Unfortunately we were involved in an accident. A driver hit us and another vehicle from behind. We started researching places to have our vehicle repaired and we decided on Heritage. We are so glad that we chose them. Our Service Rep was Adrian and he worked hard for us. We had a few problems with the other persons insurance (Allstate) wanting to do things correctly. Adrian battled with the insurance several times. Our truck was super clean at the time of the accident (averaged 9,000 miles a year at the time of the accident). We wanted it returned in the same shape as before the accident. The insurance tried using interior parts to repair the truck (used parts, non matching upgraded parts, etc.). Adrian was not having any of this. He battled to put the truck in top notch condition. When all was said and done, he gave us back a truck that was as clean as it was before the accident. We would highly recommend Heritage and especially Adrian. If you want great customer service, great work and a business that sees you as their customer (not the insurance company). Got to Heritage.

Heritage did an awesome job handling all my car repair needs. I was really worried about doing a repair because it was my first time dealing with a body shop for an accident where the other persons insurance needed to pay. I knew the amount they gave me wouldnt cover everything. JACOB at Heritage handled everything from beginning to end so I didnt even have to worry about the other insurance company. I got consistent updates on the status of my car via text and when I picked her up, she was freshly washed!!!Thank you, Heritage Body and Frame, for making something so scary so simple! I had a great experience here. My wife had her car hit in the side while in a parking lot. Nathan was great in getting our car in, a quote out to us, and seeing it through to the end! They fixed the door and the paint matches perfect to the rest of the car (hard to do on a metallic black car). I wont go anywhere else from now on!

I brought my car in for an appointment for a very minor fix of the license plate bracket. The service person treated me wonderfully, fixed the problem beautifully and charged only a handshake for his efforts. This is what business used to be like decades ago. I give this place my top endorsement. In fact, I have never written a review of a business prior to this but was so moved by the wonderful care that I needed to share my experience.

They are really bad. Pathetic people! Our Car was damaged in their repair shop .. we have pics where there was no damage to our windshield. Our insurance has proof too that there was no damage. Do not go here. Cheats!

Quoted to take 10 days ( another body shop in Austin said 3 weeks and much more $ ) and it only took 5 days. I was hit in the side, both doors crushed as well as the right rear quarter panel. They did a great job and matched the paint perfectly.

Dont go here for your Tesla due bill repairs. Their paint quality is good, but they are not at all careful in taking apart and assembling the cars. They scratched my brand new car at multiple places and only resolved some of the things. I have to go there multiple times for something or the other, its like a endless cycle. Sometimes they forget to connect some connector, or they will assemble lights or handle such a way that it wont align with other panels, loose panels and window glass will be rattling and spoiling your expected smooth ride in your new car. I can clearly see marks of their tools used in the exterior and interior of car in form of scratches, some of them quite deep. For a Tesla certified body shop located so close physically to Tesla service center, they are not upto the mark, not even close. Some of my friends had very good experience at Berlis in Pflugerville, I recommend to try that place instead.

I dont review often but this place is so, SO great. They were really kind and helpful when I was super stressed out. The repairs took exactly as long as they estimated and the work was done perfectly. Dont even think about it - go to Heritage and get your car taken care of.

Horrible Bate and switch customer service! These guys dont care what they put back on the road. My car was returned bent and out of spec. They put lipstick on a totaled car and put it back on the road. Wow you guys bad business.

My sister wrecked her Mitsubishi Lancer. She was very emotional about the whole ordeal. We took the car to another body shop and they wanted to use some refurbished parts. I got upset and a friend recommended Heritage. So we had the car towed over to Heritage and we could see a difference right away. The car sat in the other shop for weeks before they started repairs. Heritage began working on it right away, kept us updated about when theyd received the appropriate parts, and I am really happy we found them. The car was done a few days earlier than the original estimate and it looks great. Totally satisfied.

They replaced my car rear bumber recently, after multiple discussions with the other not-so-responding insurance providers. Good service with frequent updates on the status of the repair. I guess the bumper need not be replaced, but they decided to go ahead (dunno why cant it just be repolished).Surprised to see small scratches on the new bumper (!!!), I didnt waste my time to ask about it.Some good and some not okays..overall Not a bad experience.

