I had an amazing experience at this Jiffy Lube location. The staff was extremely helpful and actually cared about the service they were providing. While trying to get an oil change, the staff quickly noticed an issue with my drain plug that prevented them from completing the service. Instead of just being dismissive of the issue, they spent almost 30 minutes doing their best to get the problem resolved with the resources they had at their shop. After working tirelessly to try and resolve the issue, they decided it would be best for me to visit a full service shop. Cody, the manager of the shop, gave me all of the follow up information I needed to get the proper fix for my vehicle. On top of that, the staff replaced my filter, coolant, and differential oil out of kindness at no cost to me. Cody and his staff deserve way more than five stars. Thank you for a great experience!

Josh, the GM, was great from start to finish! He was friendly and helpful. He made sure he explained what needed to be done and even offered a great coupon they had sent me but I couldn’t find at home. He also went above and beyond and fixed my noisy windshield wipers that weren’t working properly. We always take our cars here and they take great care of us every time! Thanks, guys! They told me that we topped off your windshield fluid and aired your tires to 35 each. Nope, windshield fluid is low/out and tires are 3 at 38 and 1 at 32. Makes me question what else they didnt do.

Everybody was very friendly and was able to work my vehicle in at the last minute. I am very grateful for the service as I needed my AC charged for the following morning I was taking my friend to her chemo appointment. Quickly did an oil change and replace my rear tail light did not charge me for the real rear tail light gave me excellent service and Speedy. everything was smooth and they were extremely helpful and kind when I had a hard time doing things. I highly recommend this facility.

My husband and I both took our vehicles to get oil changes. Josh was very kind and informative. I had just recently bought my car and come to find out it had been serviced here before. So they have all the service records. I think that is pretty neat. It didnt take very long. Great service over all!

Staff was very friendly and performed the services quickly. While reviewing under the hood, the tech noticed coolant hadnt been topped and did so. Fast and convenient is never cheap, but I abhor appointments and prefer being able to do these things when convenient, so I happily pay for it. I would recommend this location.

The guys that work at the Aurora location I went to were so nice and very professional. They answered any questions I had and gave me quotes on services that I wasnt getting done but thinking about getting done. They also took the time to explain how often I should get a service done to prevent having to pay the larger amount for replacement the part. They were awesome!

I have used this location forna few cars and for several years. Though a few times they seemed to be pretty disorganized and a lot of people standing around, 95% of the time they are really quick, super friendly and they always throw some discounts in even if you dont have a coupon. Was in and out in 15 mins yesterday and the crew there was prompt, helpful and very polite.

I am not satisfied! I had an issue with this Jiffy Lube and I am still waiting for their Head manager to call me back. My oil filter was not properly fastened onto my vehicle which led to a major oil leak. After traveling for an hour before I got home, is when I noticed the leak in my garage, driveway oh, and Street. I immediately went back to the same Jiffy Lube to fix the issue. Before I was able to get to the Jiffy Lube service, or my check engine light came on. This made me worry even more as to how much oil was left in my vehicle.The servicing manager explain why there was an oil leak and commence to repair the situation. However, oil was still leaking from my vehicle after the second service. I called corporate to explain my situation and they told me that I was going to get a callback from the head manager of this particular Jiffy Lube. It has been a week and I have yet to receive any contact. I am very concerned with their type of service and also the stains that are now permanent on my property.

Came in for oil change and the got me in right away. Also recommended brake fluid change which they did very fast. Great service and great customer care!

My son took his bmw x3 for an oil change, they spill the oil all over the motor, the check engine light came on after the oil change and a loud sound. Took the car back, and the manager said they take no responsibility . We have to take the car to a mechanic now. Worst service ever. We just to take all our cars here NEVER AGAIN. Do not go here. Check for oil spill if you do.!!! BE AWARE

Super fast! I was surprised by how quick I was in and out, these guys really know what theyre doing! I brought my 4runner in for an oil change and they brought up my vehicle history, turns out, I was about 20,000 miles late for some major upkeep and my rear differential oil sample showed metal shavings. I had been to a different shop maybe 6 months prior and I had no idea my car needed maintenance or that my rear diff oil needed changing. I got my oils changed out and coolant in only 20 minutes. Awesome staff and super friendly. Definitely recommend!

This Jiffy Lube site has treated me well and been honest with items. They have listened and respected decisions if I do not choose to do something.They are kind and friendly.

Bought a groupon and went for the ooil change. Even though theres a sign saying we accept groupon right at the front desk, the guy told me they dont, but hed take it this one time. However, he also told me the price of oil has gone up the last couple weeks and proceeded to charge me another 20 plus dollars on top of the more than 30 i paid for the groupon coupon. Felt like i was being scammed, tbh.

