Removed some blemishes for me in a timely fashion and for a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to return. Its been a while but Im looking forward to taking in my current vehicle for similar treatment. I thought it had closed down, so Im glad to find it just moved. I had to look up the company name from my trusty blue magnet clip I received on my last visit.

Great place, Trey (owner) got me in really fast and worked on a weekend for me. Hes also really personable and easy going, nice to talk with. I got a NASTY dent that he fixed really well, and it was worth the price for sure (also the cheapest I found in Austin). Cheap with good reviews and kind service = best option in Austin.Also, note the fake reviews below are completely wrong, based off their claims. 1 - Trey is awesome and not rude, 2- Theres not even any feasible way to store a car for 2 months at this location. 3 - Theres no physical way that they could even damage or destroy paint? Austin got hit with a random, sudden large hail storm early this year and Im 100% sure thats hail insurance, or competitors with false claims.Trust me! Location is great :) Thanks Trey

Took my wife’s car in to repair a small dent on quarter panel near the wheel well. Trey quoted $250 for the repair, but warned he may not be able to get it completely repaired due to the location of the dent. Turns out he did a great job, nearly perfect as far as we could tell, but Trey was not satisfied because it wasn’t perfect and did not charge us for the repair. Yes! This is what service is about. Please take your cars to Trey. His commitment to service should be rewarded! He has a customer for life!

Probably +1,000 dents from a hail storm. A quick 2 weeks and my vehicle was returned to me in absolute perfection. I was updated along the way. Could not have asked for a better experience. Always support local!

The most transparent and honest repair service experience Ive ever had. I was quoted for extra things by another shop, but Dent Works was able to make the repairs without the extra costs. Trey and Mark are incredibly personable and take pride in their work. Their work is efficient and flawless. My car looks like there was never a hail storm, and the repair was completed in just 1 day!

Was reccomended to this dent shop by my friend - after this my friend and I may not be friends anymore. Going on month 2 still waiting to get my vehicle back from hail damage repair. I was promised a 3 week turnaround time and I am still without my vehicle. I have exceeded my rental on my insurance policy and now I am stuck with a rental car bill to get to work which is killing me financially. You would think they care about the fact that I have to rent a vehicle to get to and from work while they have mine but nope they do not care not one bit.

Dent works of austin or make you work to fix your dents austin. After they fixed my vehicle i needed a new paint job because there where imperfections throughout my entire paint job. Wish I took other options.

Read all the good reviews and went to see Thane when I had gotten a couple of shallow but very unfortunate dents on my brand new car while getting warranty work done at the dealer. This was my first experience with PDR and I had no idea what to expect and frankly didnt hold much hope of getting it back to factory perfect. I keep my cars pristine and these dents were really hurting me. Thane explained the process in great detail and booked me in a couple days after looking it over and giving a quote. He showed me exactly how he was going to tackle the job and I got to see him working some of his magic. Now, Im a perfectionist and I can say that what these guys are doing really is nothing short of magic. After 2 hours of work, Thane was able to get the panel back to factory-perfect, not even a hint of where the impressions were. Price was very fair and I greatly appreciated his knowledge and honesty. Really a true artist of his trade. I cannot give this business enough recommendation, dont even hesitate, go see Thane.

I was referred to dent works after I had some hail damage on my car. Thane was very thorough and made the process super easy. I had some big dings from golf ball size hail and he fixed it all. Very affordable pricing - I highly recommend going to see them.

I took my beloved Stella (Land Rover) into Dent Works this week, after sustaining 2 pretty major door dings. They did such an amazing job...there is absolutely zero evidence anything ever happened. I highly recommend their work & their prices are reasonable.

This guy Trey is awesome. Hes a humble artist that wont try to over sell you. Ive been here twice with low expectations of him being able to get my dents out. Both times he looked at the dents and said he wasnt sure if he could help, and both times he got them out like they were never there. I mean, literally, you couldnt find the dents if it werent for the imperfections in the paint. In my case the paint was also scratched from the objects hitting my car (hes upfront about not doing paint work), but his work allowed me to buff out the scratches and not have to replace my door or get it repainted. At a serious fraction of the price. Twice.

My car was less than a year old with not a single dent on it. Friday 13th a hail storm came through my town and wrecked both our cars and our house roof. I looked around for PDR guys and Treys name came up again and again, with great recommendations. A guy at my work even recommend him not knowing Id booked my appointment already. I picked the car up and it was like brand new again. Its nice to see skilled workmanship at its best. Highly recommend them for your paintless dent removal.

There was a big dent by my driver’s door, and the door couldn’t open properly. The staff checked and fixed it. He didn’t charge me anything! He said if I wanted to fully remove the dent for a price and I can go back later. What a good company! Highly recommend!!!!

Dent Works is the epitome of good service. Theyre kind and friendly and they do a really good job. They were very clear, set reasonable expectations, and then finally when everything was said and done they saved me money!They drove me to the enterprise to rent a car, they ended up fixing some minor dents all around the car that they didnt have to do, and then told me that my next dent would be fixed for free! I seriously can not recommend them more.

I went to Dent Works this morning to get hail damage fixed for my Acura. They explained what they can do and what has to be done outside and directed me to a body shop. Their opinion is honest and the person is nice. Even though I didn’t get any work done from them this time, in the future if I need any PDR, I will go to them.

