Extremely convenient airport parking for a good price. The shuttle to the terminal was fast and the driver was very courteous and helpful. Make sure you hold onto your card with your parking spot! I misplaced mine, but the shuttle driver managed to find our car for us on our return. Ill definitely be using Park and Zoom as my default airport parking option going forward.

I’ve parked here several times and I’ve received premium service every time. Quick check-in, covered safe parking, pickup by my parking spot, luggage support, fast return service from the airport right back to my car, cheaper than an Uber and free cold water bottle by the pay station. Had Drew as my driver tonight and he was super friendly, funny, courteous and was the cherry on top of the great service. Highly recommended.

My car is at Park and Zoom now and I must say that the experience as I dropped of my car was above and beyond. I have been very nervous to travel alone with my 8 month old baby. However, they made my airport experience A MILLION TIMES better with their Valet parking service. I arrived and the ladies welcomed me with a smile and they helped me get going. I put my baby and stuff down and I immediately had a Mini bus take me to the airport and the driver even helped me open my stroller. I read another review where someone shared that they had to wait in the mini bus for other people to be ready to go, but I saw someone who was not ready and the mini bus just left. This is a kid friendly place and I will leave my car with them moving forward. I’m very glad that I did my research and found them because I was beyond nervous with my previous experiences with AVÍA. Don’t get me wrong the airport parking is ok, but when you have baby awake windows, and NEED a good a reliable service this is the place to go to. I used the airport parking and other parking lots many times and this is been the best by far. I hope the return is as smooth as the arrival.One piece of advice would be to reserve your spot online in advance as the parking lot was full when I arrived. I just pulled my reservation number and it was all great. Thanks for your 5 star service.

Needs improvement in their promptness for picking up customers curb side as service was extremely slow and limited, radioing in 3 different valet numbers 4 separate times because they cant understand each other over the radios while sitting curb side for another 10+ minutes (could have driven to the facility in less time and dropped everyone off rather than jerking around wasting everyones time on the bus with this premium service. Best of all as one customer who paid the extra for valet service didnt receive it as the staff didnt know how to drive a standard, so he had to go get his car himself) QR code didnt work on the receipt to pay in advance. I will not be a repeat customer, the minimal cost savings per day vs parking in the blue garages at ABIA was not worth the colossal waste of time.

They were amazing! I walked out of baggage claim and the bus arrived. It was raining in Austin on the day of my arrival. I had ordered a full car wash. They called and talked to me about it and that it just wasnt possible. When I arrived the car was washed and vacuumed. It was awesome!

Austins Park and Zoom was very easy and the prices are lower than the normal.parking. The shuttles are constantly making rounds. They pick you up from and they take you right to your vehicle when you return.

Don’t park here if you need to fly out of south terminal. They can’t drive you there. You’ll have to wait at the main terminal for another bus, in our case in this had ton happen in the cold rain. There is long term parking at south terminal for same price. I wish they had told us this before hand so we could have parked in better location without getting wet.

Easy, breezy parking experience. The arrival was way better than the departure. I was initially concerned as a shuttle drove past as soon as I stepped out of the baggage claim area and located the pick up area. Luckily, there was another one right there. Marissa was at the curb basically waiting for me. She helped me with my bag and we waited the requisite amount of time (maybe 3 minutes) before we left for the lot. She pulled right up to my car and even put my bag into my trunk. She is fabulous - warm, pleasant and informative - just the type of employee one should have in customer service.I am only taking off one star for the driver that took me to the terminal. Since this was my first time, I had no idea where the drop off point was. He drove all the way to the end and said Southwest Airlines. Nope, I was flying American. He said that *I* should have said something. How am I to know? He really should have asked me the airline I was flying. And then to get snarky with me? Unacceptable.Thankfully, Marissa more than made up of for the initial bad experience. Without her, I probably would have gone to one of the many other parking lots in the area. But, I will return.

Great service. They provide lots of options like cleaning your car and further detailing while youre away. When I was there I saw the staff communicate very effectively to make everything smooth for their customers. My child toy had fallen outside my vehicle before we left and it was still on the floor by our car probably same place it fell when we got back 4 days later. Very safe lot.

