Rear ended by someone at a light and their Allstate insurance sent me to Service King. The experience was start to finish horrible and is still something I am paying and working to correct. Where to begin...The damage on the vehicle was rear bumper slightly bent, front bumper and front cowling bent, center console snapped off, and AC compressor damaged. The work took them about 1.5 weeks to complete and they were polite and communicative during this process. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed the AC didnt work and turned right back around. They somehow forgot to charge (according to them). I also noticed that one headlight was now new, the other old and clouded, and they were pilot enough to offer to restore the clouded one so it matched better. Cool.Two months later, the AC goes out again. Turns out the compressor just installed had a leak. They fixed it. 8 months after that, it goes out again, and they fix it a third time by once again replacing yet another part. 10 months later, my center console pops off. I look underneath, they clip bracket holding it had broken and clearly it had broken in the wreck, but rather than replace the entire console they just slid it back into the clip and I guess hoped I wouldnt spot it?The polishing they had done on the headlight lens was crude and scratched up the lens, causing it to cloud badly to the point where it needed to be replaced as it was a safety hazard. In the process of replacing that, I discovered the wheel well cowling underneath the car had nearly completely broken brackets and when they repaired the cowling they drilled a screw through the front cowling and into the wheel well cowling to hold it on. Extremely crude and damages the car if the wheel well brackets were already broken, but the breaks look concurrent with the repair so I am betting they broke the wheel well plastic when they attempted to take the cowling off and tried to cover it up thinking I would never do a repair there myself.In addition, the crude repair on the rear bumper has slipped slightly and it looks terrible. Each repair on this vehicle done by Service King had an issue!Pictures show the bumper, the messed up and clouded headlight where you can visually see the scratches left by their polishing, the screw they used to drill into my cowling next to the bracket screw that was just dangling useless, and the center console bracket that they left broken.Horrible place.

Extremely unprofessional work from Roger Richards and his staff. Was extremely rude to my mom Bertha, damaged more areas of my vehicle then what was ruined. Will be adding the pictures that they claim is “oil” and “dirt” to try and make a customer think that they don’t know what their own vehicle looked like beforehand and gaslight and disrespect them is just beyond me. You look at si many vehicles a day and want to claim you think you know my own personal vehicle I’ve had and driven daily for years that I very well take care of and maintain that you think you know it better than I do. Don’t come here. Ever.

The best part about Service King is their business model of quality and guaranteeing that quality. I recently had my car in their shop due to a car accident and the other drivers insurance company was taking forever to approve the repairs. They said that the parts were too expensive and gave supplementary options. Service King assured me that if those parts were not good, they would not use it in my car regardless of what the insurance company pushed for. I fully trust their promise since Ive had other vehicles fixed before with them.

I have never before felt so cheated in my life. The service was horrendous and at least $20 cash was missing from my glove compartment when I picked up my car. Two of the hubcaps on my wheels were taken and not replaced. I am generally quick to overlook poor service, and I have never written a negative review about a business in the past. But it was abundantly apparent that the objective of this auto shop was to charge me as much as possible from the moment that I walked in the door. The first question the sales consultant asked me was, How high is your deductible? And he ensured that the final bill was considerably higher than my deductible. When examining my car, the sales consultant asked me about minor scratches that were unrelated to the collision I had recently experienced. I overtly stressed to him that I did not want the older, unrelated scratches repaired and that I only needed functional repairs; this request was not honored. I requested that the auto shop abstain from making all cosmetic repairs (such as paint), but the sales consultant did not inform me that Service King does not provide partial repairs until AFTER my car had already been disassembled. When I asked if I could come retrieve my car so that I may take it to another body shop, the sales consultant contacted my insurance representative so that she could persuade me to leave my car at the shop. Because I was noticeably frustrated over the phone, the sales consultant told me that the manager would contact me to discuss the matter further. But I never received a call from the manager. And the final bill was considerably higher than the initial quote that was given to me.Ultimately, I would only advise that you take your car to this Service King location if you are seeking a devoted team of con artists. But I assure you that you can find higher-quality thievery online (and for a lower price) if that is what you are desiring.

I am pretty satisfied with the repair process of Service King. I am well kept posted by Kevin Gomez, great thanks Kevin! My vehicle now looks in a pretty good condition. It took overall four weeks to get my vehicle back and Service King delivered their promise on time. Thanks the whole team that worked on my vehicle. It would be even greater if the auto repair shop can help fill up the gas tank, I dont know whether this is possible or covered in usual repair. Overall, many thanks!

