I’ve used them several times going to and from the airport. Most recently had to book complicated wedding transportation. Had to take people from our home to the wedding venue and back. Pick up the bride and groom take them to their wedding location for the evening and then pick them up early and take them off to their honeymoon. Unfortunately plans kept changing- crazily enough it was the airline that kept changing their outgoing flight to change at least three different times not 15 minutes but two hours earlier then two hours later. The company was very gracious very responsive easy to change and very quick to send a written confirmation. Highly recommend

We booked Austin Prestige Limo & Car Service for my daughters Senior Prom. Leading up to the event, the all staff was helpful and professional. They were easy to communicate with through email when we changed a few things around. The driver arrived on time with a clean limousine. He explained the rules and asked what the parents’ guidelines were in a professional way. It was clear right away that he would take good care of our teens. The kids all gave him a good report; they said he was nice and prompt picking them up after the Prom. They liked that he offered to make a stop to make photos on the way home since they still had some time on the clock. I would not hesitate to hire this limo service in Austin TX again and recommend their service as professional and reliable.

I would not recommend this company for any event. They arrived in a completely different car that I was told I was getting and that the deal was. I called and was told that the car I booked would be there in an hour at the first location. They did not show up. It was cold, the bride & the groom were ready to go & we were running late. I called and was told they should be there any minute. 20 min go by and still no limo. The bride & groom ended up driving themselves. I called to ask for a refund, received a not so professional answer and way of talking to a customer. Never using this company again, very disappointed.

So heres the deal. I own a business and take Google reviews very seriously. I have tried multiple times to speak with the manager and the owner to no avail. I told the manager that I didnt want to write a poor Google review if we could resolve things over the phone. He told me that he couldnt help me, and that the owner would reach out. Its been 2 weeks and Ive heard nothing so here we are.I called and booked what I thought was a party bus for 12 women to do a wine tour in Fredericksburg. I spent time on the phone discussing my expectations and what I was looking for in a vehicle - we even discussed the need for a bar - No problem, the party bus has 3 he said. No budget was ever discussed. Daniel said he would send me a quote and if everything looked okay we would book. The price was close to what other companies in the area charge for a party bus so I was in.Day of event: I call Daniel to check to see if we needed to bring ice and waters. Daniel says The Sprinter Van doesnt have a bar so please bring an ice chest. Ummmm what? So I ask if we can then switch to a party bus thinking it was just a miscommunication. He proceeds to tell me how I am the problem and there is no way he can find a certified driver or a bus in time (It was an hour before the event). I then asked if there was any way a party bus could meet us on our 8 hour route and he could charge me the difference. He said yes so on we went.8 hours later we were dropped back off by the Sprinter Van. No call. No communication. No party bus. THEN I was charged an extra $165 after the event. No call. No explanation. When I called to ask about everything Daniel was EXTREMELY rude, abrasive, and couldnt care less. They got their money so who cares?I wouldnt give them another dollar of my money. Ever. If youre looking for poor customer service and poor communication this is your company!

I had an amazing experience with booking with Austin Prestige Limo. My driver was prompt and very professional. I was flying into Austin just for the day to attend a meeting at the Domain. My driver picked me up from the airport and chauffeured me to the Domain. I was even able to leave my small suitcase in the trunk of the Mercedes while I attended my meeting. Once I was finished, my driver was just a call away to take me back to the airport! I would definitely recommend Austin Prestige Limo for all chauffeur services!

We used Austin Prestige Limo to handle driving our wedding party from the wedding venue to The W Hotel in downtown Austin.The limo was there early to ensure everything was ready for our grand exit; the driver was accommodating and helpful, the limo was clean and had Bluetooth so you could connect your phone to it and play whatever music you wanted. He drove us around downtown for a bit before making our stop at The W Hotel, his driving was safe and all in all we had a great time. I cannot recommend this limo service enough!

Months ago I needed Prestige to shuttle people from UT to downtown and they doubled the price on me the day of the event. I had gotten an approved budget that was fixed based upon the rate Prestige offered, but luckily we were able to figure something out last minute with FlyRides. Prestige really left us hanging.

Very non transparent pricing, but great car and driver.They will send you a quote that doesnt account for driver time or mileage, which is why their prices seem better than competition. 3 weeks from the event they will send the real estimate, when you have no chance to change your vendor. I was very disappointed when I called to complain, and the defense was this is industry practice

I used Austin prestige limo for a friends bachelorette party. They were easy to communicate via email before the event and provided great customer service. Our driver, Ammar ,was great, He went above and beyond my expectations.

Its a scam. Read any of the five star ratings, then read the one star ratings. And notice how there are none in between... paid advertising and fake reviews can only get you so far.

WARNING do not give Prestige Austin Limousine your debit card number - I was charged and then charged again after the event. We agreed on a price for a specific round trip and two days later My credit card is hit for another $195 after I paid $500 for the limo. No call no nothing. I paid a high price for inadequate service with a dangerous vehicle - one of the two passenger doors did not open from the inside. In addition the driver was late for pickup, had not checked traffic and we were nearly late to our event. Suggest using another limo service that does not make extra money charging your credit card again even after you have paid the agreed upon fee - no customer service, poor timeliness and unsafe vehicles.

This business does not deserve even 1 star. Prior to the day of service (we booked for my sisters 21st bday), I couldnt get them to send me a confirmation email, but finally after multiple emails/calls, someone sent a confirmation so I could update the address they had. No where in any conversation (email or call) did I agree or was told about a no cancellation policy they had for the weekend we booked (10/21/17). The day came around and at around 10am, maybe 11am, we called to cancel our service (the limo was reserved for the evening at 10pm) due to a guest (sisters best friend) getting into a horrible car accident, was left brain dead, and ended up passing 10/23/17. When we called, the man who answered said he could only reschedule, so he would leave a message for the manager to call me to discuss our options. No call on Monday, so I called and was told that he would definitely call back, still nothing, so I emailed on Wednesday, still nothing. I called around 8 or 9am on Thursday and was told the manager would be in around 12pm, nothing, so I called at 12:45pm, he had just walked into a meeting, was told hed called around 1:30pm. Nothing, so I called around 2:45pm and was placed on hold until the call was ended (I did not have a drop in service, but would hate to believe they hung up on me). I tried three to four more calls after that was sent straight to voicemail. I had my husband call around 3:30pm-3:45pm and he was able to get to a manager right off the bat who said the best they could do was reschedule. Someone died, no one wants to reschedule to celebrate anything after that. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Our driver arrived 15 minutes early, was very helpful in his knowledge of Austin, and opened the door for us as well as helping the women get out.