After the oil change, they forgot some metal stuff on the hood when closing it. Glad it didn’t fly off while I was driving on interstate after the oil change. Also, didn’t put the glove box in place when they opened to show the filters are dirty to upsell. Been using the other Jiffy lube location for quite a while, used this location since this is closer to the new place, will go back to other location next time.

This was my first visit at this JiffyLube location and I can honestly say this location is all around great. Excellent customer service, willing to help, and completed my oil change as well as other fluid changes without any hassle. Note: they will try to upsell. I took my car in knowing that it needed servicing outside of a traditional oil change. However, they did not force any product/service on me and very happily accepted no for an answer if I did not want the products/services that were being offered to me.Bottom line: I will be back here in the future!

Wow I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years and this crew was terrible. Left oil on my steering wheel, under the hood, on the interior drivers door and middle conceal. This crew was terrible won’t be coming back here again. Lastly they always show the oil is full he didn’t even attempt to until I asked. I like the other crew much better.

It was time to get the car ready for a trip, so I started by requesting an oil change. They did that and then showed me the air filter and cabin air filter, both quite ready for replacement. I know the pricing for Dealer-Supplied Filters, so I figured theyd mark those up a bit and charge me for four minutes of labor.Nope. They charged $60.00 over dealer price (Labor, they explained). MY MISTAKE was not confirming the price in advance, assuming this would be a reasonable transaction.Beware.

The guys were really nice I got there at 15 minutes before they closed and they were happy to help me I was disappointed though as I thought that checking the power steering fluid and brake fluid would be part of the service and topping them off or letting me know that they were low both were low and I had to take care of that at home which isn’t cool to do outside of a $60 servicePS they were out of windshield wiper fluid

A few days ago, I was parked outside next to the Family Dollar store, I had just came from the gas station down the street, and I couldnt put gas because the fuel door electrical system is broke and wont open. My mechanic had put duct tape as a temporary fix but has since worn down , this has happened to me before my mechanic says it needs a new motor and I dont want to pay$ $300.00 to fix it) so I stopped by the dollar store and then went next door to Jiffy and Coty did a good deed by helping me remedy my situation as a temporary solution to a problem that I know eventually Ill need to fix. Quick, friendly service. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I got my oil changed, oil filter changed and my cabin filter changed in that time. It was a bit pricey, but the service techs were friendly and polite. Over all a very good experience.

Fantastic service, and the assistant manager Cody I believe was his name. Him and his crew at the time of service showed such hospitality and professionalism that I was so appreciative and highly recommend others to use his services.

The guys were very nice and it was done quickly. I think the cost of the filters were inflated, but thats the price for convenience and not checking with auto parts store. Otherwise this would have been 5 stars.

I hadn’t been back to this location doe some time because I wasn’t managed well. But recently I was at Family Dollar and noticed the Halloween Painting and came in to ask about it and realized there was a new manager. The manager was very friendly and convinced me to give them another shot. They had all new faces and the teamwork really showed in these guys. They were fast and totally in sync with each other. It made a chore seem like entertainment. In the end they had done more service in this one trip than previously in 3 years. And didn’t charge me extra for anything. I will keep coming to this location from now in because the service was excellent.

This is the first time I’ve gone to a Jiffy Lube and I had a great experience! All the guys were super helpful and answered all my questions, and they gave me a pretty good deal on wipers. I went there for an oil change and was just going to buy new wipers and install them myself, but it was only $10 more to have them do it so I went with it. They were personable and friendly as well, quick & efficient. They did mention that one of the screws on my drip pain wouldn’t go back in due to rust so they only could do 3, but that it should still be secure. That makes me a little bit nervous but I trust them and if the screw wasn’t working then I’ll probs just need a new one anyways. But I’ll definitely be going back to them for future services!

Due to COVID all customers stay in their cars for the whole process. In my opinion that is a good thing, you can actually see/feel the work in progress. By feel I mean that the mechanics are under your vehicle turning wrenches. At some points you actually participate in the process. It is basically like the slowest amusement ride you ever take and it’s great! The only problem is the line. I was lucky, I was only behind one other person. However, the vehicles behind me piled up quick. That is nothing against the employees, they did everything professionally, and moved as quickly as possible without compromising safety.

Fast and friendly seems like the best description! In and out in under an hour after a full synthetic oil change, air filter replacement, and coolant fill. No gimmicks or upselling, just what was needed. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and attentive (even with Covid restrictions) and seemed knowledgeable enough. I came here for an oil change the staff were very nice and friendly but sadly I was taken advantage of being a female, I was up sold.