I genarlly park at Park and Zoom, normally very good experience until last time. in my last visit i hired them to wash my car . when i got back i found a big sctrach on my door. when i reported the incidenet , they confirmed that they drove my car , bu the assistanat manager told me that i had to filed under my insurance. that they were not liable.i was positive that this was not right so i ask to talk to the general maanger. they told me that he was going to give me a call. after waithing more than a week no call, when i call the general manager he told me that there was nothing they can do. he said that when i signed for the required services i also signed a waiver for damages in my car.I really think that is not right and they are abusing consumers.

Friendly service and clean facility. Very slow service so plan accordingly. Shuttle will circle the parking lot every time a new car pulls up and this can last more than 15 minutes.

I havent the best experiences using park and ride services from a hotel , so I Decided to try out a 24 hour lot.when I signed up for the club online it stated that my first reservation would be free.the day I checked out I was charged $65 .The staff was not very helpful or professional. Ive never been so embarrassed in my life .But I was too tired to argue. I will NEVER park here again .

This was the second time we used them and they did an outstanding job, in a rush we left our car keys in one of their shuttles and didnt realize it until we arrived at our destination miles away, once I let them know they got back to me right away and had them waiting for us upon our return!! Orlando did a really great job of having everything organized and kudos to our drop off driver for turning them in right away.

I dropped some items as I was leaving. When I returned I was pleased to find that someone had taken them to the office. I was able to get my items back in perfect condition. Also the name is accurate. We went quickly from parking to airport and vice versa.

Of all the parking options for the Austin airport, this is the absolutely best. The ride is very short. ALL of the parking is covered. They are friendly and helpful.Parking here helps me have less stress when I travel which is 100% worth it. It is across from the Hilton so if you have a really early flight, thats always a good option too.

I have used Park & Zoom at least five times now, I absolutely love them. They have a lot of services if you need your oil changed or car detailed. But if your arent interested no worries, they do a great job of getting you to the airport and back to your car quickly. Highly recommend

The parking is easy and the shuttle was there immediately. They dont tell you about the over 19% taxes that they add. It ends up quite expensive. Still cheaper that the airport parking.

I almost hate leaving a 5 star review because theyre already getting busier and this is my favorite place to park. Covered parking, reasonable rates, quick and reliable shuttle service. I havent tried their other amenities yet, but what a great concept! Get your cars oil changed, among other services; get it detailed. And now you can board your pet in their doggie daycare.

Park and Zoom has proven to be number 1 in customer service over all other airport parking facilities. I have lived in Austin over 45 years now and I have tried them all. Great service and great price. Had my first Auto Detailing just performed and they did an incredible job on my Lexus LS430. Looks like new- inside and outside. Carpet looks new and leather seats look and feel amazing!! We will definitely bring all of our detailing needs to Park and Zoom. These guys hit it outside the ball park!!!

Make a reservation ahead of time! Awesome covered parking and very secure. Also offers oil changes and car washes while youre gone if you wish for it. 24 hour shuttle is very convenient. Fills up fast so make your reservation early, but worth it!

Park & Zoom was by far the best parking experience I have ever had!First, upon entering, they let me know what aisle to park on, and even before I had grabbed my luggage from my car, their shuttle was right there ready to help me. It was amazing! The friendly driver handed me a tag with my exact parking space and helped get all my luggage onto the shuttle. Then we were off to the airport, no waiting at all.When we arrived at the airport (which took like 2 minutes), the driver was even nice enough to go over where to find them when I got back to town - which is perfect, because I always forget to ask those questions.Upon returning to Austin, not only was the new driver just as hospitable (and I feel horrible for not remembering their names), but he drove me right to my car - again no need for me to lug my luggage around at all!And, finally, I am most impressed because I lost my parking ticket in the three days I was gone (Im not exactly sure how I make it in this world), and they didnt even flinch - he simply asked me when I arrived and figured out everything for me. I cant express how great this experience was! I often have friends or family take me to the airport, but this was SO easy and convenient and 100% worth every penny! I cant recommend them enough and know I will use them again and again in the future (which Im sure my friends & family will greatly appreciate)!