I hit a pole at DQ. On Stassney. If you have a truck please don’t go thru the drive up . There drive up is very narrow . So please pass this on !! I I hit the area by my gas tank . They were so incredibly nice and knew What to do in a matter of time for the service. They texted me everyday to tell me what was happening with my vehicle , I also received my vehicle a week earlier than what was told to me . Do that was awesome . I called to see if I can take my SUV in for an estimate for the hail damage on my hood ( since the rest of my car was parked under a big tree). It was windy and hailing here on Sunday evening and he tried telling me from previous experience hail doesnt cause scratches. Um sure it does! I googled it and my insurance company even told me it does. I know for a fact it was hail! I just moved to Austin and my vehicle wasnt like this when I left El Paso. So there is no other reason as to why I would have paint chips and scratches on my hood. Thanks!

Had a fender bender that was mostly aesthetic and not structural. Daniel was my rep and he was great. He made me feel like he took personal responsibility for the quality of the repair. When I saw the end work result I was shocked! This was the most beautiful restoration I have personally experienced from a body shop. I am so elated! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. We have 2003 Honda S2000 and it looks new again!

Service King was wonderful to work with! The process was easy and everything was explained to me every step of the way. Kevin was kind and informative. This location has Enterprise, so I was able to just step out of my rental car and back into my car with no hassle. And the repairs on my car were finished one day ahead of schedule!

I’m on the fence on this one. They did a good job on my car, but didn’t keep it secure and a fortune of radio and stereo equipment, etc was stolen. They took no responsibility even though the car had been dropped off maybe 2 hours before I came to get my things. I’m not going to point any blame, but all I will say is for all of that equipment to be removed so quickly doesn’t make them look very responsible or trustworthy.

Came in, had no idea where to park, and went into the office anyway. They attended to me immediately and said not to worry about the parking. Very friendly staff and paperwork was easy. Josh was cheerful despite it being the end of the day. He made sure my experience with my insurance was going well too.Got my truck back today and I gotta say I almost didnt recognize it! They did so well on the repairs that I came close to tearing up. I think they waxed the outside. I always thought I kept inside of my truck very clean but they sure showed me up. The interior was spotless. I couldnt have had a better experience. Thanks again!

Was in an accident, insurance company recommended service king because of location to my work. Service was wonderful, they fixed my damage, washed my car, even cleaned my inside window and since we were to set our clocks back, when I got the car back they corrected my time. Wonderful service, recommend calling them for updates even though they have a website that updates it isnt as accurate as talking to your representative.

To be fair, nobody wanted to deal with hail damage so I appreciate service King for taking my car in, however, I called before picking up the vehicle and asked about a specific part that was supposed to be replaced to make sure it was done before I drove an hour. The rep said yes on the phone and he even double checked. When I picked up the vehicle, not only the broken part was still on but they broke even more trying to take it off before they realized that the part is missing and they had to special order it.The guy said he would call within the day after checking with manager to see if they can ship it to me, I even offered to drive back up there. I did not receive a call back, I tried reaching out a couple of times with no luck.The thing is, I called my local dealership and they had the part in stock, a $20 part, and Im not even a shop. Its not the cost, its the concept. Now I gotta pick up the part and install it myself whereas it could have been done along with the other repairs like they said they would.They also missed a dent and it looks like they tried repairing but peeled paint instead and said nothing about it.Will not revisit, Would not recommend to a friend,

Excellent service with quick work done. Kevin Gomez was the reason I got my car fixed on time and he stayed late to make sure I could be serviced. I have two jobs with no days off and a minimal break in between. Without his dedication it would have taken a week instead of two days. Service King is one of the very few body shops in Austin that Tesla authorizes. That should tell you something. Our Tesla had a mishap, and Service King repaired it at a surprisingly low price, and you cannot tell where the damage was. I highly recommend them.

If you have an insurance claim, I dont recommend repairing your vehicle here. I made the mistake twice. Once in 2014, and again in the past month. Recently, the damage to the vehicle was estimated low. They didnt realize that the bumper cover needed to be replaced when the initial estimate was made. Also, the repairs were estimated to take four days(which did not happen).We scheduled the repair and dropped off the vehicle. A couple of days later, we were informed that the bumper cover would need to be replaced. Also, the repairs were going to take much longer. Although we scheduled the repair, they had not yet received the initial part (fender) to finish.Ill make this long story short. After the bumper was included, the car was probably totalled. Somehow, they missed the bumper cover in the estimate . Accidents happen... The estimated completion date was off by five days. The repairs are great and the paint is ok. Even after a phone conversation with service king and the insurance company, I dont feel like my concerns were of interest to either party. I guess they attempted to make good at the end. I wont do business here again.

