Theyve done body work 2x on my car. The other shops that looked at my car & were much more expensive. But 2Day did a great job & at a very fair price. Staff was friendly and got my car done the next day which was sooner than they previously said, and much quicker than other places that told me the repairs could take up to a week. They offered the best price I could find compared to other places I went to. I highly recommend them to others.

Good people honest and upfront.

I took a day off of work to try to find a place to repaint a hood for an SUV i had just purchased. Two-Day had mostly excellent reviews so I decided to come here first. Met with one of the guys (owner I believe) who started out friendly enough. Basically, we spoke about the work they would perform and they requested I back my truck up to their building to drop off the hood. I requested to at least look at something they had painted. I was presented with a transport van that had a ton of orange peel and looked fairly rough. I asked to look at something else, and I could tell the gentleman assisting me was now already becoming impatient. Keep in mind, I had been here less than 10 minutes. For the first 7 years of my automotive career, I completed off-lease vehicle inspections for finance companies and can see a repaint a mile away, and admit to being particular. I looked at a second vehicle, a gray Camry that had several small, yet deep scratches where the headlight had been reinstalled. This caused concern, so I took a bit of time to look at the work done (less than 1 minute) and found it to be decent and generally acceptable in regards to paint texture. (I wasn’t expecting perfect). By the time I looked up again to say “ok, let’s do it”, my tailgate had been closed and I was told that based on the time I spent looking at their work, I wouldn’t be happy and they didn’t want to “get into that with me” (along with a condescending comment about how long he’d been doing this). I ended up going to a place where I will spend a bit more, but had a great conversation with the manager and looked at a number of vehicles that had superior paintwork compared to everything I saw at two-day. It was like a breath of fresh air compared to my experience 15 minutes earlier at Two-Day. To be fair, maybe it was an off day for the gentleman assisting me, but doesn’t change the fact that this was some of the poorest customer service I’ve experienced in a long while. I was happy to drive away from this place.

Drove around town trying to find the right place to help me fix car. These guys are the best you will find in Austin Texas. Fast quick and friendly. My car looks great.

These guys were great! Glen was able to look over my car in about 15 minutes, giving me an estimate, and noting that there would be possibly more damage after the the front bumper was removed for closer inspection. The follow up call in about 2 hours clearly communicated what else needed to be done. The work was completed on time (2 days!) and the estimate was not only a great price, but did not change! They were nothing but clear and honest (and friendly) in their communications, and the work (which was completed about a month ago) has held up. If you need body work on your car, and I hope you dont, Two Day is the place to go.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Glen (the owner I believe) was so friendly and helpful right from the start. My car had a lot of damage on the front and they said it would probably take 9 days to repair. This was right before the holidays and I was worried about not having a car for traveling.They also found some damage that was not on the original estimate, and they took care of coordinating with my insurance to get that covered without me even having to make another call. After 5-6 days I receive a call from Glen saying my car was ready to be picked up ahead of schedule, and went I went in to pick it up on Christmas Eve, he said he didnt want me to be without a car for the holidays so they rushed it so that I didnt have to wait until after the holidays. Absolutely recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!

These guys are the best! My front bumper fell off and the first place I went to quoted me $1800 to get it fixed. Two Day quoted me $150. They were able to get it back on and I was there for less than an hour. I’m so glad I decided to go here. I get really nervous when I have to take my car to the shop but everyone was so nice and so friendly. I 100% would use them again and will if I have to.

Great work! Love these guys! Used them the first time on my Kia Soul and they did an awesome job. Recently bought a new BMW x3 and was slightly rear ended. Referred here by my new mechanic. I had a small dent that was possibly going to interfere with the installation of a replacement window pane. Wasn’t concerned with making it look perfect, just needed to replace a broken window. He said, “do you have two minutes?” and came back with that suction cup tool, got the dent looking better and sent me on my way, gratis. I would definitely go back!

