I have been shopping exclusively at Kays for the past 20yrs and the customer service at this store and the lack of respect towards customers time is the reason I am switching. I dropped off a watch for service and cleaning and it came back broken and took over a month to be fixed. I bought a new watch and it took 24hrs just to have it resized. It takes 2 weeks to have rings inspected and cleaned. The list goes on and on.I went to Zales yesterday, bought another watch, I was in and out of the store with a new watch sized and ready to wear in less than 15min.Goodbye Kays!! You lost another solid customer.

I went into this store for Christmas with my husband we were helped by Mel and Ashley and they were amazing! They helped me pick 4 very beautiful pieces of jewelry! 4!! We went in and spent under $600 on everything including getting all of my jewelry cleaned! Very pleased with this store and will definitely be back! Thank you Ashley and Mel and the rest of the team everyone was so friendly and knew what I was looking for! Christmas achieved 😀

I dont live in the area and had my order shipped to this location, on the door it says to call for an apt in order to go in. So i called telling them i have an order just to be PICKED up, and its 1:40pm and they told me i cant pick up my order till 4:30... once again i dont live in the area so now im having to wait till then. 😡

I have now stopped by this branch three times and all three have been awful experiences. First time in they treated my sister-in-law very poorly when she came in to get her wedding band re-sized they treated her poorly. Due to their incompetence we were unable to re-size her ring or find her account. Something a consultant was able to do within minutes at another branch. The second time we showed up 45 minutes to closing per time posted online, no other hours posted on the store. The proceeded to look at us, lock the doors and turn off the lights. The final time I thought nothing else could go wrong. We showed up two hours after opening and there was a sign posted for lunch. We call to request return time and they said only a few minutes till opening. Then proceeds to come out tell me the interview was not yet completed and they all needed to take lunch together.I cannot speak on behalf of all Kay branches but if I give any advise do not waste your time at this branch. If you are able to get in on their treatment of customers is a dismal. Please do not waste your time I would recommend a different jewelers.What should have been several memorable experiences has now truly been tarnished by neglectful Kay Jeweler representatives.

(Zero stars) Fake Jewelry Alert! I purchased a Birthstone Infinity Mothers Day Necklace at the end of April amid the Coronavirus pandemic. This piece was customized as any birthstone piece would be. The time allotted for fabrication, production and shipping was approximately 3-4 months. Not in time for Mothers Day, which I agreed given the circumstances. I was just now able to gift it to my Mother. When she took it out of the box it was Tarnished/Brassey and missing an entire stone. How embarrassing! Very poor quality for the amount paid. The jewelry was not real! I selected and paid for the 14K gold option and received a phony piece of jewelry that was missing a very expensive stone. KAY JEWLERERS! This is unacceptable! How can this product be produce in such poor conditions from a reputable company???! Please explain. Now I have to wait 10-14 days until I receive a phone call from customer care. What a disappointment! Never again. I will tell my family, friends and coworkers to never purchase expensive pieces from KAY and I will also continue leaving honest reviews. Im astonished that this experience and the piece were phony.

Worst Kay Jewelers I’ve ever been to. Was in town yesterday so I stopped by to get my ring clean and inspected, I didn’t know I need appointment to do that told the guy okay I didn’t know and I live an hour away. The guy then started to give me a A lecture like I was in high school for doing something wrong. I had no problem with making appointment he told me I’ll do it this one time but after this you need to start making appointment. While he was inspecting my ring he kept lecturing me. Definitely won’t be going back here again if you want respect and help I would go to a different Kay jewelers.

Terrible experience every time I’ve been to this location. If you can I would go to another location. Staff is rude, lies, is very unprofessional.Took my rings in 2 weeks ago to get diamonds replaced since they have fallen out, I did not have to have an appointment (no signs I have to have an appointment, was not denied service when I walked in), staff was rude and unprofessional, talking bad about each other (coworkers) and about other customers (about covid and having weddings and getting engaged during covid and it was a bad idea).Was promised a return date my rings to get back, when I dropped off my rings, was told they would be ready by 2 weeks. I called everyday starting on the promise date, was told each time it was not in yet. I called on a Friday evening at 6:50PM. Was told they were closed and keys were locked up and they couldn’t check to see if my ring was back, (they close at 7:00PM). Called Saturday morning, at 11:05AM, was told it’s been in and ready since promise date (this is 4 days after my promise date), was told I have to make an appointment to pick up my ring, when I said I was on my way to get it, was told they weren’t open yet (they open at 11:00AM. Was told I also have to make an appointment. Was told I cannot just walk in and pick it up, without an appointment. When I asked when the policy changed, was told it’s been a policy and they all have to follow it and some don’t follow it, (if they have a policy they all need to follow it and not pick and chose when to follow and when to not, very frustrating for customers). I was also in 5 days before this and walked right in to pick up another piece of jewelry without issues or an appointment.I have been here numerous times, employees aren’t friendly, happy, or professional, there is always new staff in there, which means turn over is terrible here and they don’t care about their customers.I will not be spending any more money at this location, or returning for anything here again.

