I first called him when my dryer went out he came and fixed it. I chose him due to his transparency he quoted me a price to fix a heating element over the phone quick and direct. I was pleased it turned out to be a Fuse and not the element. It worked a month or two later dryer isnt heating again. I dont think its his fault so not looking for warranty repair or anything like that I call and text as the website suggests. No response Im persistent because I like to work with people Ive worked with before. He doesnt respond I finally get a text back says he can come on a Thursday I said great. He doesnt respond on Thursday or any day following. Very disappointed. Thought he was going to be my repair guy I guess I have to move on. Ill update if anything changes. Very poor experience after a great first impression.Changing to 4 for now because he reached out after this.

I needed someone to inspect our appliances after our kitchen flooded. Brian was punctual, communicative, and friendly. After our appointment, I had the paperwork I needed, accurately and thoroughly completed, for the insurance claim. I’m very impressed with his operation and will be using him again if I ever need to.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Brian was prompt and courteous. Just moved into a new home the summer 2020. Bought a gas dryer that needed to be installed and connected to the gas line. The store where purchased did not connect gas dryers. He was able to work us into his schedule the same day we called. The dryer needed a specific part. Brian went and bought that part and did not charge for this. Proud to support a Veteran that served our country.

Our washing machine quit on us when a part went bad. Brian was very responsive, professional, and effective. Added bonus, he instantly solved another appliance mystery we couldnt figure out ourselves right there on the spot.

I called Brian on a Monday morning before 9 am. Within 5 minutes I was on his schedule to come out at 2pm that afternoon to diagnose my leaking washing machine.Brian is a class act guy. My niece dropped her phone in the dryer vent- freak accident. I called them at 8:00 am; they arrived within 20 minutes and she had her phone within 15 minutes after that. They were a life saver since she need her phone for work. I highly recommend them!!

Really happy with Brians install of a tricky Bosch dishwasher, it was a tight space and needed someone who knew what he was doing to get the hose and all electrical connected and installed. Few years ago I had one installed in the same spot, and it took the installer 2 tries to get it to work. Brian is super communicative, has a positive attitude and worked to get it done. I asked him a bunch of questions, and he has tons of experience with a lot of different appliance brands.Also got his advice on my Wolf range, he patiently looked while I showed him a weird problem and we strategized how to fix it. Ill order parts and hell come take care of it. Believe me, its so nice to have someone knowledgeable come and work on appliances, it takes lots of time and experience -- Brian knows his stuff.And when I booked the installation, I priced 4 different places, and Brian was the most reasonable AND the best communication and responsiveness. Super happy. Hell be back to work on the range in a few weeks.

Called Brian in the morning on a Monday because my oven wouldnt turn on. He was able to squeeze me in even though he was booked for the day and actually arrived ahead of original time! He worked super fast, explaining the things he was doing/looking at which I very much appreciated. Extremely reasonable price to come out last minute, check over everything and replace a faulty igniter.Brian was so friendly and respectful (had a mask on and social distanced). I felt super comfortable as a woman having him in the house while I was home alone.10/10 will be calling on him for all future appliance needs (wish I had found him a month ago when my dryer wasnt working).

I really liked this place. My washer broke and the gentleman who came to repair it was really a straight shooter. He told me what the issue was and possible solutions to it, and I appreciated him letting me know exactly what was happening and why, as well as how to prevent it in the future. He was also very good with our dog!

The technician arrived and discovered that the faceplate of the dishwasher was broken. It could not be replaced because the model had been discontinued. The technician did not charge us because he was unable to fix the problem.

Brian was contracted through my home warranty company for an issue with my LG dishwasher. He was on-time and diagnosed the issue quickly. The part had to be ordered, and the first one that arrived was damaged, so it took a bit longer to get the part in but obviously it was not Brians fault, and Im glad that he noticed it was damaged before coming out. Knowledgeable and trustworthy.Would definitely work with Brian again. He texted me back that he was out of town, and promptly scheduled a service call. While he couldve suggested several repairs on our Samsung fridge (stay away.. awful products) to make money for himself, he instead talked through the issues and educated us on why we were having difficulties with this unit.We ultimately decided to replace the fridge, which resulted in less money for Brian, but a loyal customer and advocate for my neighbors to use him.

Ice maker was not working properly. Would only dispense a few cubes and then motor would hum. I was told I needed a new motor after diagnostic call. Came back to install new motor and same issue occurred, so motor not issue. Took apart the ice maker and could find nothing else wrong, except that ice maker worked when tray was not full of ice. Charged me $80 for a service call and did not fix the problem, and said I may have to live with it.

He may not have many reviews (just opened his business 5 months ago) but WOWZA, he really is deserving of 5 stars and more! Brian answered my call faster than anyone else in town (and I called about 10 places) and he was at my house in a few hours from that first call. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher and took a peek at my ice-maker as well. One part ordered and brought back in just another hour and there really is no sweeter sound than a working dishwasher taking care of my dirty dishes for me! He also was honest about the ice-maker and suggested it wasnt worth replacing considering some other factors, so I really appreciated that honest approach to the repair. I will keep his number on speed dial for any other appliance issues I may need, and I suggest you do the same. Really cant say enough good things about this company!!!
