Exceptional service from an amazing team!! A genuine “mom&pop” full-service jewelry store. Friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy!! We walked in off the street to have a chipped 1c diamond solitaire ring fixed and remounted. Michelle and Dennis walked us through the process for repair, helped us choose a new setting (as well as a 10 yr anniversary band!), and took it from there. We had a few weeks before our actual anniversary, and the great team at Biondi did everything they could to get the diamond repaired (it looks beautiful!! With literally negligible loss of carat! 0.03c!) — and they came through for us in a matter of 2-3 weeks, for a process that typically can take a couple months to complete out of respect for our big day. We even had a week to spare! I am already looking at the next piece for my wife. Biondi has earned our business for life! You cannot go wrong choosing the experts at Biondi for your jewelry needs!

I went to have a ring sized bigger. Very friendly people to begin with. Did the repair in the time they said it would take. The date inside was redone and made clearer and the ring even looked better than when I took it in. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

It’s like a candy store for jewelry! There’s a plethora of stunning, unique pieces, and they do custom work. I brought in some rings and earrings I hadn’t worn in years, and they reset the stones into beautiful necklaces. I couldn’t be happier! Plus, their prices are reasonable, which is a nice bonus.On a side note, I’d bought a diamond ring at an auction website and they were going to reset the stones into new rings. Upon closer inspection, the diamonds were actually CZ. It was a ton of work to dismantle the channel set ring and reassemble it, but they didn’t charge me for the work. In fact, they were extremely supportive of me and provided me with a professional document so that I could contest the sale with the auction house.

My center diamond fell out of my wedding ring and I went to Biondi to get it put back in place. The whole staff was super welcoming and very nice. Biondi helped us get a wedding band for my engagement ring that we bought somewhere else. They were able to shape a band to fit my engagement ring. I love it. They were able to take some old rings that I had and use them to reduce the cost of the band.There was a miscommunication on the final cost, but they made up for it with discounting the final cost by half. Very fair. This was an unintended blessing as my fiancee is recovering from loosing some money to someone he trusted. It blessed him in a big way.I would recommend Biondi because they care and were always attentive. They are a local family owned business. I really appreciate there work and care.

Top notch jeweler. I have gone to Biondi for years but my experience last Saturday is why I will continue to go here. Biondi was sizing my mothers wedding band and I went in to pick it up and they were asking my plans for the weekend. I told them we were going to this small restaurant to celbrate Valentines Day. They promptly handed me a $20 bill and said to leave this for our waiter as the restaurants have been hit so hard during the pandemic. We did do this and matched their donation and the wait staff was more than happy and impressed. What great customer service both in their store and for the community.

We were also designing a ring for me for our 20th anniversary using diamonds from a ring that was my mother in laws. Amazing experience! I came in with two rings to have resized and ended up having the top of my platinum ring re-done. I was able to keep MY ring and stone, and just have the top changed. I liked them so much I ended up getting my wedding ring and engagement ring rhodium plated and buying a pair of pearls from them. EXCELLENT! I have a necklace chain that broke and I went to a few places and could not find anything that I liked. I went to Biondi and spoke with Dennis who looked at the necklace and informed me that he would be able to solder the necklace. None of the other places that I went to made that suggestion. I was extremely relieved that I didnt have to purchase a new necklace, because I really like the one I have, and I greatly appreciated Dennis input.
