These guys really did me a solid. I took in a new SUV Id just purchased the day prior, at a $2000 discount because it had hail damage. They took a look at it and told me it probably had $5-10k worth of damage. Not much of a deal for me. The employee I spoke to gave me perfect advice for how to handle the situation and get the dealership to unwind the deal and give me a new car, same make and model, WITHOUT hail damage. The upgrade to a vehicle without damage ended up only costing me about $1300. I owe Lonestar big time and will definitely go to them if I ever need repairs.

My Mercedes GLE with White Metallic Paint got caught in a Hail Storm while I was up in Amarillo TX. Damage was pretty extensive and I knew I didnt want to use a traditional body shop who would likely replace parts like the hood which would require repaint (that would almost certainly not match). So glad I found Steven at Lonestar PDR. He worked with my insurance to get the correct damage estimate. He was able to remove all the damage without any paint and the car now looks perfect. He even took care of some door dings and other minor pre-existing damage free of charge. The guy is a total pro and its obvious he takes pride in his work. If I had gone a more traditional route through a major body shop there is no doubt in my mind that they would have replaced the aluminum hood (and theres no way they would have perfectly matched the factory paint) which Steven was able to get back to perfect in spite of the fact that aluminum is very hard to do PDR on. Steven does great work and I highly recommend Lonestar PDR.

I recently had a dent on my leased 2018 BMW X2 which was roughly 6in in length and 1 in depth. I have had 87 cars in my life as I collect and sometimes restore them. My precious Honda hatchback got dented on the side, and also had prior damage from a tree branch landing on the roof. Stephen fixed it PERFECTLY and for a very fair price. I was an insurance agent for 38 years and had 6,000 clients so I dealt with every repair shop in town, both good and bad. This place is excellent. The dents dont just look better, they are invisible.

I had a very professional experience. I have an older Fiat 500 that had collected a variety of ugly dents. Some big and some small ... and one dent that was a bit complicated. Steve took a look at the work and confirmed that he could handle and repair all of the dents without any problem. I came back the next day to drop off the car and a few hours later I had my old dented up car back in perfect condition. The whole process was simple and uncomplicated and the workmanship was nothing less than magical. I felt like my car had reverse aged (Benjamin Button style). One thing I have to say ... is that the dent repair process is no easy trick. There is no special tool you can buy at Amazon that handles all your dent worries. Rather, it’s a sort of art and skill that comes from knowing how to work on a variety of cars, paint jobs, clear-coat finishes .... and of course years of work getting the practice down to a fine art. I had dented my chrome bumper and was wondering if it could be repaired and he gave me a nice honest answer that he could try, but that it would never be back to the original state given the stress fractures on the chrome.