These folks provide one of the best park and fly services for ABIA in Austin, TX. I have used them several times and I am always impressed by their friendliness and professionalism. One piece of advice: always make a reservation because they get full very fast!

Terrible shuttle service. We waited for 20 min for a single shuttle while fast park shuttles were lining up one after the other. I will be using fast park from now on

Web site says 4.95 a day. I thought it was too good to be true, so I called their number and found out that they charge 13.95 a day. The 4.95 is a reservation fee. Website is totally misleading and non refundable once you put in your credit card info.

The facility is nice and location is good. The front desk attendant and driver were VERY rude. However, after I posted a negative rating, a manager reached out and apologized for the poor service. We may try it once more, just because of the location. I’ll see how it is when we pick the car back up and decide.

It seems to be a consistent issue that some woman is putting on her makeup or doing her hair while everyone sits on the bus and waits for them. Dont be so damn rude. The rest of the world shouldnt have to wait for you.

Terrible service. Massively overpriced. This was my first and LAST visit. I had long waits sitting in the van on both ends. No help with luggage. One of the drivers spoke so little English the passengers couldnt understand her.

After wasting far too much time trying to find a lot open to park in at the airport I went to Park and Zoom and wish I had earlier. They have a covered lot so your car doesnt bake in the sun and pick you up in a shuttle from your vehicle and bring you back when youre done. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful and made our airport experience so much easier. I would definitely recommend.

Love this place...prices are good and it covered. There is always a spot wether or not you have a reservation. You will get parked and before you are even out of your car, the bus is behind your car, and the driver is out of the bus ready to unload your luggage and put it on the bus. Then he hands you a card with you spot and location your parked at.We have used other places and just prefer Park&Zoom.

Generally fine but nothing special. They are the only shuttle that doesn’t have fast pickup. Their competitors always have 2 shuttles compared to their one. And at 12:30amThey were the only ones without a shuttle and many people waiting.

This place is amazing. Cheap covered parking. They meet you at your car, take your bags, drop you off at the terminal. Take you to your car, put your bags in your cars and have free cold bottles water at the exits.You can also get your car washed or your oil changed. They even have a pet hotelI will never park anywhere else at the Auston Airport!

Nice service with covered parking for a couple dollars more than the uncovered airport parking. Shuttles roam the parking area and pick you up right at your car. They also drop you off right at your car when you return. Valet service is also available. Cant comment on that since I havent used it.

I was impressed with their promptness and service. I expect a disgruntled attendant in a booth when it comes to airport parking. These guys are full service. I had just barely parked, when there was a shuttle van parked behind me and the driver had opened my truck. Kinda startled me actually, but theyre speedy. If youre running late for a flight, its the place to go.

I have kept my car with Park and Zoom about 8 to 10 times now and is by far the best airport parking experience I have ever had. What I like best: 1) I scan my P&Z card when I enter and drive right in to the section the attendant directs me and check out is just as easy with my credit card on file all I do is scan my P&Z card and take my receipt. 2) I really like the free water at the exit, because the last thing I want to do is pay another $4.00 for another bottle of water at the airport or have to stop by a convenience store after a long trip. 3) when parking the shuttle is usually at my car by the time I get my bags out. Upon return I don’t ever recall waiting more than a couple minutes to be picked up. With all things to be concerned about when you fly it is great to know parking will not be one of them. I’ve used multiple offsite parking companies at this airport and this one is by far the slowest. I had to finally make the decision to stop using them. Although they are the closest, they most certainly are the slowest. When you arrive, you have to wait awhile for someone to come pick you up. Which, every other place the second you get out of your car a shuttle is behind you regardless of how busy it got. Also, when you get back from your trip and need to get back to your car you are left waiting and waiting and waiting. You’ll see all the other companies coming and leaving and coming and leaving while you’re still waiting for the park and zoom shuttle. The design of this place also makes for time wasted. The aisles of this parking lot are one ways. So if you’re parking in a letter that is right next to the aisles you’re in, the shuttle has to drive two rows over to have to come back around to get in the aisles you’re actually in. I’ve been loyal to them for most of the year hoping they’d get better, but I’ll be searching elsewhere.

