Stopped in today to get a watch sized and batteries replaced in 4 watches. I was there about 10 min and was all set! Great prices and Vic was so nice. I had a few minutes to browse and he has a gorgeous selection of jewelry! Ill be back..

Lovely PeopleMy automatic watch had stopped ticking after a fall, I popped in to Vic’s to see if they could help. The man at the counter who helped me was incredibly sweet. Before I had finished describing to him what I thought was wrong with it, he had my watch taken apart and had diagnosed what the problem was. He wasn’t able to fix it since the manufacturer doesn’t share their parts, but he showed me exactly what was wrong and found their number for me. I asked him how much I owed him and he refused. He was just happy to help. I will absolutely return to Vic’s for service

I was in the neighborhood and figured I might as well get my new watch fitted to my wrist (im a skinny dude). Ive never gone to any sort of jewelry store ever, and 10/10 will I always recommend this place to people. Price was very fair and fast as well. Very happy with my experience!

After my mom passed away, my dad gave me her engagement ring that had lost its diamond. I brought the ring here to see if they could replace it (and repair it) with a peridot. I am so delighted with their exceptional service and excellent work (and he was really nice). The new ring is so sweet, and everytime I look at it on my finger I think of my dear mum. Also, if you are looking for unique jewelry, they have a beautiful selection!

Great customer service, great prices, exceptional work. I took my necklace to get the clasp fixed to Kay jewelers first, they quoted me $178 and told me it would take 30 days to fix. I took it to Vics for a second opinion, they charged me $30 and it took 3 days.

I am so happy!! I havent been able to get my ring fixed anywhere since Covid. Since I just got Married I really just wanted to wear my ring and shout from the roof tops that I am now Married to my bestfriend! Thanks for being safe and still making it possible for me to wear my ring again!! It means so much to me!

I worked at Zales for a few years and after that experience, I would honestly never trust a huge corporate Jeweler with repairs. They outsource their repairs and the employees are sales associates, they are very rarely professional jewelers (sometimes store management is, but often they are just people with business degrees). A major corporate Jewelry store employee might tell you that this or that type of repair is do-able and they may know absolutely NOTHING about what that repair entails. They then ship your sentimental (and costly) jewelry out to someone else, who has never spoken to you, who doesnt know what you want, who has no way of asking you clarifying questions, and that jeweler will then GUESS at their best estimation of what youre looking for. They also tend to go overboard with rhodium and often cover your stones in doing so. I wanted to explain all of that so that I can say that handing my engagement ring over to someone at Vics was a really comforting experience. The person I spoke with was honest, straight-forward, and showed real concern for my piece. They had my ring for three weeks (a normal amount of time for repair) before they let me know that what I requested wasnt do-able and would compromise the integrity of my ring. I received my ring back in immaculate condition, shinier than Ive ever seen it, and missing what I thought was an inclusion in one of my stones but was simply dirt that had always been there. I wasnt charged for this service at all. This is an incredibly reliable and trustworthy business and I will be returning for any and all jewelry needs in the future. Thank you guys!

Vic has created a great business and his daughter is carrying on this wonderful tradition. Everything from simple watch battery repair to a custom jewelry design - they do it all and with high quality.Wanted a custom design; brought in heirloom diamonds and gold; told Vic that I wanted a mixed gold ring with diamonds that belonged to my mom and grandmother. Vic and his family have done several pieces for me. Most importantly fixing my great grandmothers nugget pendant and music box. My mother came in and bought me a beautiful sapphire pendant for my birthday and we had no idea we worked with the same jeweler! I trust them with all of my family needs and wouldnt use anyone else.

Great Jewelry and Watch Repair! They offer fair prices for getting jewelry sized, and will have it done in a timely manner. Ive also been here to get my watch battery replaced, and they did it right there on the spot in less than 2 minutes!

This is a fantastic mom and pop shop that still does old fashioned watch and jewelry work. I brought in multiple watches in need of minor repairs and was pleased to find out they could be done while I wait. The prices were reasonable and the customer service was far above normal. I highly recommend anyone in the area go to them for your watch and jewelry needs, I will.

I got engaged in September and had an intricate braided band that needed to be resized. They were able to cut the band and reattach it to the smaller size while keeping the pattern and intricate detail intact for such a great price! I have since brought a watch here to be fixed and they did it in a few days for a low price as well. I will be bringing all my jewelry/watch repairs here in the future. Thanks Vics!