These guys have just been phenomenal. First of all, they are always super friendly and conversational when you go into the shop. They are happy to chat about whatever comes up and have been all smiles on all three of my visits. Also, there are several pretty little kitties roaming about the place.I needed to replace and repaint a part on a friends car due to damaging it. I came in with the part in question and the price they quoted for painting was quite reasonable. They were able to get it painted quickly and matched the color perfectly.After taking it home, it became obvious to me that I had unknowingly taken in the wrong part, which was completely my own fault. So, after hunting down the right one, I had to setup yet another paint job. I took the second one in fully expecting to have to pay the full amount a second time. As it turned out, when I walked in the man shook my hand and said they wouldnt be charging me again.They completely bailed me out of a situation created by my own absent-mindedness, and I was blown away. That is such an admirable way to do business, and they have earned all my vehicle work in the future.I seriously doubt youll be anything but impressed and fully satisfied in your dealings with them too.

Fantastic. Glen, Mike and Desi were all fantastic people. The entire back left side of my 10 year old car was pushed in badly from a collision. Because it was paid for I thought I would just live with it because it would be too expensive to have it repaired. However, due to some really bad bondo work I let a couple of shade tree guys do, it looked even worse than the damage did. I was passing through Austin, read reviews of body shops and, as a result, went to Two Days shop on Airport Blvd. I met with Glen who was nice, to the point, and he gave me such a reasonable quote, I said do it, without checking anywhere else. It was a fantastic result, looked completely new, way beyond what I thought. I think I now have to keep the car another 10 years it looks so good, which is great for me. These guys are artists, auto artists. I was just passing through Austin, but would recommend them to anyone.

We are very happy customers of 2 Day Body and Paint.After getting 5 bids we chose 2Day because the price was reasonable, the other Yelp posts were so positive, and Glen who handled everything said it would be done right and in just 2 days! Sure enough 2 days later our car was ready all washed and vacuumed and the work body and paint were perfect ! How often does that happen in business now a days? Notice too how open and friendly they are, and the office and shop were spotless.... good signs of people who take their work seriously. Mike Pattison and his team repaired my car after a pickup truck damaged the rear bumper and hatchback door.He calculated the repair immediately after assessing the damage - and that was with no appointment. His prediction on the damage beneath the bumper was spot-on, so no surprises. He included that in his quote when other shops would not.Mike had all the parts ready to start when we arranged for the work to be done. The work was superb. I never had to check on the progress, because I knew it was taken care of. Perfect paint match and his shop took 4 days when another shop quoted 2 weeks.An honest body shop that I would recommend. I only wish I had found this place for work done a few years ago. Thanks to all the reviews that led me here!

From the start Mike Pattison was warm and patient with my friend, who is a little patience-trying. He was unhurried and gave honest advice, even to the point of recommending to not have the work done, that it would be a waste of money on such an old car! But my friend wanted it done and he gave a reasonable estimate (thousands less than shops that do full body painting only). My friend and I were in hysterics seeing the finished work, wondering whether it was even the same car as it was such a great job. He got the work done quickly and at the estimated price. Were glad to have found this place. Hes got a great sense of humor and understanding of his craft and the economics of what repairs make sense for a car.

Short review: they dont play any games. They try to get you in an out quickly and try to be up-front as possible.Longer story: our CR-V had an issue where the back door wasnt closing. The striker plate was loose and when I tried to fix it, some screws fell into the interior of the car. Taking it to Yost, they wanted to completely disassemble everything and charge me $500+. I took it to Two Day Body, and asked for a creative solution. They were able to weld some pieces together while still leaving the striker plate adjustable. It was amazing and 1/5 of the price of the other route (while being a superior solution). Stuff like that buys my loyalty for a long time. Wouldnt go to another body shop in Austin.

Took our 2000 Xterra here after an accident where the front end needed to be rebuilt. These guys are nothing but class and very professional. They fixed the truck very quick and for much cheaper than other places were quoting. The work was done right and the front end looked like it just rolled out of the factory it looked so good. Would definitely recommend bring your vehicle here!

A great family run business and I am happy to be a repeat customer.

I went to two day body shop to get a bunch of hail dings pulled out as well as getting the engine lid and hood painted on my mr2. They did an excellent job. The engine lid was fiber glass and had to be hand sanded to remove imperfections to prepare for the paint job. The price they charged was very fair and the result was beautiful.Later on, when I accidentally scratched my car - they were long and fairly deep scratches, I took it to ask Mike for his opinion. He volunteered to try to buff them out. It came out much better than I expected. The scratches were almost all gone except the few deepest spots that were wise to leave alone. The car looked good again. He saved me having to file a claim with my insurance and a lot of money. Mike said it was no big deal and I didnt owe him anything for the buffing. Aint they great!

