Best Limo service in the Austin area! Driver was punctual and very accommodating. Limo itself was clean and looked great inside! Everything we needed was in there like cups, ice, napkins etc. Would highly recommend this limo service!

Rented limousines on two separate occasions. Each time was the best experience. Very easy online reservations. Really clean cars, exceptional service. Love it and will definitely keep booking them! We booked Austin Choice Limo for a bachelor party a few weeks ago. The driver was very kind & professional, the rates were exceptional. Quality of 8 passenger limo though was not great, had a disturbing musk smell like vomit, LED lights were hanging off the ceiling and was not very satisfied with the music system especially having to use our own cords for sound system as well as not having any bluetooth. It was a great bang for your buck but if you would like quality I would opt to a better limo than the 8 passenger.

As a traveler from out of state AND trying to plan a surprise arrival - getting transportation was essential and ABSOLUTELY needed to be seamless. After sending emails through a few websites, I was contacting within an hour by Austin Choice Executive.The booking and confirmation process was seamless. I was impressed by all aspects of the reservation process and was giddy when I was told that the driver would actually meet me inside baggage claim. And to make it ever better, the driver would at the bottom of the escalator in Austin airport. Oh, come on?!?!! What woman in her 40’s has not fantasized about coming down an escalator to see a man holding a sign for you? Seriously!! Anyways, it was my name in large font on an iPhone....but it counts!!In all seriousness though, it was so convenient to be greeted in person, have assistance with bags and be able to walk < 20 feet to the waiting car.Then as we neared my friends house for the surprise arrival - the driver offered to video the surprise on my phone. Talk about service!!I will definitely book with Austin Choice on my next visit and recommend them to others!

A great Limousine company. Me and my college friends decided to surprise my friend with a limousine for his birthday. We were beyond satisfied by how professional they were with us. Not only did we have fun but also Ahmed had fun with us too. We received a free upgrade to an escalade stretch limo, it was a lot of fun and worth doing it another time. I have used them twice to get me to and from the airport. I have to say that it was the best decision ever. LOVED the driver!! He was so interesting and fun. The customer service is beyond measure. Do not use this company, they are unprofessional and they do not have professional drivers. We used them to take us to the trail of lights, and we had to tell the driver where to go, as he didnt have navigation. He proceed to tell us we needed to get out 2+ miles before our stop because he didnt want to be stuck in traffic. Dont waste your time with these people. When I complained to their customer service it took 2 attempts before anyone responded, and when they did respond they basically told me the driver was their best driver and didnt acknowledge our dissatisfaction.

I have nothing but rave reviews for Austin Choice Executive Limo! We had an event in Austin mid November 2014. I obtained quotes in September. Karen from Austin Limo responded very quickly with very clear and concise numbers and was very pleasant answering my questions so when it was time to pick a service the choice was simple. The clientele we deal with change their plans frequently. Karen was always on top of it with no mistakes. Onsite the drivers were prompt and courteous and the cars very clean. On the departure day, the drivers actually came into the hotel to find our people if they did not come to the curb. On the final day of our event Said, the owner, personally came and met me just to introduce himself which was very impressive. In all my time doing events this was the first time the owner actually came and thanked me personally for the business. I will definitely use Austin Choice Executive Sedan and Limo in the future.

A-class personable and professional service I have used them on several occasions for corporate travel. I have been accustomed to the drivers being early and I have reached my destination ahead of schedule. Time is more important to me than money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My experience with this service was terrible. The driver did not have a GPS and we had to give directions the whole time and he did not make the experience enjoyable. In addition to that when we got charged they over charged us for costs we were not told about before hand, and when we did call to complain the company said we lied about the GPS and did not care what else we had to say. I do not recommend this service, there are plenty others in Austin with better service and better price.

They are the best!! Karen always takes good care of us for all of our airport runs and we can always depend on them being there for us. The few times our return flights have been delayed they have always been cheerfully waiting for us. It is reassuring that one thing that you do not have to worry about in your travel planning is getting to and from the airport on time. I highly recommned Austin Choice Executive Sedan and Limo!

Update 02/04/19.I got them on the phone today, still hopping they can explain why they even put that limo on the road.i was told the owner would call me today, which he did not. it sounded like they were more upset at me for this than they were about review..i will post a couple pics now. if not resolved by tomorrow night i will post video and more pics here, if not resolved by Friday, tune into Fox news this weekend The 1 star is for being on time. This company stole my daughters 13th birthday. I wish there was some possible scenario that i could think of that would make it a forgivable accident, there is not one.i will give you the short version here. upgraded specifically to a stretch hummer (Almost $700 for 4 hours) but received a very outdated and run down escalate that was very dirty, wrecked on right rear, 2 feet of rubber molding hanging down by the rear door( i fixed ). the inside was horrible as well. If that is not enough, there are 2 speakers that have a short somewhere because they blasted out 100% pure static. Loud static that continued even when radio was turned off, so every second in that Limo was torture so we probably put less than 20 miles on it. i am still waiting to see if they are going to try to make it right.
