I took my little puppy boxer Luna for her a spa day puppy bath and I believe she loved it, They did an amazing job cleaning her!! Shes always happy but she walked out there with a new attitude!! We will be back!! Thank youuu

Knowledgeable staff assisted me with setting up new tank.1 star for the appearance of store. People let their dogs $hit!! Everywhere SMH. It was right in front of the entrance, on the side, someone walked in it brought it in the store.

Took our 11yr old dog to the grooming dept. Deseara was amazing. She used such a gentle touch to every dog she worked with. Will definitely bring our dog back again.

This store is always organized and clean. They have cats for adoption that are always checked by a vet beforehand. I bring my cat inside by harness and leash, no problem. They have a great selection of food, treats, litter, toys, and other types of animals and enclosures. Their prices are better than most retail stores. They take good care of all of their animals.

It has a great lack of staff there are always long lines to make the payment of your purchase ☹️

Kind of a messy store. Every isle had odd items left in them from other isles. There were big utility shelves full of boxes in the way if about 3 aisles. Carts with items for stocking and step stools in the way. I kept thinking where are all the people who should be unpacking all this stuff? Lol and if they arent working why is all of it out and in the way? Just stick it in back until you have time. Also there were only like 5 dog beds to choose from. Pretty low inventory on what we were looking for and what was there was just kind of a mess. Long line too so I assume they were short staffed will still give them another go but management should know the store was not presentable today. Oh and a girl with colored hair was in line behind us, the cashier made a comment like Hey Ive never seen someone call in sick then come to work to shop before, are you feeling okay? 😂😂 we definitely laughed at that. What nerve to leave a store high and dry then come buy cat litter. Kudos to him for calling her out. He seemed to say it in good fun but we were pretty amazed she would do that. Wow girl.

The grooming salon could do better. Wish they would cut my dogs nails a little shorter. I can still hear clicking when he walks on the hard wood floor.

Most Petsmarts pay attention to how long the line is, but this one frequently has long lines. Still, petsmart has the basics for pretty much all you pet needs. They even have chameleons, snakes, and birds for sale.

Have been here several times recently. Once for a grooming session for my pup. The associate was great with him, he gets a bit pouty during bath time. He was even giving her kisses afterwards, which showed how great she did with him.When just shopping for items, they always have something I want or need for the pup. And everyone has been friendly and helpful if needed.

Ive giving this a 1 star because I took my dog in to get a bath which supposedly came with nail trim ear cleaning brush. Not even 20 minutes later they were calling me back to go pick her up that they were done. When I picked her up I didnt see a difference her ears were still dirty she still stank her nails werent trimmed just a waste of my time and money. I will never go back to this place for a bath for my dog. What a rip off. And the paper the gave me checked off as if everything was done and looked good.

I could not find the cat food brand I was looking for and I asked the guy (his name was Tofu ...yes thats his real name) and they didnt have it on the shelf so he went in the back and actually brought it to me as I did my other shopping. Where can you get that kind of customer service these days? Cashiers are always cheerful & friendly too!

Great place to go get your fish food

I get pine pellet litter for my cat and its slightly cheaper at PetSmart than anywhere else Ive seen. I also order online, which is great, and pick up curbside. James brought it out to me. He was friendly and, when I tried tipping, he said it was no problem. Thats service! I come to this PetSmart regularly for my pet needs and the service James provided is pretty standard from this PetSmart......... in my experiences.

I took my dogs in for basic bathing. Nails, teeth, ears. When they came out I honestly couldnt tell any difference, the paper they sent home said the teeth were done and the ears werent done because they were clean.(What did I pay for right?) but about 2 weeks later my dogs were shaking their ears like crazy so I cleaned them myself, they smelled like cheese balls and had matting. I usually do my dogs grooming myself but since I took them into professionals I figured theyd be fine for a week or 2 but basically petsmart didnt even check their ears. Disappointed and disgusted i will never take my babies back there. Google isnt allowing me to post the pictures

Its there when you need it but would recommend doing most shopping online. Even there online site is cheaper then in store and you can just do a pick up!!