They were very quick to tell me that I should take my car somewhere else. Unless it is an insurance claim they are not interested in getting your vehicle back on the road or even looking at it to let you know if it is something they can fix or not. Automotive enthusiasts need to seek out a Mom and Pop Garage according to the gentleman I spoke with over the phone. Terrible staff, smirking Danny! We had taken our vehicle to get repaired and found that it had been totalled. We called and made arrangements to pick the vehicle up before the storage fees fell on us. When we arrived, late on a Friday afternoon, they refused to allow us to take our vehicle stating we needed to pay the storage fees or else. When we explained that we had spoken to someone at 12:09pm that afternoon and no one advised us of this otherwise we would have had the insurance company take care of this at noon and not rushing at 5:45pm with only 15 minutes to closing and most definitely prior to our arrival. Smirking Danny smirked and denied that I had called and even went on to defend himself saying there was absolutely no way we had called and/or not told about the fees. Implying we were lying. The Bible says they will judge us by their own heart...therefore what does that say about Smirking Danny? Luckily, after calling the insurance company repeatedly, they responded and advised Smirking Danny they indeed were covering storage fees and after much stress and disrepect, we were able to take our vehicle but most definitely not before Smirking Dannys high level of unprofessionalism and disrespect, which included him laughing at us all the way out the door. I promised him I would let everyone know how childish and disrespectful he was in hopes that nobody ever went to Service King on IH 35 between Slaughter and William Cannon, but that did not phase his disrespectful smirking self. If I may, dont go there. Its sad that one bad apple can spoil an entire tree, but trust me when I say, unless you like being treated horribly by a disrespectful child, dont go there. They will only treat you well when they do repairs and beg you for a 5 star on their review, which in this case, because the truck was totalled and they wouldnt be doing repairs nor sending me a survey, Smirking Danny went full blast on his unprofessionalism. So why act kindly or professional? After all, I wasnt going to get a survey where he would need me to give him a 5, even though he deserves to be terminated. Well, here is to you, Smirking Danny! Smirk at this you disrespectful punk! Laugh at us now! 😘

Took my car in because my car was hit by a deer, my insurance provider set me up with service king and the whole driver side had dents and the windshield was broken. Got it back after a month because rats got in and ate my seats when they were repairing my windshield and door. Today i started to drive on the highway and the top of the hood started to fly up and it’s not secure on there i can pull up the hood even though it’s not popped

I had my rear bumper repaired here from being rear ended. And then my bumper flies off while doing 80 on the highway. Even though they say they guarantee their work and even though my car is a 2015 and has not had any other trauma they say they will not be able to cover the repair But even the Geico insurance adjuster said she believes it was the result of a bad repair job I even offered just for them to cover the deductible and have my insurance pay the rest and the GM says he will work on it Im super disappointed that they didnt keep their word by guaranteeing the repair. I will update my review if the GM saying he will work on waving the deductible actually results in anything.

Ok. Initially disappointed. Was told my car would be like it was when it was new when it was returned as it was a new car with less than 1k miles on it when it was hit. It had a couple of new sounds related to the ac when I got it back and they didnt clean up the overspray under the hood and the residue that dripped into the back of my hatch area. The hatch didnt quite latch right anymore. I left a fairly scathing review. HOWEVER, I added a start when Rennae, the rep there who was working with me began to make efforts to correct things. Shes getting moved on so I was introduced to the manager and he took time to actually hear me out and said hed take it to the Mazda dealer if necessary, but wed get it all back good again. He is so far really making the effort to correct things with me. He didnt rush me when I brought it back in and even took a drive with me so I could demonstrate the sound that was frustrating me. So here it is... maybe when a car has been hit really hard, it takes more than one go around to work out all of the bugs. Im adjusting my thinking to that idea because they do seem willing to make it right and didnt act like I was putting them out when I complained. Im adding a third star today. If my car actually gets back to the point that it is just like it was before it was hit, Ill certainly add another one. IF you have trouble with something, give them a chance to make it good. They do seem to be trying to get it right.

I was very disappointed with my experience here in 2013. So much that Im still making it a point to post this review 3 years later! They basically gave me a huge runaround when a part of the front bottom of my car was hanging on the ground after picking car up from repair (replaced front bumper and all 4 tires. ). When I asked if the broken part could be fixed and why it wasnt fixed with the original claim, service wanted me to have to file a whole additional claim. Take your business somewhere else!