Wonderful atmosphere and Amazing service both in person and over the phone I immediately felt like family. I Took my rings in to get soldered. We agreed on Saturday for pick up. Got a call Thursday they where done. They LOOKED ABSOULTY AMAZING! Any everything I was expecting ,And the price was great. I brought my original engagement ring here to have a larger diamond from another ring set in it and resized. I was promptly greeted and told it would be ready the following week. I went in 6 days later to pick it up and it was beautiful. The craftsmanship is apparent in the work done. The price was unbelievably low. This family run shop was highly recommended to me and I in turn, highly recommend them to everyone. Very pleasant people to deal with. I am so happy to have found this shop and will continue to come here for jewelry needs.

I decided to have a ring changed over to a pendant piece.I went to two jewelers to find out if it could be done and get an estimate of the cost. One jeweler estimated their service to cut off the band and add a bell loop to the top of the piece was worth five to six times what Vic estimated.I listened to my gut and went with Vics services. I now have a beautiful pendant and no rough edges from where the band was.Dont be fooled by posh and flashy stores, go with the jeweler that will be upfront and honest in his business.

The sales lady that helped me was extremely friendly. I was a bit worried because I know that Cartier is very particular about who services their watches, but I was able to get my Cartier watch battery replaced VERY quickly with absolutely no problems. I will definitely be returning the next time I need a service and/or battery replaced in my watch.

My husband had my Wedding ring resized, replayed and the bands saudered together. It turned out extremely pretty! I highly recommend Vics! We will definitely use them again. 😁😁😁😁😁

I went in for a repair on my Luminox band and not only did they fix it on the spot, they were very reasonable on the cost!More importantly they were very friendly and engaging. If I ever need service again or another peice of jewelry I will absolutely return to Vics.

The worst jeweller in the market. This man is an inexperienced con artist. I went get my engagement rings downsize. He instead make them bigger. When I brought this to his attention he then resize it to be the exact same size as it was prior to me bringing it to him and when I told him that it was the same size as before he brushed off my comments as if I were stupid. I soon after discovered that the stones set in my rings were now newly loose. After talking to several other Jewelers I determined that the ring resizing, especially having done it multiple times as he did, was the reason why my ring gems were suddenly loose. When I called him to complain about the fact that he had damaged my rings he refused to admit fault and insulted my intelligence saying that all the other Jewelers that I spoke to had no clue what they were talking about. This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had at a jeweler. This man is incredibly unprofessional and does not know the first thing about rings. Not only will I never go back to this establishment, but I am also going to file an official Complaint on this business. Avoid the pain and extremely costly mistakes of this con artist.

I went to Vic with an anniversary gift for my wife. It was a bridal set and needed to be sized. I went in on Thursday and our anniversary was the coming Saturday. I explained to Vic but he said he was very backed up and it would probably take a week. He called me on Friday morning to tell me that he had it ready for me because he wanted to get it to me by Saturday for our anniversay.The work was excellent and everybody that Interacted with in the shop was great!I would leave 10 stars but 5 is as high as this site goes.I will definately go to Vic with my future needs. Went in needing my husbands ring sized down and my husband couldnt know...it was for our anniversary. So, it was done and the size was picked correctly with help from Vic not to mention it was done quickly. Also, the price was very reasonable. I need mine resuzed now and will go back.

Owner is not honest about gems. Also the settings he can order are overpriced, as is his stock. He may be a friendly watch repairman, but I highly recommend somewhere else if you are in the market for a ring.

We stopped by when Vic had a few customers, we watched him help one guy from getting cheated by another company before he helped us. My wife just needed a watch resized and he took about five minutes to do it, and we were back out with her watch, free for the rest of our day. We will both definitely be going back.

I have had trouble shedding baby weight and needed my wedding set and engagement rings resized. I went to Kay jewelers and was quoted over $350 for resizing rings that should have been under warranty. I decided to come here because my mom had told me what a wonderful job they did with her wedding ring and I am soooo glad I did. I was quoted less than half of what Kay jewelers wanted. Add on top of that the personable service and family atmosphere. We will never go anywhere else to have our jewelry taken care of. The couple that work here are so sweet and upfront and honest. It was very refreshing and it made my husband and I want to just stay and chata while.