My husband and I recently started coming to this Kay Jewelers. We have always gotten the best costumer service here. I recently lost someone very dear to me and I had a personalized bracelet done in his name. My bracelet broke just a few days after purchase and I was just devastated. But I came into the store and every single associate was so caring, compassionate, and professional. They ordered me another bracelet. I thank the store manager (Im sorry I dont remember his name), Molly, and Jacob, for their assistance with my bracelet. Its a very special bracelet for me because of its meaning and I am so grateful for the staff at this Kay Jewelers for being so respectful about it and doing everything they can to get me my bracelet. Also, I had asked Molly to look at my wedding ring to clean it and she did a small inspection on it only to find that one of the stones was loose! Talk about paying attention to detail! The stone could have fallen if the ring was cleaned but she caught this and sent the ring to be fixed. Thank you for the great service! We will be back for all of our jewelry needs :)

Came here to get an online-only ring resized. Turns out that during the resizing process the diamonds were not staying properly in their prongs. Of course I was sad that this happened but the manager ordered me a new ring in my correct size, he told me it could take up to 35 days to receive it but he would make sure to rush the shipping. Due to him doing this I got the ring a week later! The new ring even looks nicer/better made than the original one! Super happy with the customer service here, they will take care of you. Highly recommend!

Mollie and David helped me pick a ring for my girlfriend, they were very friendly and patient with me and all the questions I had. They showed me everything I was looking for and even gave me other great suggestions for future purchases. I’m very thankful for the staff and all the great help they were! Worst service by the stores manager. The rest of the staff was wonderful but that manager is money hungry and made it clear he works on commission. This was said after I asked how I can get my sisters ring fixed without committing to a new credit card. He wouldn’t fix it. We’ve been with Kays as a family for over 10 years. A year later i am still extremely hurt to have to pay off a credit card I didn’t want to sign up for. I was later told by another Kay’s they were able to repair the ring he had said wasn’t repairable. So now I have 2 of the same exact Rings because the manager insisted on opening an account because it was “unrepairable”. Word of advice. Go to somewhere else. Perhaps another Kay’s.

My visit here provided me with the best jewelry shopping experience Ive ever had. The entire crew was very friendly and helpful but the manager, McKenzie, in particular was so incredibly sweet that I felt the need to write this review. Give this woman a raise! In fact give this entire staff a raise, they are very knowledgeable and patient, I cant say enough good things about my time spent here. Thank you all for your help tonight, you guys rock!

Stay away from Kay they will rip you off and sell you used items. I am still fighting to get my refund for two different watches. I bought a watch that was over $500 and received it with scratches and a missing bezel. Terrible customer service and the online store and physical do not talk to each other on their software systems. The first watch after three weeks and calling them several times was not in stock so they told me they would refund me. This was back in May and I still have not received a refund. Grrrr

Lisa and Jean were able to get me situated and enlightenend on what they had to offer in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner. I was treated with respect and like a proper customer, always nice to go somewhere where it feels as though your business is actually valued.

I like this place. Really easy to get in and out with a quick purchase and their in stock availability is online on the website. Just dont make your order online. If you find an item you want, call the store and let them know you will be coming in to pick it up. Orders online for pick up at the store are still shipped to the store with 2-day shipping. This doesnt make sense, but its good to know information that isnt posted anywhere. Also make sure the price in the store matches the website, they often dont.

My husband and I bought my engagement ring, and our wedding bands here in 2016. At first we loved the service. Well yesterday a sapphire fell out of my engagement ring and when I took in I was told that they wouldnt honor the repair warranty because they didnt have records of me coming in for my inspections. Complete BS because I have been going in every 3-6 months since we bought it to have it inspected and cleaned. Their employees were not entering my inspections into my account, we also discovered they were not emailing me my inspection receipt like they are supposed to. Now they say they can only fix my ring if we pay 300 dollars to replace the sapphire! We purchased the warranty for a reason and now they wont honor it because of mistakes on their end.

My boyfriend and I got engaged Saturday morning (the 9th of February) and we went in to Kays to pick out our wedding rings together. I honestly had no idea what I wanted. I knew I wanted a princess cut, but that was about it. Mollie was great. She went through all the rings with me and showed me different variations and worked with what I liked the best. We eventually picked out a perfect ring and I couldnt be happier with the service we were given. Ask for Mollie!

I will never do business with them again. Spent $150 on a ring for my wife and a stone fell out after 8 months of wearing it. They tried to charge me $65 to replace a $10 sapphire. Id go to Shane Co or Helzberg as their customer service and pricing are much better than Kays.

Purchased a wedding ring here in June. They needed the engagement ring to pair up the shadow band. They kept both rings until two days before the wedding in August. They acted like I was crazy for thinking this was a problem. This shop might be fine for trinkets, but go somewhere else for important pieces.Plus they make you pay extra for a warranty. All that tells me is that they have no confidence in their product. I declined the warranty, probably will end up upgrading the ring on a future anniversary... but not at Kays.

I recently purchased a ring here, when it was ready to be picked up the gave me a call and let me know. At the time I wasnt able to pick it up, and they were ok with me picking it up some other time. They really have we beautiful pieces of jewelry here.

I will not be coming back. Bought a ring in December and one of the prongs is sticking up in March. 4 months. I took it in and they said its going to be a charge of $45 because I didnt buy the warranty. The warranty cost almost $100 on a $500 ring. It is sad that 4 months in a prong is sticking up and they wont fix it for free or dont have any kind of warranty on there rings besides charging an arm and a leg

I had an amazing experience at this store with store manager David and his associate Jacob. They were very patient, professional, and did not make me feel pressured or uncomfortable. They walked me through the whole process of the purchase and the warranty program. I would recommend this store to my family and friends. Although Kay Kewelers is Jared’s sister store, I prefer coming to Kays Jewelers in soibthlands mall due to its outstanding customer service. Both representatives knew exactly what they were talking about when it came to the products in the store. Thanks again guys!!