Probably the best experience Ive ever had with any car-related shop. These guys are quick, friendly, and on top of things. It seemed like everybody in the shop knew what was happening with the parts I needed when I called. When the parts came in, they had it done in a jiffy, replaced a few bulbs for free, and even went so far as to clean off the residue from the duck tape that I had been using in place of a taillight. Next time I need body work, I know exactly who Im calling.

They did a great job on my car when somebody hit it in the parking lot, and I needed a new bumper. They even touched up chips in the paint for free! I will definitely go there again.

Got into an accident and this location had good reviews so I decided to go with them; I wish I used Geicos places instead. They did cosmetically fix my car after over a week, and after reviewing the work I noticed missing retainers, bolts where the accident occurred; Now I keep hearing noises on the side that they worked when i go over bumps and such, so annoying. Im gonna have to spend more money and order or find replacements online or at an auto store to fix this. I had to call Glenn for status updates instead of the inverse. I eventually just quit calling, because he would just keep extending the time. Another major reason I chose these guys is because I thought I could rely on them to get my car back in shape. BEWARE they will not do Four Wheel Alignments, they outsourced me to another location that does it for $89.99 after review their website saying they do Four Wheel Alignments and paying my deductible. Glenn said their machine broke down, while Mike said that they never did wheel alignments. Why have it posted on your website that you do?!?! Anyways just wish I would have went to another location that would have done it all properly. Would not recommend these guys, terrible service for me.

This review isnt regarding their actual service since I didnt get my car repaired with them. They actually turned me away since the damage to my car was very minor and he honestly told me that getting parts for my car since its brand new (2013) is very difficult and couldnt offer me a good estimate on when the car would be repaired due to the parts. I was frankly surprised by their honesty but I believe it is a testament to their work practice. Finding an honest body shop is pretty difficult from past experience and this one clearly seems to be concerned about customer satisfaction and service.If I ever have any issues with my cars, I am definitely going to take it to them before anywhere else since I believe that Ill get an honest evaluation and a job well done just from their practices.

2 day paint and body has 5 stars for a reason. I called after I had a tree fall on my car which went through my back window breaking it, doing damage to back speaker, spoiler, trunk, and other dents and scratches on bumper / roof. That being said Mike answer and said bring it in right away. So I did and couldnt be happier. Throughout the whole experience Mike kept me well well informed, told me exactly what was going on with insurance company, what he was doing to car, and everything in between!! I will not go to any other body shop in the future and will recommend whoever to two day paint and body!!

I was so excited to find a repair shop that had such great reviews. I started dealing with Mike, who seemed to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I was also dealing with Progressive insurance and when I took my car in to be fixed this morning he seemed to be having a bad day that turned into raising his voice at me and demanding unreasonable expectations from me. He had asked me to get an estimate for the cost of a new bumper form Volkswagen, which I did despite the fact I found it odd since that should be part of his job since he is doing repairs. Then the insurance instructed me to leave the vehicle there where they would come to inspect the damage and confirm the estimate Two Day had written. Mike did not agree and decided to yell at me in front of other customers and tell me that he wasn’t getting paid enough and only making $60 off the job. It was incredibly unprofessional and uncalled for. I never asked him to low ball the estimate and if he doesn’t know how to calculate his business or if he doesn’t like his job he should retire. I’ve never been more embarrassed or spoken to like that by a grown “professional” man. Very disappointed and took my business elsewhere.

I waited a few years to do this review because I wanted to see how the work held up.When I got the car back the immediate thing i noticed was that my exhaust was not the the same. I lost my roar, when I sounded like a lion, I now sounded like a purring kitten.The rear panel where the trunk is that says Ford GT fell off, the whole panel fell off. The exhaust pipes were asymmetrical with one pipe sticking out a full 3 inches.The side markers were a different hue, one was dark red and the other was light red.The paint had overspray on it.I was not left satisfied with their work. I had them take it back and Im pretty sure they didnt do anything.Now the paint appears to be fading where it was damaged, which is why I waited to write a review. I reckon I had a bad experience, cause I see they have great reviews, but nobody can be perfect, so perhaps I just had the bad luck.

This place quoted me $1500 less than another body shop to fix a simple scratch I caused when I scraped a column in the parking garage. $1500 is a lot of money. The guys here were friendly and the job was done fast and clean.
