Dont go to this location. Terrible business practices, awful. And no, you cant have my credit card information-serious BS.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Some of these reviews dont make sense. Affordable? He charged me $102 for a synthetic oil change and A/C filter change. The whole job didnt take more than 15 min. I usually go to Lambs tire. They do free tire rotation with oil change all under $50. This guy told me he wont do tire rotation because its raining. What kind of lame excuse is that ! Also, thats $25 extra. Also who the heck openly asks for tips for checking air pressure ?

AVOID going there for oil change or any other vehicle service; Management is shady. Like one of the customers mentioned in comments- I had the same experience, few months back they sold me an oil change/ service coupon program for $60, when I brought that today to claim my free oil change they said they are not going to accept it and said that owner is changed; when I asked staff that this is Fraud and let me speak to the owner, he said carelessly that owner is based in Dallas and owner has said to not owner any coupon to any customers and admitted that he face angry customers like me every day.There are so many other transparent places for Vehicle oil change and Service, please STAY AWAY from here. I am complaining to BBB as well

I receive discounts on my oil change, which is great. But I went to go and get a full radiator replacement due to my radiator being cracked and they overcharged me. They told me it would take around 4 and a half hours to replace and repair everything, but never called to tell me that my car would be ready the next day. If you ever go here, make sure you get a better estimate on when they will be done.

I took my ES 300 Lexus to this location based on high ratings on Google Reviews. And boy was I disappointed. To the uninitiated let me alert you that this place is all about up selling through scare tactics. They tried selling me synthetic oil change that costs $70 odd dollars. And very soon Chad walks in to the waiting area with air filter recommending a change at a cost of $45. For Pete’s sake, $45 for installing a filter that retails for $12 at Auto Zone. And when I turned down his gratuitous offer, he turned to scare tactics - about the blower quitting on me with potential $800 repair bill. And to rub salt he left grease stains on the glove box which houses the filter. And if that was not enough he told me that the owner leaves only a dozen coupons for the “free” wash. All in all a bunch of crooks preying on hardworking Texans. Dealer rates with bad attitude and lousy service

Helped our daughter traveling! Alert for tire pressure came on. Goggle searched Kwik Lube and called. They guided her there & checked air. Back on the road in 5 minutes. Nice guys! Open Sunday was great too.

Went in for a state inspection, which was handled in 15 minutes. They also did a courtesy check of my vehicle and presented me with the dirty engine and cabin air filters. I already knew these were due for replacement, so appreciated the reminder. Replaced the engine air filter there, but they did not have the cabin filter in stock. Mechanic was very apologetic, and said, Tell you what, if you go and buy one, and come back, I will install it for you at no cost. Returned in 15 minutes with my cabin filter, and she jumped in the car and replaced it for me. While I cannot comment on more complex services, I will give them top points for quick and very good customer service.

Chad gave me a great price on brake pads and rotors that I didn’t need. Back brake pads were 6mm. Malicious and intentional fraudster.Quote was $775 (not bad), and after taking a look more closely, the back brake pads were totally fine, DEFINITELY didnt need rotor replacement. Got the quote on 2-26-19, while getting an oil change.Had contact info in here for over a month, no one ever reached out. Its a scammy place, just avoid it!

Been going to these guys for the last 3 years for minor maintenance and inspections they have always been spot on and very quick. One of the mechanics even helped me out with an issue regarding my modified Jeep where the dealership was going to charge me a lot to first replace the part with factory? before trying to work on it.

Wow!! This job was so bad that I didnt even wanna mess with no refund! I have family in TX so I visit with them quit frequently so wen I had troubles with my car naturally I went to the closers spot...but wow! The instant I walk in RED flag! Nd no help from the manager at all, some how it felt like he was in charge of the racism there, nd Im latino lol thats the worse part!