Overall, a very efficient operation. App works well, along with drive in/check in, and shuttle to/from ABIA.

They used to have a bus waiting to pick you up to take you to your car. Now you have to wait 15-20 minutes. Ill be changing to either Fast Park or the Parking Spot from now on... at least they have more busses running even though they are farther off site.

There is no HVAC in the transport vehicles. The answer was to turn off HVAC and turn it back on in 5 min. which is how long it takes to get there after baking in the van as we look for other passengers. Attendant was not offering to help with all bags. FAST PARK is WAYYY BETTER.

Lucky they got 2 stars. This was only because I got a quick ride when I valeted in the middle of the day. My flight back arrived at 11:00 pm. I saw multiple shuttles (for at least 15 minutes) from every other parking spot pick up. I had a reservation scheduled and still had to wait for 15 minutes with my 2 children. When I called they said they were in traffic. When you run a parking/shuttle service you should have some kind of idea when the busy times are. Not only that, but when someone has a reservation you should be waiting for them. Very disappointed with Park and Zoom. I thought it would be quick and seamless and it was a huge pain/wait. Never again.

False advertising. Park and zoom should be called park and wait forever and watch the other shuttles come by. Saw 6 fast park shuttles and 2 parking spot shuttles. Don’t recommend parking here

I agree with the other review that the technology platform is very difficult to use when checking out. Ive tried scanning my membership card every time that I check out, but havent had any luck. The biggest issue with not being able to use my membership card, Im not earning my points for free parking. Ive called multiple times to the manager and general manager without a response, Ive also reached out via email without a response.

We recently had a complete interior and exterior cleaning for my Volvo XC90. Its expensive here, but convenient, so we went for it. We returned to find the gas cover door ripped off from the vehicle. The excuse provided by management was that the gas cover door was ajar when we brought it in so therefore something else must have been wrong with the gas cover door functionality to cause it to fall off while being power washed. While its true that sometimes the electronics dont lock the gas door cover (which happens with older Volvos), that is no excuse for treating it carelessly. The people who washed the car managed to lock the gas cover onto the car, hoping we wouldnt notice it, after they had broken it off. It would have been nice for them to have locked it before washing.The manager Bills only offer was that we should could go to their offices to review the video and then go to a Volvo dealership and get note from them stating that it was their fault and only then would they offer any sort of compensation. We live in Wimberley and we are busy people who dont have a day of time to waste investigating this. So now after spending $160, we had to have an upsetting phone call and now spend more money fixing our vehicle. Its baffling that management wouldnt even offer to meet us halfway. We need a $15 part and Im hoping the fix will be $50 or less altogether. From the second I picked up the phone, Bill was defensive and immediately told us why it was impossible that it was their fault. He was unwilling to budge whatsoever. A little customer service would have gone a long way for us. Offering some money off for our troubles seems like it wouldve been a fair compromise. And of course, taking more care with the vehicle to begin with would have been nice as well.

Waited 20 min for a shuttle, called to check on status and they gave traffic as an excuse. All other parking providers had trucks rolling in and out steadily and there was no traffic of any significant volume on a Thursday at 2pm. Had to leave people at the terminal due to wait and subsequent full bus. How are other providers (that are further away) keeping up with demand and traffic while this one cant?

I stopped parking here. Its nice that it is so close to the terminal but they need 3-4 times the number of buses they currently operate. The last time I parked here I waited over 20 minutes for a bus after my return flight. Meanwhile, at least 5 buses came and went for BOTH FastPark and The Parking Spot. If I hear that theyve tripled their bus fleet I may go back but for now I am back with FastPark.

Never parked anywhere else for the AUS airport. Ive talked with others and I think the pricing is the same as other airport parking lots. Its the closest lot other than the AUS parking garage, and the service from the employees is better than Id expect.
