Had a nightmare issue with an LG fridge. Dont buy LG refrigerators! I will spare most of the details of everything that went down & be as brief as I can be. Dylan Taylor is a great guy. Hes very friendly, is definitely an expert in the field, & Im sure in most cases will fix the appliance in question. We paid $800 for a fridge repair that resulted in the same fridge that still did not cool. To his credit, he did warn us that there was a chance it wouldnt work.So while that left a bad taste the real issue is the following. And Im writing this knowing that you, Dylan, will likely be reading this. Dylan arrived on 4 separate visits. Every visit was estimated at a certain time, & every visit he arrived 3 or more hours later, arriving as late as 9pm! The first visit was estimated between 2-5pm & he showed up at 8pm. I was ok with the late arrivals, but not the extreme poor estimates on arrival times. In each case I did not get any call or text apologizing & letting me know when the later time he could make it would be. I had to initiate the communication every time. So Dylan, that is one thing you could improve without much trouble.Secondly, I never ever felt that I was a priority. Granted we had a fridge problem, & not an A/C problem in the summer, but I really doubt that we wouldve been treated differently had our issue was with A/C. Every visit I was his last stop for the day. Every. Single. Time. And one visit we were on his schedule he guaranteed hed come that night, but he had to cancel. To make that instance worse, he promised to come first thing in the morning. He also had to cancel that & didnt come until late that night.And finally, after he did his best & failed to revive the fridge, told me he would come by once more to check & see if anything was missed & test to see what might still be wrong. He did not show. I talked with him one more time about the last visit, to which he promised he would come. And Dylan, if you remember your exact words to me was, Dont worry, I wont forget about ya. Its now been 2 weeks since you said that.

Dylan was very courteous and professional. After inspecting our washer, he determined that everything seemed fine with it, it just needed re-leveling. It was worth the service call to know that the washer WASNT broken! This seems very honest to me. I would recommend 786 Appliance for your appliance repair. Thanks Dylan!

I contacted 786 Appliances and More Wednesday evening regarding having our washing machine repaired. We made an appointment to have someone out between 3 and 6 on Thursday. I took time out of my day from work to wait for them and had to attend my stepsons birthday party at 6:30 that evening. No one contacted me until 6:17 telling me they were running behind and can be there in about 20 minutes. I told them that I had been waiting til the last minute and had to leave. They rescheduled for Friday between 3 and 6. I asked them to keep me posted tomorrow and have someone call me with uldates. Again, I took off work and waited for them. 5 pm rolls around and no contact. I called to ask for an estimate. They told me once again they were running behind but will be there at 6:30. I adjusted my schedule and waited. 7 pm comes and still nothing. I called and explained my frustration and the person I spoke to simply says let me call you back after getting my name and address. Almost 30 minutes go by and still nothing. I called back. They then tell me they reached out to their technician who was not responding and they hmmed and hawed about how they didnt want to call him because he was on a job and wanted to reschedule for between 3 and 6 for today, Saturday, which I declined because honestly this is highly unprofessional and goes completely against their website stating fast and efficient services. Very poor communication and Im now out two afternoons of work thanks to them. Im not happy at all with this and I hope others experiences are different but this was mine.

Replaced my icemaker it was leaking 8 months later its doing the same thing. Called Dylan he was supposed to to come out never showed up didnt call. I texted him still havent havent heard from him. I will never use 786 again.

Dylan Taylor came to repair my dryer Jan 24,2021. The price was 278.50 to replace the belt. March 27th the dryer stopped working/spinning. When I called Mr. Taylor back and mentioned he had repaired the dryer in Jan and to set up an appointment, he was very rude and unprofessional. If your looking for reliable service and a place that values their customers, and treats them respectfully, this is definitely not the business you want to use.

Returning customer!! I must say the service was so great I had to call again to get my washer fixed. He previously worked on my dryer so I figured why not call again!! My washing machine door stayed locked and no amount of coaxing it open would let me relinquish the clothes inside. I called 786 Appliance repair and a friendly live voice answered. I was immediately relieved that the repair person would arrive in 48 hours and not 7 days. My clothes were stuck inside the machine and I wanted them to still be alive when the door unlocked. When Dylan arrived he quickly assessed the situation, also tried to coax the locked door open, took the top panel off (its a front loader) to examine the machine from that perspective, and gave me a reasonable estimate. I was very pleased with Dylan and his professional approach to our situation.

