If there is a negative grading I wound be more than happy to give -ve for poor service.Customer has to wait at least 2 hrs before any service. No respect for customer and no equality. They perform the service for their people first.No no no

Incorrectly filed the paper work which caused the IRS to hold the refund (over a year). He refused to meet or call to discuss the problem and we had to resolve the issue on our own. Please take your business elsewhere.