They had everything!! But they sold me big hermit crabs in the past, so when they said they had big crabs and I looked, I was rather disappointed. Sure they were big for whats on the market, but knowing this store for 5yrs now, I honestly expected better. They are definitely better and cheaper than Petco!!

Rude staff. I tried to return something that I recently purchased, the cashier wasn’t trained on returns apparently and called the manager over, who aggressively walks over “you bought it online didn’t you?” I answered no, I bought it at this store last week and I have the emailed receipt. With a tone, states that she “always has to override the system when people buy online” that’s not my problem?

Good store, good selection of pet accessories, but lacking in actual pets. Been several times and they never have any red eared Sliders in yellow bellys, no Turtles. :( still overall decent and good shop to pick up something for your pet.

This place has lots of Guinea pig food to choose from. Our Guinea pigs love the alfalfa hay to eat. Actually, our guinea pigs love to eat all day. Its a good thing petsmart have lots of Guinea pig food.

The staff is really nice and always go the extra mile to help with a smile.

This place is terrible! Granted I was running late but we were two minutes later than we said we would be. So they would not take my dog even though the lady that would be cutting her hair was working on another dog …so our dog would’ve just been put into a cage until it was her turn. The staff was very unfriendly and I will never be returning to Petsmart ever again! They obviously just did not want to do her hair. I drove 35 minutes to get there and called ahead of time to let them know I was running late and when I got there this is what I got, not cool. I’ve been to a lot of different places for Grooming and I don’t understand why all the people seem so unfriendly and sad and angry about their job! These pets are precious to us I’m not sure why they seem so irritated! Please let me know if you’ve had great experiences I would love to go there!

They were out of alot of stuff but I guess that is the norm this days. Hardly any Royal Canin in our type and size.

This store has a nice selection of food, toys and other items for all types of pets, especially dogs and cats and basics for other animals. Their staff is really friendly and helpful which is appreciated! Their fish looked absolutely horrible today! Worse that usual... I dont know when they last cleaned the tanks, algae or the outside glass plus there were a lot of dead fish. Lots of signs of stressed fish as well. Would recommend a professional fish store to buy your fish - they have a better selection and are usually the same price of not less. (Stay away from Todds Tropical)

I have not been to this store in a couple years. I was very happy with my latest visit. The store was clean, all the employees were polite and friendly and they had so many puppy products to choose from! I will definitely be visiting this store often!

But I guess the customer isnt as important any more. So might go to another PetSmart....sometimes convenience isnt as important....

Usually do end up buying certain products from here, especially foods and meds... But they tend to be overpriced as most corporate chain stores are.

We were cancelled once at different PetSmart location and tried this one after. This location then rescheduled us TWICE an hour before the appointment each time even though we waited a week before each appointment. Will never be coming back here for any services. The poorest show of professionalism and reliability weve seen in a long time. Advice anyone looking at this location to go elsewhere.

A very wide selection from food to snacks to vitamins to Dog apparel. Very pricey if you take your time you can find some items on sale. This location very organized and kept clean.... no weird odor present. Would recommend this location

I will NEVER use this grooming at this place EVER again and I hope you do the same. Chloe, decides to call me and tell me she is switching my appointment. (After I took the day off to take my dog in) I talked to the manager, she said to keep it how I had it originally booked. What does Chloe do? Switches it AGAIN without telling me. I had to argue to get my appointment how I originally booked it.Totally disorganized, and highly annoying. If they do something about this Chloe perhaps I will continue taking my dogs here, but if not, I’ll go elsewhere.They also take ALL DAY. My dog just needed a little trim, and a bath. How does that take 6 hours? Read the other reviews, and take note

I don’t know about the 1 stars but the girl with the purple hair never has had a attitude with me, and I’ve been coming for 2 years for feeders. Everyone is polite and respectful. And Jada is super knowledgeable about fish and reptiles for a girl her age. I’m sure she will go far! Kaitlyn the manager rocks and always has a smile on her face when I greet her.

Has better selection than Petco!

