Until last week, I was a regular Supershuttle customer, but the quality of their service is going down the drain. I wont use them anymore. Why? In the past, if you flied internationally, missed your connection, or were delayed, you could just show up at the airport counter and theyd rebook you, no questions asked. I did it countless time. Last week, I found out that they no longer have an airport counter and that they cannot rebook you on the spot if you show up late. In fact, they had no more rides available at all for that day. Though they didnt provide the service for which I had paid $120, much more than in the past, they refused to refund my money, arguing that the driver had shown up to give me my ride. Uber and Lyft have gained a new airport customer!

Lost a long time loyal customer, instead of thanking me for years of patronage they threaten to retroactively charge me a free for every time I have taken with them.For the last 10 years and for business the last 5 I been using Supershuttle, in the last year alone 50 times. The Supershuttle in Austin is normally very nice, the drivers are all hard working veterans or immigrants I have nice conversations with.On May 23, I my return trip home a new driver I have yet to ride with wanted to charge me an extra $10 luggage fee despite Supershuttle allowing 2 free check in and 2 free carry on luggage. The van was empty as well with only one other passenger. Now the issue is I travel with these exact bags when I use the Austin Supershuttle, and I have used Austins Supershuttle at least 50 times in the last 2 years during this period and never once was I charged. In fact I was coming back from the airport so the same bags I took going to the airport were in fact lighter returning home. I was suspicious that this was a scam, because twice when I used Orange Countys Supershuttle the same thing happened with me but when I called and emailed Supershuttle corporate they told me this was not the case, refunded me trip, and told me this was a scam.I told this Austin Supershuttle this, I pulled up the email contacts I had with Supershuttle corporate about the previous incidents with Orange County, pulled up the Supershuttle website that showed I had exactly the amount of free bags required, and even should him booking confirmations from previous trips I have taken to show I was a loyal customer and travel with them like this all the time.The driver didnt care, let the other passanger know I was holding them up, and refused to touch my bags. He then called someone on the phone who he gave my number in which that guy then called me, claims he is a Supershuttle employee and told me I had to pay or they will strand me. This was despite telling him I arrived to the airport with the exact same luggage and wasnt charged extra nor was I the last 50 times I fly with the same bags, to which he threaten he will retroactively charge me $10 for each of those 50 trips before hanging up. I told him I thought this was illegal but he said I was being recorded on the phone call and he will use that as me admitting and confirming that I had extra luggage which he will use to retroactively charge me for all those baggage fees. Instead of seeing that I used them 50 times in the last year and thanking me for being a loyal customer he used this as a way to threaten more money out of me.The driver eventually took me but refused to load and unload my bags. I then had to call the bank when I was home and my credit card company and they assured me that it would be illegal and they would mark it as fraud if they attempted.I wrote a complaint and emailed Austin Supershuttle but I got a response back that they were looking into things but would not go into detail. I tried writing back many times but they never responded after that. Since then I have been using Lyft to get to Austin Airport.

Have had driver Omar several times. Always prompt, courteous and helpful. Getting ready to book with him again when saw I could review his servic. Omar is driver #824

A one star is too much. I do not recommend this place. Do not trust them to tell you what to do in regards to changing times. We were charged for 3 rides plus tip when we signed up for 2 of course. We were told how to change a pickup time, followed their directions then THEY did not follow through so we were charged and they had the audacity to take another 20% tip. We complained and it took them 29 days and many calls from us to get this straightened out. We never thought a company that is here to please their customers would even think of taking our money when they know they were wrong..no I do not recommend this company..headaches over and beyond..taking advantage will never get anybody anywhere!

I had used this service many times. However one of its drivers, Khalid #824 miss read a text and information I sent him. Said he would pick me up and never showed. After repeatedly phoning and texting him I had to drive myself to the airport so I would not miss my flight.His total lack of respect for me and my needs as well as charging me for a return ride I never received and had to have it removed from my credit card. It has been a complete disaster and extremely stressful to deal with him. I will never trust this driver again and am reluctant to use this service until I hear rom the management.
