Richard Vicars did a wonderful job of handling all of my documents confidentially in a tax year where my situation required discretion. He also was very kind to explain the forms filed and how the data calculated toward my return. He was thorough in reviewing the submitted documents to make sure nothing was missed and the he had searched for all the applicable deductions. I appreciate his time and advice for documenting my business dealings in preparation for the 2019 tax year.

I filed my taxes online with H&R. First time filing with them. I was told they were supposed to be easier and I would get my money back asap! Its been almost HALF A YEAR and I STILL HAVENT SEEN ANYTHING!!! No notes, emails, letters or anything. Apparently filing on line doesnt offically go through with them. Still cant figure out why I cant get back almost a thousand dollars. Even my grandma who worked with the IRS for 40+ years couldnt help figure out why they wont send me my taxes. And every time I try and go in to this place to talk to someone about my situation. No one seems to care. Not once has anyone tried to help me figure this out. Ive been in at least 5 times.Note to future people who want to file. Find some place else to do your taxes. H&R block will just end up taking every thing and give you back nothing but anger. All in all H&ar block is the worst!! Never trust them with your money!!!!

Wow, H&R Block really stands behind their Audit Guarantee. I prepared my taxes with the HR Block software and later got a letter from the IRS stating that I owed $2K due to an error that was my fault. Nonetheless, HR Block gave me free in person consultation at this location in Denver. I worked with Kevin who was very knowledgeable and just a good guy all around. I will likely use him for my taxes going forward, especially after having a tax preparer - Glenn Stewart - steal my refund this year in Aurora.

I never used H&B Block before.

Had a geat experience last year and came back this year totally different. I was rushed over things we disagreed were writeoffs. Did not get to report alot of my expenses. I felt that i paid money to somebody and the government who i fell did lacluster job and treated money as somthing to throw away. Your add says every penny back guaranteed.

I stopped by just before closing on a Friday night. Richard was wonderfully patient and extremely helpful. I am so thankful he was willing to stay late with a smile.
