We had a group of 11 people and surprised the kids with a limo ride to downtown Austin. We were very impressed with the condition of the limo. The driver was punctual. He actually arrived well before time, settled our bags and account before pick up time. The driver was courteous as well as the management team during all transactions. Mike was awesome! I would give him 6 stars if I could! He was fast at communicating and a lot of fun on the outing! We did two different groups with him for a work excursion and everything went smoothly without a hiccup! I will definitely use him next time we are in need of a party bus! The bus was very nice and equipped with everything you need! You will not be disappointed!

From start till finish the entire process was easy and they were super professional! Driver Mike was amazing. We enjoyed every min will definitely be using them again!

Absolutely disappointed in this company. The driver was dismissive of us from the start, we needed help setting up the Bluetooth speakers but he was clearly trying to rush us from the moment we got in the bus. At what was supposed to be the halfway point of our trip, the driver came into the winery and told the owner we were ‘running late’ and they needed to rush us out. This company had over booked themselves and instead of calmly talking to us to resolve the situation, they decided that abandoning a group of people - an hour and a half away from our destination - was the best course of action. The driver had also called the police after escalating the situation himself which was both unprofessional and a waste of the officers time. To add insult to injury, the driver was laughing while he drove away without us. We were lucky enough to have friends drive out and get us, but it was a terrible end to what was supposed to a fun experience. I would not recommend this company if you expect transport to be completed both to and from your destination.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!We had a group of 11 people going to the wineries in Dripping Springs and Johnson City. Driver was rude from the start and then left us at the winery. Just left us stranded!!! There were no Ubers or Taxis so we had to call friends to come pick us up. Police came and we filed a report. Stay far away from this limo service as they may leave you stranded too!!

Our driver left us stranded in Johnson City. He was texting us the whole time we were tasting wine and would not let us enjoy the experience. Of course our credit card and TIP were charged in advance. Do NOT use this company. Scam!!!!

WORST experience we have ever had. My family and I had a wine tour day and he left us after our second stop, stranded an hour and half away from home with no Uber or Lyfts available. The driver called the cops claiming we were “dangerous”. The driver was laughing as he drove away leaving us there with no way back. Don’t use this company!!!!!!

Second time using express limo austin, and its always great service. Ive been booking for fun birthday rides to dinner. The owner is a great communicator and happy to quote and schedule rides over text, and will work with you to make your ride unique and special. Very clean, safe and driver Mike is so kind. Will always use them.