Dylan came out on a SUNDAY to fix my kitchen refrigerator which stopped working Saturday evening. He had a few questions and I talked to him during the 20 minute visit (no extra charge like mechanics). He spent 15 minutes vaccuuming the front and rear engine areas and 5 minutes diagnosing and replacing pieces. Its worked great ever since! Three weeks later my garage fridge quit working. I called Dylan on a Friday and told him he could come out next week. He arrived at my house at 7:00pm and had the fridge diagnosed and repaired in 10 minutes. It was in the 100 degree garage and Dylan remained polite and professional the whole time. Great work. Great man.

I would give Dylan a millions stars if I could! I spent over a year trying to get my refrigerated repaired and I think I had just given up. I had multiple companies come in and multiple people look at it with no avail. I was incredibly lucky to have Dylan come in and look at my fridge and HE FIXED IT!!! I’m so grateful I could cry! It’s cold, there is ICE in my ice maker and just knowing I won’t need to go outside to my garage to get my food is the best feeling in the world! It hasn’t even been 24 hours and my fridge is working perfectly! On top of all that, Dylan has incredible customer service. He stayed until everything was fixed, text to check up on how the fridge was working and really made what has been so stressful, an easy process. THANK YOU Dylan!!! You are truly the king of repairs! We suddenly had our LG refrigerator stop working and didnt know what to do or who to call. After reading all the great reviews I decided to call 786 Appliances and have them come for service. Turns out everything I read about them was spot on! Dylan was prompt, professional and worked VERY hard to get our fridge back up and running. He worked well beyond normal hours to get it working again. Turns out we had major compressor failure but Dylan was able to get the system purged of oil and all leaks repaired. Definitely went above and beyond our expectations. Even after all that our repair was completed for what we were originally quoted. Highly recommended for any service or repairs you need! Did not fix the problem from yesterday and then they were suppose to call me to be home the next day they did not call to give me 10 minutes to get home to meet them. They left and would not accommodate me. Poor customer service!

Scheduled for Maytag dryer. No show, no call, I called(maybe got crossed) turns out something else was urgent. Couple days later I said never mind he showed up. I went along against my better judgment(appliance repair is tricky). Dylan Taylor gave me a 90 day guarantee. Nearly $400.00 ($394.13) later and a week of my time Im not sure if I got the senor discount but I,m sure I got the senor screw as my dryer was not repaired but he pushed to sell me a used one. I got a new one from the store.

We had excellent experience using 786 Appliances for repair of our LG refrigerator. Because of a compressor failure in our refrigerator, we were left without a way to store our fresh foods during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown. 786 Appliances quickly responded to our needs and had our refrigerator back in operation by the next day. The repair technician was both friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the repair process and cost before starting the job and stayed until 11 pm that evening to make sure the job was completed that day and done correctly.

Great customer service and responcertainly time. The technician came in and told me exactly what the problem was and offered me a few options. He let me order my own part to avoid any type of Mark up,and the day the part showed up so did he to install it and get me and my family up and running. Ive never had such prompt, great and affordable service. These guys have it together. Call them and everything is with warrantee.

Our home warranty is Total Home Care. We have been without a refrigerator for 2 weeks now. 786 is the contractor they sent out.

Do not use they will give you the run around day and night and make you wait for repair then Bail on you, They hate dealing with warranty companies , Right from the horses mouth, I would stay far away from this Business and never use them First hand experience after two weeks of nightmare communications with this vendor and ONEGUARD

Scam alert!Had a guy come out to fix a draining issue and also replace the seal as it was leaking. He fixed the draining issue but not the leak. After he left it immediately started leaking. I reached out to have him come and complete the job that I paid 160$ for and he stopped responding. Now when I call they answer and hang up. Stay away from these scammers!