I brought my truck here for some auto body repair work and could not have been more pleased for a couple of reasons;1. They have an enterprise rent-a-car here which makes getting your rental a breeze.2. I didnt have a special key for a box outside of my truck and rather than make me drive and have one made at the dealership they coordinated that themselves and saved me the the time/hassle.3. They called me at least every day and let me know what was going on with my repairs (props to Megan for this :)).4. The work was really good. Looks as good as new.Highly recommend these guys.

I have to say this is the worst body shop I have ever been to. I had a wreck on ice and nearly totaled my car. I had Geico insurance so this is where they told me to take my vehicle. I told them the car does not drive well and barely made it into the shop after the accident. Before the wreck I havent had any maintenance issues with the car. I got a call after about a week to say that it was ready to be picked up. I asked what they had done to fi the issues and they explained. I then asked if they test drove the car and they said they did not. This frustrated me. They explained that I could bring it back if there was a problem. I later found out it still had problems. They also didnt have the tools to fix the alignment or have a machine to properly straighten the frame so that it was balanced. Isnt frame in their name? Nevertheless they took it to somewhere that could fix it. Thinking my problems were fixed I picked it up again. Looking under the hood I found that tubes that were kinked from the wreck, so I brought it back. At this point I was at this point livid. I am not a car guy, so Im thinking what else could be wrong that I dont know about? I then took it to a dealership where they told me it still had issues that needed to be fixed. I will never go back to this place. I want to be able to trust to the people I am working with and I do not trust them because I was lied to.

My car was hit and the other insurance company (GEICO) recommended I go to their preferred shop Heritage in Austin. When I picked up my car I could see the edges of where the repair was done and it was hazy and foggy and the clear coat was streaky. There was also paint over-spray and little white dots overlying the paint on the repair. I told them I was dissatisfied with the repair on three separate occasions when I tried to pick it up. On the third time I was told it was the best the could do and they could not fix it.Now I have brought to another body shop to do the repairs a second time. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

This place quoted me over $2,000 to fix a simple paint scratch on the door of my car after I scraped a column in the parking garage. I took it to another place where they quoted me only $450 for the same fix and it was done on time and clean. This place is a rip off.

Beware! Steer way clear of this shoddy, dishonest, and actually outright fraudulent body shop. This includes both of their locations on Pond Springs in Austin as well as in Cedar Park. Their supposed life of the vehicle warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. I very much wish that Google reviews would provide provide the ability to give a ZERO or negative star rating so that I would not have to give this business even 1 star in order to publish this review. This shop and its staff recently provided my wife and I with the absolute worst auto body repair experience in our lifetime. Prior to being broadside hit in late July, our 2010 Toyota Prius was in immaculate condition. As things turned out, the even way worse nightmare began when my wife picked up the car from Heritage soon after Moriah telephoned claiming that it was fully repaired, checked, and ready to go. Upon arriving home, it became quickly clear to me that not only was the repair sloppy and careless, but in numerous major ways flat-out defective. The list of defective repair items totaled 20. After having returned the car to Heritage for them to fix these 20 defects, to this day five (5) of the more major ones still remain, one of them being a rear door that is so poorly aligned that loud wind noise blows in when driving. When I pointed this out to Moriah in an email, her apparent reaction was to ignore by not replying. Later, I followed up with a second email, to which the supposed Quality guy Nathan replied stating his refusal to address any further defects associated with the repair work Heritage mis-performed on our car. And thats the way it is, Heritages advertised life of the vehicle warranty is nothing more that a big fraud to get folks business, and the finished repair work they deliver is almost the worst I could have imagined.

They did not fix properly.After fixing the car has some problems, they keep saying it is normal and recommend to go dealer shop to fix.

BEWARE!!! A 48 hour repair should be something to worry about!!! After repairs were made the painted panel had ripples and another dent was about 12 inches away. The entire painted area was full of debris and specks. It looks worse than a high school body shop. Im taking my vehicle to another shop.

They did a good job fixing my driver side front after a fender bender. They were friendly and worked well with the insurance company. I would use them again.