I have taken my vehicles to have dents pulled by Trey before and all I can say is that he does amazing work, he is not only honest but also very professional and generous. Today, I took my BMW to have a dent pulled from the hood (thanks to a cement truck in the road), he pulled the dent out, and because of the ease that took to pull the dent he did it at no cost. Exceptional work! I took my BMW 335i in for 2 minor dents, and one pretty deep ding. Not only did Trey make all 3 dents completely disappear, but he found 2 more and removed them free of charge. In addition the cost was extremely affordable. An A+ place to take your car.

Treys team is incredible. He worked on my car for several hours, but due to the design of the paneling and the type of dent I had, he was only able to get about 75% out. To give you an idea of the kind of service to expect, my car, which was mostly fixed and cost several hours or labor, was done with no charge since the dent couldnt be completely removed. Talk about a service policy! 10/10 would come again. I will come back here as long as I live in Austin.

I took my red hyundai genesis coupe to Trey at Dent works to get out a very deep dent. He got out the dent but did not charge me because it was not perfect. I was amazed with his work and wanted to pay him but he refused and said that he would only charge if the work was perfect. Thane did a bang up (LOL) job getting a very nasty parking lot dent out of my brand new cars driver side door. The dent was deep and sharp and consequently the worst sort of dent to attempt a repair on. Considering what he had to work with, it came out near perfect and with a little touch up paint, will only be slightly noticeable now as opposed to previously being noticeable from every angle. Personally, It’s the best dent repair shop I can find in town. Trey and Thane are the best, they know what they do and what it’s worth for the job. Had got quote from multiple ppl and most of them were ridiculous higher and unreasonable.They fixed my hood dent within an hour or so.

I brought my car to Dent Works after an incident left my door completely warped including several dents in the bodyline. Trey inspected my car and provided some needed sympathy, but he didnt give me much hope that he could restore it. Nonetheless, he gave me a quote and offered to give it a shot, mentioning that if he felt he couldnt do it it right, he wouldnt charge me. His reassurance, along with other reviews Id read about him, left me confident that he was the right guy for the job.Smash cut to 5 hours later, Trey gave me a call letting me know that he was finished and to come check it out.Needless to say, it turned out great and the door looks as good as new! He even buffed out some little imperfections as well at no extra charge.Hopefully I dont have to go through this again, but if I do, Im glad to have met Trey because I know Ill be in good hands!

Great work, great customer service, fair prices. friendly, honest and straight forward people. They take great pride in their work, and it shows... unlike the dents they make disappear.They are amazing at what they do.Compared to a traditional body shop, the turnaround time is excellent, the repair method is MUCH less invasive for your vehicle (no Bondo, sanding, repainting, ending up with a panel that looks newer than the rest of the car etc. None of that).I already took my Avalanche there twice. First time was for hail damage dings on the roof, which were even made worse by a failed attempted repair by the previous owner of the truck.I scheduled an appointment, dropped it off first thing in the morning and had it back at closing time the same day. They took the headliner off, fixed the dents and put everything back together for $500. That would not even cover the re-paint at a body shop. The results were amazing. Virtually no trace of dents, even knowing where and what to look for.The second was a pretty deep, dime-size ding right between the the rear door and the rear wheel on the passenger side.They had to remove the wheel liner and the double sided 3M tape (which they replaced) to get behind the dent.I cant even tell there was ever a dent there.. and they even applied a little bit of touch up paint where it was chipped when the dent happened. All for $75. Beat that!I will be bringing my newly revamped 1999 Jeep Cherokee soon.

I honked at this vehicle and turned to read the information on the truck, the driver became aggressive and was honking at me. A company that fixes dented vehicles should be more responsible drivers. My subaru BRZ had hail damage. As the roof and hood are made of thin metal, there were a huge number of dents, many of them really tiny. Trey Pool and his team did an excellent job of fixing the dents. All I can say is their workmanship is top notch. They fixed every single dent and its like the damage never happened. Trey worked with my insurance on the quote and the turnaround was very quick. Trey Pool is very professional and courteous.

THE GREAT YAK ATTACK OF 2016My wife and I were in my 2015 Subaru WRX visiting a drive-through animal safari park, and long story short, got mobbed by a bunch of camels and a yak. The yak decided to leave a free stamp of disapproval on my driver door in the form of a funky shaped inch long dent right underneath my door handle (not an easy area to access or fix).Monday morning I drove by Dentworks and they took a look. They knew it would be a difficult repair, but quoted $75. I couldnt believe it, and would have happily paid double, but I thought they might need to charge more once they got into the job.I dropped the car off at lunch the next day, and in less than an hour had basically a perfectly like new door. And they even knocked off a few bucks with my online coupon (and then gave another rounded down discount on top of that - seriously, this actually happened!). Again, with the quality of repair I would have paid $200 for the fix with a smile on my face. But for about the average price of going out to a mid-priced dinner with my wife, my precious WRX is back to like new shape.I could not possibly be more thrilled with the speed, quality, and price of Dentworks. They have earned a lifetime customer. Look no further - these guys will do the best job at the lowest price!

What a joke. They tell you to come down and they will knock it out in 30 min. Then you get there and there to busy so you make a appointment. I canceled other appointments so I can get this done and drove to austin in the morning traffic. Then they tell me they cant get to it right away and its going to take all day now. Why the F@#$ do you make appointments? Would not use them for my company or friends.And I dont know about the work because I left and found another dent buster a mile south and got it done.