I scheduled my dog for a bath and nail trim and we were on time . it was our first time. However with Covid we had to wait in a line outside of the lobby area which is perfectly fine and by the time we got to the front of the line and still on time for the appointment at 10am the two women who spoke to me to check my dog in . Had a conversation right in front of me not making me aware that the groomer I had booked had left because she thought since it would be our first time we would be a no show appointment. I proceeded to ask them if the groomer I had booked left they both got startled and said she was coming back. Then I asked how long til she is back and they told me I could pick my dog up in 3 hours. Which I personally felt was way too long for a bath and trim. I let them know that my dog has anxiety and I did not want him sitting in a crate in the back for that long. So I offered to go home and come back since we lived about 5 blocks away they told me no. So I left my dog and told them I would call in 30mins and if she was not there we could reschedule another day. Luckily for the groomer I booked when I did call to check she was bathing my baby already. Considering that was our first time and the groomer assumed we wouldn’t come when we were on time I will not be returning or giving any of these locations my business again. I will go to a private owned groomer only because I understand chains do not always have time to care about extra things like high anxiety pets. I understand but I will not be returning. I am a dental assistant and if I assumed a new patient of mine was not coming before their appointment it would cause a big mess.

We have been going here for years but this time the store was so picked over couldnt find anything. Dog toys were not stocked, the only harness you could find for dogs were the ones more for style not function. Dont know what is going on here but I hope they get it together.

I had to go to a different store the last two months to pick up Fortiflora probiotics, which was recommended by a Banfield veterinarian. I also went today to pick up Hills prescription diet Multi-benefit w/d canned dog food. I was only able to pick up four cans. When I asked the cashier if they had anymore, she told me that everything had been stocked, so if there was no more on the shelf, it was not available. I was trying to avoid another trip until Saturday, when I have a follow up vet appointment. Please do a better job at stocking, and having things readily available.

The grooming in this location is unprofessional and doesnt keep their appointments. Made 2 separate appointments and both times they were cancelled on a whim hours before. The second time I wouldnt have known if I didnt call to confirm before I left because I had a hunch. Doesnt coincide with the website time slots at all even with email confirmations. Will not be returning.

No one answers the phones; had to wait outside for a little over half an hour for a curbside pickup order. Eventually called their grooming salon and had the stylist grab someone in the store for me.

This location has a great selection of doggo chews that arent pork or chicken. For the littles and the doggos with allergies this is wonderful news! They also have an outstanding grooming salon. Ive had a Miniature Schnauzer, a Golden-doodle and an Australian Shepherd groomed here. All three have vastly differen hair, fur, body types and temperaments and they did a fantastic job with all.

I am disappointed with this Petsmart as there is always a checkout line back to the end of the store and usually only one cashier. Also they have not been stocking the prescription pet food, the shelves are usually empty. I want to support my local businesses but I have to have the prescription food and dont want to go to Chewy, also it would be nice if the management would hire more help or step up to the register themselves for customer service. The other Petsmarts do not have this consistent long line at their store.

Worst pet store in the metro .Went to return a aquarium decoration because the digital therometer had quit working. Ellen claimed she couldnt find it. We brought her one off the shelf.We had bought multiple ones and pointed them out to her on screen but she couldnt find them. Obviously she is too old to be working.Every single fish tank was empty so apparently they had a mass die off.Couple weeks ago bought an aquarium stand and it was inches off from being stable.

Ugh dont bother. Went to grab a guppy for my axolotl and saw multiple dead fish in the tanks being eaten by the other fish. Also waited for over an hour and no one came to help me grab anything. go to tas fish shop instead

A decent variety of cat accessories and necessities, everything my kitteh needs. That said, their products lack innovation and are pretty cheap. They dont sell automatic litter box cleaners. They dont sell standalone scratching posts. They dont sell automatic laser toys.... I could go on. Petsmart seems to be stuck in the 90s with their inventory and desperately needs to modernize.Probably not their fault thanks to COVID, but they have next to no animals in stocks anymore!

Their stock wasnt very extensive, with many empty shelves and hooks on the walls, and the stock that was there was disorganized and not in the right places. The staff was extremely friendly, and the business was clean, just disorganized.
